Abstract

This study aims to examine the fundraising management of money waqf in Indonesian waqf savings from a sharia perspective. This research uses a type of qualitative research with field studies on Indonesian Wakaf Savings Dompet Dhuafa Republika in Ciputat Indah Permai with an approach descriptive analysis. The data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observation. As for data analysis using data reduction, Arranging categories and Synthesizing in inductive analysis. The research results show that professionalism, transparency and accountability in the management of TWI cash waqf are by sharia in the formation of nazir institutions, waqf asset management activities, investment in banking, portfolio and investment in the real sector as well as an annual report. So steps are needed to maintain Nazir's level of professionalism, it is time for Nazir to make an annual report every year and it is known to the public that TWI should collaborate with other foundations to collect, maximize and distribute waqf benefits.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability to write descriptive texts in Makassar language using environmental media for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Polongbangkeng Utara, Takalar Regency. This study is a quantitative descriptive study. The research variable is the ability to write descriptive texts. The population in this study were 235 class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Polongbangkeng Utara, Takalar Regency. The results showed that the results of the student assessment who obtained a KKM (Minimum Completion Criteria) score of 75-100 were 2 people with a percentage of 7% and did not reach the set criteria, which was 75%. While students who achieved scores below the KKM (Minimum Completion Criteria) 0-74 were 28 people with a percentage of 93%. This can be seen in the ability to write descriptive texts in Makassar language using environmental media for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Polongbangkeng Utara, Takalar Regency are in the category of unable.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kampung Wakia, merupakan salah satu Kampung dari beberapa Kampung di Distrik Mimika Barat Tengah Kabupaten Mimika. Secara umum keadaan topografi kampung wakia termasuk pegunungan menegah yang dikelilingi oleh hamparan hutan dengan ketinggian rata-rata mencapai 50 meer di atas dari permkaan laut. Kampung wakia  memiliki iklim tropis dan dua musim yautu musim hujan dan musim kemarau.. Tempat dan Waktu. Kegiatan pengabdian di Kampung Wakia Distrik Mimika Barat Tengah selama satu bulan, yaitu pada tanggal 20 Mei 2025 sampai dengan 29 Mei 2025. Khalayak Sasaran. Khalayak sasaran dalam pengabdian ini, adalah Sekretaris Desa dan dua orang karyawan kantor desa di Kampung Wakia Distrik Mimika Barat Tengah. Metode Pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian di desa ini adalah pemetaan potensi desa berupa pembuatan peta batas desa, peta fasilitas umum dan sosial desa dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan kepada sekretaris dan dua karyawan kantor desa. Peninjuan lokasi, menggunakan metode observasi untuk mengumpulkan data tentang batas-batas desa, fasilitas pendidikan, fasilitas kesehatan, dan fasilitas umum dan sosial lainnya. Secara geografis pemerintahan mawokau jaya terletak pada posisi 605780.36 m E dan 9510481.75 m S. Topografi ketinggian desa ini adalah berupa daratan sedang yaitu sekitar 40 sampai 50 m  di atas permukaan air laut.

Abstract

Amidst the challenges of competitiveness and the demands of the digital era, MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) require strategic interventions to grow. This can involve engaging various parties to help enhance a business's capacity. Academics play a crucial role as a bridge to increase knowledge and facilitate these efforts through community service. This community engagement program aims to strengthen the capacity of the "Rumah Panrita" MSME, which operates in the coffee sector in Barru Regency. The method employed was participatory training covering four main pillars: (1) product diversification, (2) digital marketing strategy, (3) the importance of business legality, and (4) practical coffee brewing training. Impact evaluation was conducted using a mixed-methods approach. Quantitative analysis utilized a paired samples t-test on participants' pre-test and post-test results. The study revealed comprehensive success. Quantitatively, there was a statistically significant increase (p < 0.05) in participants' knowledge scores, with the average score rising from 13.13 to 13.87. This result was strongly supported by qualitative analysis through participatory observation, which indicated high levels of enthusiasm, active discussion, and initiative among participants. A shift in mindset and strong internal motivation to adopt new knowledge became tangible evidence of the MSME's readiness to transform. This activity concludes that the empowerment program was successful, evidenced by the convergence of significant statistical data and rich qualitative observations, which collectively demonstrate a positive impact and the readiness of "Rumah Panrita" UMKM for business transformation.

