Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital transformation, digital competencies, dan transformational leadership terhadap organizational culture. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 175 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan ritel mainan didaerah Jakarta Barat dan Tangerang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode regresi berganda (multiple regression) dengan software SPSS versi 21. Uji instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif digital transformation terhadap organizational culture. Selanjutnya digital competencies juga berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational culture. Dan transformational leadership juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational culture. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu, perusahaan perlu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan praktik digital transformation melalui pelatihan berkala terkait pemanfaatan situs web, media sosial, dan strategi SEO. Untuk menjaga tingkat digital competencies karyawan, manajemen disarankan membentuk komunitas pembelajaran internal, forum digital, serta menerapkan rotasi kerja digital agar karyawan terus adaptif dan inovatif. Selain itu, perusahaan perlu mengembangkan pelatihan transformational leadership lanjutan guna memperkuat kemampuan para pimpinan dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai visioner dan inspiratif secara konsisten. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat organizational culture yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada pertumbuhan organisasi dan daya saing perusahaan.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of work engagement, job satisfaction, and employee empowerment on organizational commitment among employees of a transportation service company. The research was motivated by the need to understand psychological and organizational factors that strengthen employee loyalty in a dynamic service industry. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey of 130 respondents selected through total sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicate that work engagement, job satisfaction, and employee empowerment each have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Among these variables, job satisfaction shows the strongest influence, suggesting that fair treatment, supportive supervision, and opportunities for development are key drivers of employee commitment. The results imply that management should prioritize strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, foster meaningful work involvement, and expand empowerment practices to strengthen long-term organizational attachment. These findings contribute empirical evidence on commitment development in transportation service companies and provide practical guidance for human resource policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence green human resource management on pro-environmental behavior, mediated by green knowledge sharing and self-efficacy. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method by collecting samples from employees of three-star hotels in West Jakarta. The research design employed hypothesis testing. Data were collected using a cross-sectional approach. The data were primary in nature and were obtained by distributing questionnaires via google forms, which were completed by 150 employees of three-star hotels in West Jakarta Secondary data were obtained from sources other than the research respondents and were collected through a literature review. The data analysis techniques included instrument testing, such as validity and reliability tests, structural equation modeling (SEM), descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS and AMOS software. The results indicate that green human resource management has a positive effect on green knowledge sharing and self-efficacy. Furthermore, green knowledge sharing and self-efficacy has a positive effect on pro-environmental behavior In addition, green knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between green human resource management and pro-environmental behavior, and self-efficacy also mediates the effect of green human resource management on pro-environmental behavior.
