Abstract

Objective. The aims of this study were: To determine the recruitment, compensation and performance of teachers at the HKBP Private Vocational School (STM) Pematangsiantar. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and compensation on teacher performance at the HKBP Private Vocational School (STM) Pematangsiantar. Research Methods. The research design used in writing this research is library research and field research. The data collection techniques used in this research are the questionnaire method, the interview method and the documentation method. Results. The results of this study can be concluded that: Recruitment, compensation, and teacher performance is good. Recruitment and compensation have a positive influence on teacher performance. Recruitment and compensation have a strong and positive relationship to teacher performance. The good or bad performance of teachers can be explained by recruitment and compensation. Conclusion. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient test and the coefficient of determination, the results obtained which state that there is a strong and positive relationship between recruitment and compensation on teacher performance at the HKBP Private Vocational School (STM) Pematangsiantar simultaneously. Based on the simultaneous test (F test), the results obtained which state that recruitment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at the HKBP Private Vocational School (STM) Pematangsiantar simultaneously. Based on the partial test (t test), the results state that recruitment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance

Abstract

Objektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian perpustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Subtansi dari riset ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan menggunakan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening pada Bengkel Anugrah Perumnas Batu Enam Metode Riset. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penggunaan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah pengujian hipotesis klasik, analiisis deskripsi kuwalitatif daan deskripsi kuantitatif, regresi linier sederrhana, analisiis koefisien dan koefisien determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik, kepuasan konsumen yang memuaskan dan loyalitas konsumen yang tinggi. 2. Kualitas layanan berdampak positif terhaadap keepuasan pelanggan. Ada pengaaruh poisitif antaraaa kepuwasan pelanggaan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Ada hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Kesimpulan. Ada hubuungan yang kuat dann posiitif antara kepuasan pelanggan dan loyaalitas pelanggan. Dengan asumsi hasil H0 ditolak, artinya kualitas layanan secara simultan atau sebagian sebagai variabel perantara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian, yaitu mengetahui dampak keterampilan guru terhadap kinerja guru. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam desain penelitian yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, regresi linier sederhana, korelasi dan determinasi, uji t dengan hasil penelitian yaitu pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan antara keterampilan guru terhadap kinerja guru dan tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Besarnya kontribusi variabel keterampilan terhadap kinerja sebesar 51,9%.

