Abstract

Financial distress is a condition in which the company is in an unhealthy state, but has not yet gone bankrupt. Therefore, it is important for companies to identify financial distress first as material for evaluation and early warning, especially since the world is currently experiencing an economic crisis due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak. This study aims to detect financial distress in coal mining sector companies. using the Altman Z-Score.The population used as research material was the Coal Mining Sector Company for the period 2016 - 2019. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The research sample was 22 companies in the coal mining sector with a research time of 4 years resulting in 88 samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and logistic regression test using statistical test tools.Based on the testing of 5 (five) hypotheses, it is concluded as follows: Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Retained Earning to Total Asset (RETA), Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Asset (EBITTA), Market Value of Equity to Book Value of Liabilities (MVEBL), and Sales to Total Asset (STA) have no effect on financial distress

Abstract

The period from November to the end of March is the process of laying eggs to the hatching of snakes. After hatching, they will scatter in the environment to find food and survive. So it is not surprising that during that month many snakes enter residential settlements. The purpose of holding this community service activity is to provide knowledge related to the existence and ins and outs of several reptiles that live and breed in an environment close to humans. The scope of this research was conducted on teachers and students at the Sekolah Kreativitas Anak Nusantara in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. This method of implementing community service activities was carried out during the pandemic, so that this activity was not carried out face-to-face with students, but was carried out through recordings with several school teachers. The results of this recording will then be shared with online media which the students of this school participated in. This activity takes place on November 13, 2020, from 08.00 to 12.00. The result of this community service activity is the transfer of knowledge related to the ins and outs of reptiles in the environment so that it is hoped that values can be manifested in local wisdom from an early age in students and teachers of the Sekolah Kreativitas Anak Nusantara. This activity concludes that the teachers who were in the location where the video was taken of this activity could identify and handle reptiles, especially snakes that enter the settlement. However, the drawback of this activity is the lack of interaction between the material giver with students and teachers because this activity does not take place face-to-face. Keywords: Reptile introduction, reptile handling, pandemic era education Periode bulan November sampai dengan akhir Maret merupakan proses bertelur sampai dengan penetasan ular. Setelah menetas, mereka akan berpencar di lingkungan untuk mencari makan dan bertahan hidup. Jadi tidaklah mengherankan apabila pada periode bulan tersebut banyak dijumpai ular-ular yang masuk ke dalam pemukiman perumahan. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan terkait dengan keberadaan dan seluk beluk beberapa reptile yang hidup dan berkembang biak di lingkungan yang berdekatan dengan manusia. Lingkup penelitian ini dilakukan kepada para guru dan murid di Sekolah Kreativitas Anak Nusantara yang berada di Jagakarta Jakarta Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada masa pandemi, sehingga kegiatan ini tidak dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan para siswa, melainkan dilakukan melalui rekaman dengan beberapa guru sekolah. Hasil rekaman ini kemudian akan di share ke media online yang diikuti oleh para siswa sekolah ini. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada tanggal 13 November 2020, pukul 08.00 sampai dengan 12.00. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu adanya transfer pengetahuan terkait dengan seluk beluk reptile yang ada dilingkungan, sehingga diharapkan terbentuknya nilai-nilai yang terwujud dalam kearifan lokal sejak dini pada siswa maupun guru Sekolah Kreativitas Anak Nusantara tersebut. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah para guru yang berada ditempat pengambilan video kegiatan ini dapat mengidentifikasi dan menangani reptile khususnya ular yang masuk ke pemukiman. Namun, kekurangan dari kegiatan ini adalah kurangnya interaksi antara pemberi materi dengan siswa dan guru karena kegiatan ini tidak berlangsung secara tatap muka. Kata kunci: Pengenalan reptile, Penanganan reptile, edukasi era pandemi

