Abstract

Pemanfaatan media sosial memungkinkan individu untuk terhubung dan berinteraksi secara efektif satu sama lain. Komunikasi tersebut mempunyai cakupan yang sangat luas, sehingga dapat dilakukan tanpa adanya batasan wilayah, lokasi, ruang, dan waktu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implikasi media sosial Instagram khususnya terhadap generasi muda di Desa Lakawali Kabupaten Luwu Timur mempunyai dampak positif dan negatif. Dampak positifnya adalah dapat mengembangkan motivasi dan minat pribadi, memberikan akses terhadap informasi terkini, meningkatkan keterampilan, memudahkan interaksi dan memungkinkan generasi muda memperoleh ilmu baru yang sesuai dengan minatnya dari akun yang diikutinya. Sedangkan dampak negatif yang timbul adalah potensi risiko keamanan seperti cyberbullying dan penyalahgunaan informasi serta konten yang tersebar di platform ini berpotensi menyebarkan hoax atau informasi negatif.

Abstract

Residents of small island villages are typically classified as low-educated. This study used Liukang Loe Island as a case study to learn the truth about children's education in small island settlements. This study aims to determine how the fishing community understands the importance of education and how to increase public awareness about children's education on Liukang Loe Island. This study, which uses a descriptive qualitative technique with research informants, focuses on the "Harapan" fishing group community on Liukang Loe Island. Information was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The type of analysis that was carried out by qualitative through taxonomic analysis, drawing conclusions using the Miles and Hubberman model, as well as directions to increase public awareness about the importance of education through AHP. The findings demonstrated that the Liukang Loe Island fishing community prioritized children's education, as seen by the community's, particularly families', efforts to ensure that children's education was completed. This is reinforced by the family's commitment to earning a living and covering all the children's educational demands. The fishing communities support their children's ability to advance to the highest level possible. Although there are only elementary and junior high schools on Liukang Loe Island, with limited facilities and infrastructure, children's enthusiasm and motivation to attend school are high. This does not deter the fishermen's children from continuing their high school and graduate education outside the island to obtain a better education. There are two options for raising awareness about education in fishing communities: community training and empowerment programs through NGOs, local governments, and educational institutions; and educational assistance programs in the form of notable scholarships for fishing communities in small islands.Keywords: Community Awareness, Fisherman, Education, Small Island

Abstract

This research aims to elaborate on and explore information regarding the Culture and Social Ethics of Online Transportation Drivers in the city of Makassar, as well as the triggering and supporting factors in the formation of these social behaviors. Another objective is to reveal and describe the behaviors and positive values inherent in workers or Transportation Partners, especially those affiliated with Grab and Gojek. The research method employed is qualitative with a phenomenological descriptive approach. Phenomenological approach is a qualitative research method that aims to reveal shared meanings that constitute the essential substance of a consciously and individually experienced phenomenon by a group of individuals. Phenomenology reconstructs the phenomenon and its meaning for individuals through subject interviews. Phenomenological studies argue that each subject experiences a phenomenon with conscious conditions, so this approach aims to uncover the individual's deepest awareness of the experience in an event. The results of the research indicate that the Culture and Social Ethics of Drivers or Transportation Partners are reflected in attitudes or social behaviors, including the growth of social sensitivity and social solidarity. Solidarity among drivers is built on the basis of humanity and responsibility for living and working together, such as mutual assistance, cooperation, or mutual help on the road. The formation of social communities also results from the commonality of profession and fate to survive in meeting the necessities of life. Solidarity among drivers becomes a social unity in the form of a social group driven by unity through social attachment to fellow transportation partners.

Abstract

In order to improve the level of public health. There are many things that need to be considered, one of which is considered to have a quite important role, namely health care. So that the desired health management can be carried out well. There are many conditions that must be met, one of which is that the health service must have good quality values. Performance will be directed at all efforts carried out using human resources and supporting work facilities, thus all ideas and policies are taken to increase the company's work productivity. Efforts to compress existing resources to make something happen optimally by combining sources and results in an optimal form, human labor, in addition to facilities and other production sources are resources that must be utilized fully and purposefully.  This research aims to determine the relationship between competence, work discipline and satisfaction with employee performance. The type of research used is an observational study with a cross sectional study approach. The population of this study was 49 civil servants, and the sample in this study was a total population of 49 people. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between competency, work discipline and employee satisfaction with employee performance at the Bontosunggu Community Health Center, Gowa Regency. Bontomarannu Community Health Center can prioritize developing the work competencies of its employees through training, workshops and further education as well as providing rewards for employees who excel. This will help improve the quality of service provided by employees. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between work competency, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance at the Bontomarannu Community Health Center, Gowa Regency.  Keywords : competency; discipline, satisfaction, performance

Abstract

Implikasi hasil sensus penduduk 2020 terhadap kebijakan pembangunan kependudukan menunjukkan bahwa angka kematian ibu dan bayi di Inonesia masih cukup tinggi saat ini. Tahun 2015 tercatat 305 kematian per 100 ribu kelahiran dan tahun 2017 dengan 177 kematian per 100 ribu kelahiran. Untuk Tahun 2030 yakni kurang dari 70 per 100 ribu kelahiran. Indonesia menempati posisi ke tiga diantara 10 negara ASEAN. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan dan strategi kemitraan bidan dan dukun serta mengajukan konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mendukung penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dengan pencarian database melalui ProQuest, Scilit, Pubmed, Worldcat dan DOI. Sementara kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian artikel antara lain midwife, traditional birth attendant, birth, social health, social and maternal health. Terdapat 12 artikel yang diperoleh dan 5 artikel yang dianalisis melalui analisis kesesuaian topik, tujuan, metode yang digunakan, ukuran sampel, dan hasil dari setiap artikel serta keterbatasan yang terjadi.Terdapat dua (2) artikel yang menyoroti tentang pemberdayaan masyarakat tanpa konsep yang konkrit. Disarankan konsep Sistem AGIL dapat dijadikan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan bayi di Indonesia.