Abstract

Objective. The purposes of this research are: 1) To describe the quality of service, health facilities and satisfaction of BPJS patients at Mina Padi General Hospital, Simalungun Regency. 2) To determine the effect of service quality and health facilities on BPJS patient satisfaction at Mina Padi General Hospital, Simalungun Regency, either simultaneously or partially. Research Methods. The research design used in this research is library research and field research. Data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaire method, interview method and documentation method. Results. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: Service quality, health facilities are good, and patient satisfaction is also categorized as good. The results of the regression analysis are = 7.407 + 0.378 X1 + 0.364 X2, meaning that the quality of services and health facilities has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. 3) The results of the correlation analysis obtained a value of r = 0.794, meaning that there is a strong and positive relationship between the quality of services and health facilities and patient satisfaction. The value of the coefficient of determination R = 0.631 means that the level of patient satisfaction can be explained by the quality of services and health facilities of 63.1%. The research hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that the quality of services and health facilities has a positive and significant effect on BPJS patient satisfaction at Mina Hospital in Simalungun Regency, either simultaneously or partially. Conclusion. To create a good quality of service, Mina Padi General Hospital in Simalungun Regency should increase the number of inpatient rooms so that sick patients can be treated immediately and receive incentive treatment from medical personnel. To improve health facilities at Mina Padi General Hospital, Simalungun Regency, it is better to increase the number of specialist doctors so that patients who need treatment can be handled immediately. And so that patients feel comfortable, the hospital should be able to overcome the smell of waste. To create patient satisfaction, it is recommended that Mina Padi Hospital, Simalungun Regency, need to increase the supply of medicines needed by BPJS patients.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni: 1. Untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan, harga, lokasi, danepuasan pelanggan pada CV A&A Copier Pematangsiantar. 2. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan lokasi terhadapepuasan pelanggan pada CV A&A Copier Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni pelanggan pada CV A&A Copier Pematangsiantar yang berjumlah 40 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yakni data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yakni uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan lokasi sudah baik, serta pelanggan sudah puas. 2. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. 3. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Kemudian tinggi rendahnya kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi. 4. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. This study uses literature and field research design. The population in this study were 40 customers at CV A&A Copier Pematangsiantar. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research instrument test used was validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique consisted of normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Service quality , price, and location are good, and customers are satisfied. 2. There is a positive influence between service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction both simultaneously or partially. 3. There is moderately relationship between service quality, price and location with customer satisfaction. Then the level of customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality, price and location. 4. The results of the hypothesis test state that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini untuk mengetahui bahwa peran tenaga pendidik di Ekklesia Private English Course dalam mengelola manajemen waktu dan melaksnakan terhadap prioritas dari pekerjaannya selanjutnya untuk melihat bahwa tenaga pendidik di Ekklesia Private English Course sudah memiliki konsep terhadap jiwa kepemimpinan dalam menjalankan proses kerjanya sebagai tenaga pendidik. Metode pelaksnaan pelatihan dilakukan dengan sistem offline atau tatap muka dengan tetap menggunakan prosedur Covid-19, dengan materi manajemen waktu dan prioritas dan kepemimpinan dan pemecahan masalah. Pimpinan dari Ekklesia Private English Course sangat mendukung kegiatan tersebut dengan harapan ke depannya para tenaga pendidik di Ekklesia Private English Course akan lebih memahami waktu dan mampu mengutamakan prioritas terhadap pekerjaannya serta mampu dalam mengelola kelas yang di pimpinnya ketika memberikan pembelajaran walaupun sifatnya non formal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher professionalism variables on teacher performance at Sultan Agung Pematng Siantar Private High School totaling 41 teachers, consisting of Foundation Permanent Teachers and Foundation Non-Permanent Teachers. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that the research instrument for the variables of teacher professionalism and teacher performance has valid and reliable criteria, with the condition that the research variables have a normal distribution due to asymp values. Sig. (2-tailed) of each variable ≥ α 0.05. The results of the coefficient determination showed that the ability of professional variables to teacher performance was 0.54 or 54%, and had a strong correlation. For the regression equation, it shows the value of the equation Y = 18.442 + 1.739, which means that there is an influence of a positive direction coefficient of professionalism on teacher performance variables in Sultan Agung Pematang Siantar Private High School Teachers. The results of the hypothesis show that there is an influence of a positive direction coefficient of professionalism on teacher performance variables in Sultan Agung Pematang Siantar Private High School Teachers.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the impact of price and location on buying interest. The approach used in the research design is a qualitative descriptive approach and a quantitative descriptive approach. This study uses a test of validity, reliability, normality, simple linear regression, correlation and determination, the t test with the results of the study, namely a positive and significant effect between price and location on buying interest and a moderately high level of relationship. The contribution of price and location to buying interest was 49,5%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital marketing in consumers of Sembilan Puluh Derajat  Coffee Pematang Siantar. Research methods with surveys, data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The unit of analysis in this study was 40 consumers. The data is analyzed by qualitative analysis. The results showed that digital marketing was good but not optimal, with the highest dimension in the interactive advertising dimension, and the lowest value in the viral marketing dimension. To optimize the implementation of digital marketing by involving influencers to work together to introduce their products to consumers.

Abstract

Pengelolaan manajemen kinerja bagi guru sekarang ini merupakan syarat mutlak bagi guru dalam mendukung keberhasilan pendidikan di Indonesia, demikian juga kemampuan spritualitas dari guru untuk mendidik para siswanya untuk selalu menjaga moral dan etika terta lebih mengedepankan sifat taqwa terhadap Tuhan dengan menjauhkan segala hal-hal yang berbau negatif. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, serta sesi tanya jawab yang diberikan kepada guru SMP Cinta Rakyat 3 Pematang Siantar. Materi yang diberikan berupa manajemen kinerja serta spritualitas guru. Hasil dari pelatihan ditemukan bahwa masih ada guru yang belum mampu dalam mengelola kinerjanya dan juga memberikan konsep spritualitas baik kepada guru itu sendiri maupun kepada siswanya. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, maka guru akan mampu dalam mengelola kinerjanya serta memahami betapa pentingnya pemahaman terhadap spritualitas daam diri guru serta mampu menyalurkannya kepada para siswanya.