Abstract

The spread of the COVID-19 is the cause of death with the highest number in the world so that the government enforce work from home rule.The work from home rule causes activities such as teaching and learning, training, and seminar conducted via online education. The purpose of this activity is to educate online about the importance of updating data in sinta. The method of activity is carried out with socialization (lecture) and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The target of this activity is the campus community consisting of staff-bureaus, lecturers, and the rest of the university staff. The number of participants who participated was 79 people. Most were from the faculty of health sciences (25.3%), law (15.2%), economics and business (13.9%), psychology and engineering (11.4%). The results of the socialization showed that most participants understood about the importance of updating data in sinta; knowledge (good) 51.9%. The results of the FGD showed that participants mainly discussed the creating a sinta account (25%), synchronizing data from old institution to new institution (25%), consulting services in sinta (37.5%), and classifying expertise or research themes in sinta (12.5%). As many as 100% expressed an understanding about updating data in sinta. This activity increased knowledge about the importance updating data in sinta by 48.1%. Thus, it is important to carry out an educational activities especially with online methods routinely and periodically in an effort to increase knowledge regarding the conditions of the pandemic.  Keywords: Online Education, COVID-19, Knowledge, Sinta

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to detect the financial health of companies that are included in the textile and garment sub-sector and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the Taffler model using financial report data for the period 2020 - 2022. Through analysis of company financial data in recent years, this study will identify important factors that affect the financial health of companies. The Taffler model will be used to combine financial and other factors in evaluating a company's financial health and identifying potential indicators of bankruptcy. The results of this study are expected to provide a reference for companies in making strategic decisions to maintain financial stability and increase the competitiveness of companies in the textile and garment sub-sector. In this study, the Taffler model predicts that 5 out of 15 companies will go bankrupt in 2023 and 2024.

This exploration was directed to assess organization funds for 3 transportation organizations. Descriptive, quantitative research methods are utilized in this study. ( HELI). Abstract

Aspects of the development of individual life can not be separated from the rules and morals. Basically the attitude of human behavior is based on positive moral values. When the development of the world of accountants is experiencing a moral crisis due to the rapid pace of competitors to realize what they want in the form of demands for professionalism and large profits, this will override the value of honesty and truth. The purpose of this study is to improve the morality aspect for accounting who has a role in developing business in the accounting field. This research method uses qualitative-descriptive methods to collect data through the main informant owner Andalus City Cirebon, supporting informants 3 employees. Observation data collection techniques, interviews, Based on the results of the study suggest that there is a main role of an expert in the accounting profession in developing services in the financial sector based on personality aspects based on the values of honesty, exemplary, and increasing scientific and technological insight, thus helping accountants to increase their potential as well as increasing the value of thoroughness in acting, being able to express the right honesty in making wise decisions because accounting has more potential for service development, as an effort to achieve the target size of challenges at the national and international level.

Abstract

Background: People with different characteristics are very selective in choosing hospital health services. People would select the hospital with modern, best medical facilities and trained doctors who offer high-quality services consistently. However, having a successful hospital and able to attract patients back is difficult, especially in the context of limited relevant literature. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effect of brand image and perceived medical quality on intention of re-visit with word of mouth as mediation variable among patients in Sari Asih Cipondoh Hospital, Tangerang. Method: We conduct the cross-sectional study to examine the causalities of independent variable with dependent variable. One hundred seventy-five patients were recruited in this study especially those who have visit the hospital at least once within two year. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach was applied to analyze the data. Result: The results showed that brand image and perceived medical quality had a positive influence on word of mouth and the intention to hospital re-visit and word of mouth had an impact on the intentions to re-visit hospital. Implication: A good hospital brand image perception is enough for the patient to encourage the intention to visit again. Medical quality is considered important to hospitals, as patients can enjoy it immediately, especially in increasing the intention to visit again. In addition, patients will be more confident to use health care if word of mouth is high

