Abstract

The results of this study can be summed summarized as follows: 1. The prices is good, facilities is good and satisfied customers are already satisfied. 2. Regression analysis result is Ŷ = 9,342 + 0,927X1 + 0,173X2,it means there is a positive influence between price and facilities to customer satisfaction. 3. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis obtained value r = 0,819, which means there is a high and positive correlation between price and facilities with customer satisfaction. Obtained value of coefficient of determination = 0,670, meaning that high of customer satisfaction equal to 67% can be explained by price and facility. 4.Hypothesis test result stated H0 rejected, it means the prices and facilities have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Guest House Humanities Pematangsiantar both simultaneously or partially.The suggestion of this research 1. to streamline the price on the dimension of the payment method, we recommend that you open a bank account in the name of the guest house so as to facilitate payment transactions credit. 2. to improve facilities, guest house should pull out some chairs or tables are not needed in order to avoid the impression of a cramped room at the lobbi. 3. to improve customer satisfaction, we recommend guest house makes guest house website which features a floor plan of the signposts towards the guest house, making it easier for customers to find the location of the Guest House. Keywords: Price, Facilities, Customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The result of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Competence, job achievement of employee, and is good job promotion. 2. There is positive influence between competence and job achievement of employee, on job promotion. 3. There is moderately high correlation between competence and job achievement of employee with job promotion. Then good or not job promotion can be explained by the competence and job achievement of employee. 4. Hypothesis test results stated H0 rejected, meaning competence and job achievement of employee have a positive and significant impact on job promotion at Kantor Kementerian Agama Pematangsiantar City either simultaneously or partially.Keywords: Competence, Job Achievement of Employee, and Job Promotion

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. To determine the description of work discipline and communication and the employee’s performance at Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Pematangsiantar. 2. To determine the influence of work discipline and communication on employee’s performance at Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Pematangsiantar simultaneously and partially. This research is done with library research and field research. The data types are cualitative and quantitative data, the data sources are primer and secondary data. The population in this research is as much as 31 respondents. The data collection is done with questionnaire, interview and documentation. Technical analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test F test and t test. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. work discipline, communication and employee’s performance is good. 2. The results of regression analysis is Ŷ= 34,319 + 0,445X1 + 0,638X2 it means that work discipline and communication had a positive influence on employee’s performance. 3. The results of correlations analysis get value r= 0,826, it means that there is a high and positive correlation between work discipline, communication with employee’s performance. Further obtained coefficient of determination (R) = 0.682 means the level of employee’s performance can be explained as much as 68,2% by work discipline and communication. 4. The results of hypothesis test H0 is rejected, it means that work discipline and communication had a positive and significant influence on employee’s performance simultaneously and partially. The suggestion of this research is to improve the work discipline, 1. the leadership must be more firmly to give sanction for anyone who violates the rules. 2. To influence communication, the leadership and the subordinates must create good relations in order to achieve a conducive working environment. 3. to optimize the employee’s performance, the leadership have to apply the rules so that employees can implement the rules properly. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian, yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, regresi linier sederhana, korelasi dan determinasi, uji t dengan hasil penelitian, yaitu pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas dan tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi besarnya kontribusi variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 34,8% pada PT Sutan Indo Pematangsiantar.Kata kunci: kualits pelayanan, loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows compensation is good, motivation is good and job satisfaction is also satisfied. Regression analysis result Ŷ = 13,181 + 0,542 X1 + 0,440X2, meaning there is positive influence between compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) to job satisfaction (Y) at PT Duta Media Indonesia Pematangsiantar Area. Correlation value r = 0,694 which means there is a moderately high and positive correlation between compensation, motivation and job satisfaction of employees at PT Duta Media Indonesia Pematangsiantar Area. Determination coefficient value is 0,482, meaning whether or not job satisfaction is explained by 48,2% by compensation and motivation. Hypothesis Ho rejected, meaning that compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Duta Media Indonesia Pematangsiantar Area.As for suggestions from the results of this study is to improve compensation should the company improve the payment system and provide better welfare to employees. To improve the motivation should the leadership should give confidence to employees to achieve high performance and eager to follow the development of technology. Meanwhile, to improve job satisfaction, the company should give more attention and give promotion to every employee who have achievement so that employees feel proud and satisfied. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation and Job Satisfaction

The results of this study can summarized as follows: 1. Employee commitment is moderately high correlation, work discipline and employee performance are good. 2. The results of multiple linear regression indicate a positive influence between employee commitment and work discipline on employee performance. 3. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient have a moderately high and positive correlation between employee commitment, work discipline and employee performance at Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Perdagangan Pematangsiantar. 4. Abstract

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Cultural Organization and Commitment to the Teacher Performance at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar amounted to 64 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 68,710 + 0,715X1 + 0,914X2 means there is a positive influence between cultural organization and commitment on teacher performance. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,672. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low employee performance 45,2% and the remaining 54,8% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the cultural organization and commitment applied SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (25,170) > fhitung (3,15) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. To determine description of leadership’s style, work environment and employee performance at Kantor Camat Tanah Jawa. 2. To determine the influence of leadership’s style and work environment to employee performance at the Kantor Camat Tanah Jawa of simultaneouly or partially.The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The leadership’s style is excellent, work environment is excellent and the performance of employees is excellent. 2. The results of regression analysis is Ŷ= 9,721 + 1,703X1 + 1,143X2, means that leadership’s style and work environment has a positive effect to employee performance 3. The results of the analysis correlations is r = 0,786, means that there is a moderately high corelation between leadership’s style and work environment to the performance of employees. The level of employee performance can be explained by leadership’s style and work environment as  61,8%. 4. The results of testing the hypothesis H0 is rejected, it means that leadership’s style and work environment has a positive effect and significant to the performance of employees at Kantor Camat Tanah Jawa of simultaneous or partialy. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment And The performance Of Employees.

Abstract

Result of analysis from linear regresi modestly that is Ŷ = 107,279–0,374X1+0,497X2, meaning there are negative influence between Work Conflict and to Job Stress to performance of employee in Kantor Kecamatan Siantar Simalungun. The strength of relationship between the variables is very strength, that is r= 0,468. From coefficient determinasi can explainable high and low of customer’s purchase decision 21,9 %, and the res78,1 % explained by other factor which is not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that Work Conflict and Job stress at Kantor Kecamatan Siantar Simalungun have an effect on to performance of employee. This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where result test the Fhitung(5,185)> Ftabel (3,25) and which significant 0,010< ɑ 0,05.Keywords: Work Conflict, Job Stress, and The Performance of Employee
