Abstract

Program literasi dan numerasi merupakan salah satu program penting yang diluncurkan oleh kemendikbudristek melalui kegiatan kampus mengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa di SMPN 6 Kota Mataram. Temuan/inovasi yang ditargetkan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Adapun lokasi penelitian yaitu di SMPN 6 Mataram. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif. Kemudian tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan Teknik analisi data adalah dengan tahap reduksi data, tahap penyajian data dan tahap penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini tentang peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa di SMPN 6 Mataram adalah Penataan Pojok Baca, Jam Tambahan Calistung, Permainan Matematika, Penataan Lingkungan Kaya Teks, Mendongeng Bersama, dan Kegiatan Moving Class. Sedangkan Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan program literasi dan numerasi siswa di sekolah antara lain semangat guru dalam menjalankan program serta dukungan kepala sekolah yang berkomitmen tinggi dalam menjalankan program penguatan literasi dan numerasi. Kemudian Faktor penghambat pelaksanaannya antara lain adalah kurangnya sarana prasarana yang ada di sekolah serta kurangnya minat baca di kalangan siswa itu sendiri.The literacy and numeracy program is one of the important programs launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through the campus teaching activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal in improving student literacy and numeracy at SMPN 6 Mataram City. The findings/innovations targeted in this study were to determine the role of the principal in improving student literacy and numeracy. The location of the study was at SMPN 6 Mataram. The research method used by the author is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Then the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation while the data analysis technique is with the data reduction stage, data presentation stage and conclusion drawing stage. The results of this study on the role of the principal in improving student literacy and numeracy at SMPN 6 Mataram are the Arrangement of Reading Corners, Additional Reading, Writing and Arithmetic Hours, Mathematics Games, Arrangement of Text-Rich Environments, Joint Storytelling, and Moving Class Activities. Meanwhile, the supporting factors for the implementation of student literacy and numeracy programs in schools include the enthusiasm of teachers in running the program and the support of the principal who is highly committed to running the literacy and numeracy strengthening program. Then the inhibiting factors for its implementation include the lack of facilities and infrastructure in schools and the lack of interest in reading among the students themselves

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui upaya guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dalam penguatan karakter disiplin siswa, serta apa yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat upaya guru Pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam penguatan karakter disiplin siawa di MAN 1 Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dalam penguatan karkter disiplin siswa yaitu memberikan keteladanan dan nasihat serta penegak aturan. Faktor pendukung dalam penguatan karakter disiplin siswa yaitu lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sosial, Sementara itu yang menjadi Faktor penghambat yaitu pengaruh teman sebayan, kurangnya motivasi diri.The aim of the research is to determine the efforts of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers in strengthening students' disciplinary character, as well as what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the efforts of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers in strengthening students' disciplinary character at MAN 1 Bima. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the efforts of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers in strengthening students' disciplinary character include providing role models and advice as well as enforcing rules. Supporting factors in strengthening students' disciplined character are the school environment, family environment, social environment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the influence of peers, lack of self-motivation.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the home visit program in the formation of student discipline character in SMP Negeri 6 Taliwang. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of home visit program in SMP Negeri 6 Taliwang and to know the impact of home visit program implementation in discipline character building. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this research shows the implementation process of home visit program in shaping students' discipline character in SMP Negeri 6 Taliwang and the impact of home visit program implementation on shaping students' discipline character in SMP Negeri 6 Taliwang. There are 3 stages of the home visit program implementation process, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. Based on this process, the impact of the home visit program was obtained in the form of an increase in students' disciplinary attitudes in class, an increase in the discipline of student attendance and an increase in the attitude of obeying the rules at school. Based on these results, the implementation of the home visit program can shape the discipline character of SMP Negeri 6 Taliwang students.

Abstract

The role of parents is essential in monitoring adolescents' social interactions. Parents bear full responsibility for supervising and managing adolescents' peer relationships. However, current conditions indicate that many parents are increasingly neglecting their roles and responsibilities due to factors such as busy schedules and other commitments. This situation has led to a decline in parental control over adolescents' social interactions. This studdy aims to analyze the implementation of parental roles in controlling adolescents' social interactions and identify the factors influencing these roles in Ncera Village. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, and data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The findings reveal that the implementation of parental roles in supervising adolescents' social interactions remains inadequate. Moreover, several factors influence the effectiveness of parental roles in Ncera Village, including parents' educational background, economic status, type of employment, availability of time, peer influence, and social media usage.

