Abstract

Companies that develop digital technology encounter increased human resource information system demands because their efforts to achieve digital transformation proceed, which results in employee technostress. The study investigates how digital workload together with role ambiguity and remote work pressure create technostress in HR functions at digital technology companies. The researchers used quantitative methods with explanatory research design to conduct their study. The researchers surveyed 170 Human Resources professionals through purposive sampling to collect study data. The researchers conducted data analysis through multiple linear regression after validating and assessing reliability together with testing classical assumptions. The study results demonstrated that digital workload together with role ambiguity and remote work pressure positively impacted technostress in HR settings. HR employees who work with digital technologies and remote work face increasing risks of technostress according to the study findings. The study expands existing research about technostress within digital human resource management through its theoretical contributions. The study results present management recommendations which assist organizations in developing secure and sustainable digital monitoring systems for their workplace environments.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays a fundamental role in shaping children’s character, morality, and religiosity. In the Indonesian context, the integration of Qur’anic values is particularly significant, as it provides not only moral foundations but also holistic spiritual guidance. This study aims to map and analyze how Qur’anic values are integrated into PAUD learning, focusing on strategies, methods, and challenges in cultivating akhlak, moral, and religiosity in early childhood. A scoping review approach was employed by examining relevant literature indexed in Scopus and other reputable databases. The reviewed studies highlight that Qur’anic values are most effectively transmitted through developmentally appropriate methods, such as habituation, teacher modeling, storytelling, play-based learning, and memorization of short surahs and prayers. Findings also reveal that successful integration depends on the synergy between school and family, as well as the selective use of digital media as supporting tools. However, gaps remain in terms of longitudinal evidence, teacher capacity, and policy frameworks to sustain consistent implementation. The study concludes that Qur’anic value integration in PAUD contributes significantly to early moral and religious development. It calls for curriculum enrichment, teacher professional development, and further empirical research with longitudinal and experimental designs to measure long-term impacts. These insights are expected to inform both theory and practice in strengthening Qur’an-based early childhood education.

Abstract

The aim of this descriptive qualitative research is to describe how the implementation of neuroscience learning is used to stimulate children's moral abilities. The subjects in this research were the school principal and class teacher RA Assa'adah. Data collection techniques that is used was structured interviews. The research results show that education in early childhood is carried out through play activities, because it is in line with the natural nature of a child who likes to play. By playing, children gain knowledge spontaneously without feeling pressured or burdened. Neuroscience learning fits children's learning needs when it is done in a fun way. The media used is appropriate to the child's interests. The activity begins by conditioning the children through reading Iqra, Latin reading books, reading the pledge when lining up, moving and singing or playing simple games, as well as reading short letters together. This is done to prepare the children to be enthusiastic about learning, focus on learning, and receive learning material well. Activities to stimulate children's morals were carried out by singing Islamic songs, reciting hadiths, and telling stories of the prophet. The teacher will give a warning by reading a hadith if a child breaks the rules at school. Teachers assess children's moral development every day. The development results of each child are different because of the differentiation of the character and background of each child. The teacher will evaluate the activities that have been carried out and improve them for the next learning year, especially in terms of children's moral development.