Abstract

Local language learning plays a crucial role in developing students’ language skills while simultaneously preserving local cultural values. This study aims to describe the Akrupama speaking skills of tenth-grade students at Takalar State Senior High School in Makassarese language learning, with a particular focus on pronunciation, intonation, speaking expression, and interpretation. The study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research participants consisted of 34 students from class X MIPA 1, selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through an Akrupama speaking skills test, classroom observation, and documentation, and were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The findings indicate that, overall, students’ Akrupama speaking skills fall into the competent category. A total of 85% of the students achieved scores of 75 or higher, in accordance with the school’s Minimum Mastery Criteria, with a class mean score of 79, which is categorized as good. Aspect-based analysis reveals that pronunciation and intonation are relatively better mastered than speaking expression and interpretation, which still show lower levels of mastery. These results suggest that students’ main challenges are not limited to linguistic competence but also involve affective and performative factors, such as self-confidence and expressive ability. Overall, the study confirms that Akrupama instruction through rupama is effective in enhancing students’ Makassarese speaking skills. The findings underscore the importance of strengthening more varied and performance-oriented instructional strategies to improve the quality of students’ speaking skills in local language learning.

Abstract

Perundungan merupakan permasalahan sosial yang sering terjadi di kalangan remaja dan dapat memberikan dampak serius terhadap perkembangan psikologis dan sosial mereka. Masa remaja, yang ditandai dengan pencarian jati diri dan krisis identitas, membuat individu pada tahap ini lebih rentan terhadap tekanan sosial dan perlakuan negatif dari lingkungan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran remaja tentang dampak perundungan melalui pendekatan psikoedukatif yang bersifat interaktif dan berbasis kelompok. Psikoedukasi dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengubah cara pandang peserta terhadap suatu isu, serta mendorong mereka untuk memahami, merasakan, dan bertindak secara lebih empatik. Kegiatan ini melibatkan berbagai metode seperti pemaparan materi, diskusi kelompok, simulasi peran (role-playing), dan pelatihan keterampilan sosial yang dirancang untuk menumbuhkan empati, meningkatkan pengetahuan, serta membangun keberanian untuk bersikap terhadap perundungan. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan psikoedukatif efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman remaja tentang jenis-jenis perundungan, dampaknya terhadap korban, serta pentingnya peran aktif mereka dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih aman, inklusif, dan suportif.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi siswa melalui penerapan metode mind mapping sebagai strategi pembelajaran inovatif. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah masih rendahnya tingkat pemahaman siswa akibat dominasi metode pembelajaran konvensional yang bersifat pasif dan kurang variatif. Metode pelaksanaan dirancang secara bertahap dan sistematis, meliputi tahap persiapan, sosialisasi dan pengenalan mind mapping, pelaksanaan dan praktik, pendampingan dan penguatan, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 50 peserta dengan pendekatan edukatif, partisipatif, dan aplikatif yang menempatkan siswa sebagai pusat pembelajaran. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa metode mind mapping efektif dalam membantu siswa mengorganisasi informasi secara visual dan sistematis, sehingga memudahkan pemahaman, meningkatkan daya ingat, konsentrasi, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Selain berdampak positif pada aspek kognitif dan afektif siswa, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran yang aktif, kontekstual, dan selaras dengan prinsip Merdeka Belajar serta tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Dengan demikian, metode mind mapping layak direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan mutu proses dan hasil belajar di sekolah.

Abstract

The Bugis poem Anaq Maseri is a significant oral literary heritage rich in formulas and formulaic expressions. This study aims to identify the formulaic structures within Anaq Maseri through a corpus analysis using AntConc software, uncovering the linguistic patterns that constitute thematic repetitions, and interpreting the cultural expressions underlying these formulas. Data were collected via transcriptions of oral texts, word frequency and bigram analysis, and collocation networks to map the relationships between formulas. The research also involved interviews with five Bugis cultural practitioners and observations of oral literary performances. The results indicate that Anaq Maseri possesses strong formulaic patterns in the repetition of keywords such as muitaka (mirroring), matinro manuq-manuq (sleeping like a bird/light sleep), and langi (sky), which form a semantic network concerning self-reflection, life journeys, and Bugis cosmology. The analysis demonstrates alignment with the Parry-Lord theory of oral-formulaic composition while simultaneously revealing local cultural constructions within Bugis symbolism. This study enriches the interdisciplinary understanding of Nusantara oral literature and opens opportunities for educational applications based on formulaic analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, unemployment rate, and poverty rate on the Human Development Index (HDI) in South Sulawesi Province, focusing on four regions, namely Makassar City, Parepare City, Palopo City, and East Luwu Regency during the period 2010–2024. The study uses panel data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and analyzed using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The number of panel observations is 60 (4 regions × 15 years). The estimation results show that economic growth has a negative and significant effect on the HDI, the unemployment rate has a positive but insignificant effect, while the poverty rate has a negative and significant effect on the HDI. Simultaneously, all three independent variables have a significant effect on HDI. These findings indicate that economic growth in the study area tends to be non-inclusive, thus failing to improve the quality of human development. Policy implications emphasize the importance of pro-poor growth strategies and increased investment in the education and health sectors.