Abstract

Bahan ajar pada hakikatnya merupakan bahan/materi yang disiapkan oleh guru untuk kebutuhan pelaksanaan pembelajaran guna membangtu siswa mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, guru dituntut memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun berbagai jenis bahan ajar, yang tidak sekedar beorientasi pada upaya membangun pengetahuan, melainkan pencapaian seluruh aspek tujuan pembelajaran, baik aspek sikap seperitual, sikap sosial, pengetahuan, dan juga keterampilan. Tekait hal tersebut guru PPKn SMP di Kabupaten Lombok Utara masih mengalami kesulitan. Bahan ajar yang disusun, khususnya terkait norma, lebih berorientasi pada penguasaan konsep, kurang memperhatikan aspek sikap dan keterampilan sehingga pembelajaran menjadi kurang bermakna dalam menyiapkan siswa sebagai warga masyarakat yang menghargai dan mentaati norma. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian sangat penting dan mendesak dilakukan dengan tujuan agar guru PPKn SMP di Kabupaten Lombok Utara dapat mengembangkan bahan ajar materi norma yang tidak sekedar membangun pengetahuan namun memberi dampak pada pembentukan sikap dan perilaku. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi luaran wajib dan luaran tambahan. Luaran wajib yaitu artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal nasional ber-ISSN. Luaran tambahan yaitu pernyataan pemanfaatan hasil pengabdian oleh mitra. Pendekatan/metode yang diguanakan adalah pelatihan dengan tahapan kegiatan: (1) penyampaian materi dan diskusi (2) pendampingan, (3) evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian adalah tersusunya bahan ajar materi norma, meliputi: (1) modul ajar, (2) materi ajar, (3) LKPD, dan (4) media PowerPoint yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi menuntut perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, tidak terkecuali aspek Pendidikan. Dalam hal ini, guru ditutut memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan teknologi sebagai media dalam pembelajaran. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan guru sebagai media pembelajaran adalah aplikasi Kahoot. Aplikasi ini dapat menjadi pilihan media berbasis teknologi yang menarik karena dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Namun demikian di sisi lain, tidak semua guru PPKn memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot sebagai media pembelajaran PPKn, termasuk di dalamnya adalah guru PPKn di SMPN 16 Mataram. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan sangatlah penting dan bermanfaat, yaitu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru PPKn di SMPN 16 Mataram dalam menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari luaran wajib dan luaran tambahan. Luaran wajib yaitu artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal nasional ber-ISSN, mengikuti seminar Pepadu yang diselenggarakan oleh LPPM. Luaran tambahan yaitu peryataan pemanfaatan hasil pengabdian oleh mitra. Pendekatan/metode yang diguanakan adalah pendampingan dengan tahapan kegiatan: (1) penyampaian materi dan diskusi (2) pendampingan, (3) evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah: (1) terkontruksinya pemahaman khalayak sasaran tentang konsep, Aplikasi Kahoot, manfaat Aplikasi Kahoot dalam pembelajaran, peralatan yang harus disediakan, serta langkah-langkah pemanfataan aplikasi Kahoot sebagai media pembelajaran, (2) tersusunnya produk media pembelajaran PPKn SMP Kelas VII materi norma dengan menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of using the STAD learning model assisted by liveworksheets on achievement motivation to realize sustainable development goals (SDGs). This study uses a quantitative approach, the type is a quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. This study's population was all class XI MAN 2 Mataram students. The sample of this study was class XI IPS 1 and class XI IPS 3. The research instruments used were observation sheets and questionnaires. Analysis of hypothesis test data using paired sample t-test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the tcount> ttable (16,361> 2.037), so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that applying the STAD learning model assisted by liveworksheets affects students' achievement motivation to realize SDGs

Abstract

This research analyzes the political participation of Generation Z in the 2024 Presidential Election in Karang Tapen Village, using a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The research results show a variation in the political participation of Generation Z, ranging from active to passive. Active Generation Z utilizes social media as a source of political information and group discussions to form critical views. However, some others only participate formally without delving into political issues. The main factors influencing their participation include the ease of access to digital information, the relevance of political programs, and social influence. Participation challenges include apathy, negative social media influence, and the tendency to abstain from voting. This research suggests more effective use of social media and campaigns relevant to the needs of Generation Z to increase their political participation. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the political dynamics of the younger generation in the context of local democracy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the participation of first-time voters in the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) in Karang Tapen Village, Cakranegara District, Mataram City. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the subjects being members of the Voting Committee (PPS) and first-time voters who participated in the polling station. The findings indicate that the participation rate of first-time voters in the 2024 Pilkada is quite significant, with nearly half of the voters in the 2005-2007 age group present at the polling stations. Factors supporting the participation of first-time voters include the support from family, friends, and social environment, as well as the motivation and awareness of voters regarding the importance of their voting rights. On the other hand, the hindering factors found include low levels of political education and understanding of voting rights, as well as limited knowledge of the candidates. These findings provide valuable insights to increase first-time voter participation in the future and suggest the need for enhanced political socialization and voter education to strengthen local democracy in Karang Tapen Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by Bawaslu Kota Mataram in preventing election violations in 2024 and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in oversight execution. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that the implemented strategy comprises three main stages: preparation, socialization, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, Bawaslu conducted training for election supervisors, developed SOPs, and coordinated with stakeholders. Socialization was carried out through public discussions, social media, and collaboration with educational institutions. The evaluation stage included direct supervision, the use of online reporting technology, and regular evaluation meetings. Supporting factors include community leader support and technology utilization, while challenges involve limited budgets, digital literacy issues, and geographical constraints. A comprehensive and inclusive strategy is required to enhance the effectiveness of election oversight in Kota Mataram.