Abstract

Current economic development cannot be separated from the banking sector, the role of banks in advancing a country's economy is very large. Then the world was shocked by the phenomenon of the Covid-19 pandemic which caused restrictions on community activities so that it affected business activities which resulted in affecting the growth and stability of the economy. The Central Statistics Agency report in 2019 was 5.07% and BPS in 2020 was 2.97%, so BPS said the Indonesian economy shrank 2.1%. After recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, the Indonesian economy experienced increased growth of 3.69%. Several things can be seen from the performance report to be able to improve its performance, one indicator that needs to be paid attention to is Return On Assets because this ratio can be used to determine whether the company is effective in gaining overall profits. This research aims to test and compare CAR, NPL, LDR, BOPO, and NIM against ROA from regional development bank financial performance reports for the 2017-2022 period. This research uses 23 Regional Development Bank samples from 2017-2022. This research uses a purposive sampling technique and uses the hypothesis method of multiple linear regression analysis to analyze panel data using Eviews 10 software. The research results show that the variables CAR, NPL, LDR, BOPO, NIM have a simultaneous effect on ROA growth. Loan to Deposit Ratio and Net Interest Margin have a significant influence on Return On Assets. Meanwhile, the Capital Adequency Ratio, Non-Performing Loans, and operational costs and operational income do not have a significant effect on Return on Assets at Regional Development Banks for the 2017-2022 period.

Abstract

Loyalitas pasien menjadi hal yang penting untuk bisnis rumah sakit, karena seiring dengan semakin banyaknya rumah sakit akan meningkatkan persaingan dalam hal pelayanan kesehatan. Tidak terpenuhinya hak pasien sebagai peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), empati pelayan kesehatan yang kurang baik, serta lingkungan fisik yang tidak memadai akan berpengaruh buruk terhadap loyalitas pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris adanya pengaruh persepsi mengenai hak pasien peserta JKN, empati penyedia layanan kesehatan, dan lingkungan fisik rumah sakit terhadap loyalitas pasien peserta JKN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data primer. Sampel analisis adalah individu berjumlah 186 responden yaitu pasien peserta JKN yang dirawat inap di RSMC dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik korelasi regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif secara simultan pada persepsi mengenai hak peserta JKN, empati penyedia layanan kesehatan, dan lingkungan fisik rumah sakit terhadap loyalitas pasien peserta JKN. Secara parsial, seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh secara positif terhadap loyalitas pasien peserta JKN. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu besar pengaruh ketiga variabel independen secara simultan lebih besar dibandingkan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pasien di rumah sakit. Patient loyalty is crucial for hospital business because as the number of hospitals increases, the competition in health services will increase as well. Failure to fulfill patient rights as National Health Insurance participants, poor empathy from healthcare workers, and inadequate physical environment will have a negative impact on patient loyalty. Thus, this study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of patient perception of National Health Insurance participant rights, the empathy of healthcare workers, and hospital's physical environment on patient loyalty of National Health Insurance participants. This study used a quantitative method with questionnaires as the instrument to collect the data. The sample in this study were 186 patients as National Health Insurance participants who hospitalized in RSMC. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling method. The data was analyzed using a statistical method which is multiple regression analysis. Results showed, simultaneously, there was a positive effect of patient perception of National Health Insurance participant rights, the empathy of healthcare workers, and hospital's physical environment on patient loyalty. Partially, all the independent variables had a positive effect on patient loyalty. This study found that the effect of all three independent variables simultaneously is greater than partially on patient loyalty.

Abstract

Background: In the process of achieving good employee performance, of course there are several factors that can influence it. From the results of observations and interviews conducted by the author, there are several problems that are indicated related to the performance of outpatient medical records personnel at Berkah Pandeglang Regional Hospital. This problem is one of the triggers for the low performance of medical records personnel. Performance-related problems encountered in hospitals include workload, work discipline, knowledge, leadership style and motivation. Aims: to determine the factors related to workload, work discipline and work motivation of medical record personnel on the performance of medical record personnel. Methods: This research is quantitative observational research. The population in this study was all 52 medical records employees. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling, where the sample taken is the same as the population. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling, where the sample taken is the same as the population. Results: Based on the results of the Sobel test, the significance value of the Work Load (X1) – work motivation (Z) – performance of Medical Record Personnel (Y) path is 0.007 < 0.05 with a calculated T value of 2.353 > 1.675, it concluded that work motivation is able to mediate the relationship between workload and the performance of Medical Records Personnel. Conclusion: Based on the results, it shows that work motivation can significantly mediate the influence of workload and work discipline on the performance variables of medical record personnel.
