Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational culture, and work ethics on employee performance at PT Amaze Indonesia Jaya. The background of this study is based on the importance of human resources as a company's main asset, where the level of discipline, established work culture, and applied work ethics can influence employee performance achievement. This study uses a quantitative approach by utilizing primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from company documents. The study population is all employees of PT Amaze Indonesia Jaya, with a total of 50 people who are also used as research samples using saturated sampling techniques. The research instrument has been tested for validity and reliability to ensure the feasibility of the collected data. Data analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the higher the discipline, the better the performance produced. Organizational culture has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that the values, norms, and habits that apply in the organization can motivate employees to work more optimally. Furthermore, work ethics has a positive and significant impact on performance, indicating that employee integrity, responsibility, and professionalism contribute to the achievement of work targets. Simultaneously, the F-test results indicate that work discipline, organizational culture, and work ethics collectively have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Religiousness in the context of religious life in Indonesia is not only seen in the diversity between religions, but also within the same religion with differences in religious beliefs and practices. Each individual or group has its own way of expressing their beliefs, which are often influenced by local cultural backgrounds and traditions. Indonesia, as a country rich in culture, has a legacy of traditions that are still embedded in people's lives, including in religious practices. In Sari Rejo Village, the funeral procession is one concrete manifestation of the fusion of religious values ​​and hereditary traditions. However, within the community there are groups who adhere to pure Islamic law, without mixing religious teachings with ancestral traditions. This difference in perspective triggers social conflict between adherents of religious law and adherents of tradition. This conflict does not stop at differences in practice, but develops into a form of social discrimination against adherents of religious law. This condition gives rise to social inequality that can disrupt the harmony of community life. This study aims to answer several main questions: (1) what is the form and meaning of funeral traditions in Sari Rejo Village? (2) why social inequality arises in these funeral ceremonies? (3) how are traditional adherents treated differently compared to adherents of religious law? (The text appears to be incomplete and should be omitted.) The research method used is qualitative, relying on primary and secondary data, and direct field observations. The results indicate that the majority of Sari Rejo residents, as adherents of tradition, tend to discriminate against adherents of religious law. This is evident in the differences in treatment, attitudes, and social acceptance of those who choose to practice their religion according to its guidance without incorporating traditional elements. These findings confirm that differences in religious practice, even within the same religion, can become a source of social inequality if not managed wisely.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of the work carried out by the employee to fulfill their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the discipline entrusted to them. This research aims to determine and analyze organizational culture, salary, and employee welfare on the performance of employees at the BPBD of Nganjuk Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with causal research, which is capable of explaining the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. Research data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents who are employees of the BPBD of Nganjuk Regency. To ensure data quality, a series of tests were conducted including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) which were processed using SPSS version 25. The research results show that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance, indicating that the stronger the applied organizational culture, the better the resulting employee performance will be. Salary also proves to significantly affect employee performance, which shows that providing a decent salary in accordance with job responsibilities can enhance the resulting employee performance. Likewise, employee welfare significantly influences employee performance, indicating that employee welfare, both physically and psychologically, can improve the resulting employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables have an effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination value of 0.693 indicates that 69.3% of the influence on the employee performance variable comes from company culture, salary, and employee welfare, while 30.7% comes from other external factors

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of leadership style (X1), work motivation (X2), and work enthusiasm (X3) on employee performance (Y) at Podo Seneng Factory. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through surveys, utilizing questionnaires as the main instrument for obtaining primary data. Additionally, secondary data were collected from relevant literature studies and documentation. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population who meet the research criteria are selected as the sample. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, starting with validity and reliability tests to ensure the quality of the research instruments. The next step is the classical assumption test to check whether the data meet the basic assumptions of regression analysis. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The T-test is used to determine the significance of the effect of each independent variable on employee performance, while the F-test is used to examine the simultaneous effect of all independent variables on the dependent variable. Additionally, the coefficient of determination test is used to assess how well the independent variables can explain the variation in the dependent variable. The results of this study are expected to provide a clearer understanding of the factors affecting employee performance at Podo Seneng Factory.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif karena mengarah pada metode pengukuran dan sampel untuk menguji variabel dan hipotesis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 karyawan Klinik Pratama Salsabila Medika Kediri dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja (X1) dan Komitmen Organisasi (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi (Y), Kepuasan Kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi secara parsial dan Komitmen Organisasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi Parsial di Klinik Pratama Salsabila Medika Kediri.

Abstract

Saat ini perusahaan atau organisasi membutuhkan pegawai dengan sikap mendukung karena tuntutan kerja tim yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan komitmen, kepuasan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 31 Pegawai Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Kota Wilayah Utara Kediri yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial komitmen dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB, namun kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB pegawai. Selain itu, komitmen, kepuasan kerja, dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan tambahan informasi, saran, dan masukan yang bermanfaat bagi instansi terutama mengenai komitmen, kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception, product quality, and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Happy Jaya Plastik Kediri. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach using a survey method. A total of 96 respondents were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of consumers who had made at least two purchases. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25.0. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, price perception, product quality, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Among these variables, promotion has the most dominant influence, indicating that well-targeted promotional activities can effectively increase consumers’ purchasing intentions and decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.781 suggests that these three variables explain 78.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 21.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for companies in formulating more effective marketing strategies aligned with consumer behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan cyberloafing terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sinar Kediri Sakti. Penelitian ini termasuk explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan sampel jenuh berjumlah 129 karyawan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi yang diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja dan cyberloafing berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kinerja karyawan lebih besar dipengaruhi oleh variabel beban kerja dengan nilai sebesar 7,345 daripada variabel cyberloafing dengan nilai sebesar -3,765. Variabel beban kerja dan cyberloafing berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan pada PT Sinar Kediri Sakti sebesar 37,3% dan sisanya sebesar 62,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of ticket prices, facilities, and location on visitor satisfaction at Tirta Bening Swimming Pool. The approach used was quantitative with data collection through primary and secondary sources. The study population consisted of all visitors to Tirta Bening Swimming Pool. Data analysis techniques used included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that partially, the three variables—ticket prices, facilities, and location—influence visitor satisfaction, as indicated by the t-test results. Meanwhile, based on the F-test, all three simultaneously also have a significant influence on the level of visitor satisfaction. More specifically, the facility variable has a dominant influence on visitor satisfaction. This indicates that comfort, cleanliness, completeness of facilities, and the quality of service provided by the management significantly influence visitors' perceptions of their experience at the swimming pool. Affordable ticket prices are also a major attraction, especially for families and student groups seeking cost-effective recreational alternatives. Meanwhile, the strategic and easily accessible location is also an added value, especially for visitors from the surrounding area. The implications of these findings are the importance of regularly upgrading and maintaining facilities, as well as providing additional services such as a cafeteria, comfortable changing rooms, and responsive security personnel. Management is also advised to periodically evaluate ticket pricing to maintain competitiveness while still supporting operational and service development. Furthermore, location promotion through social media and digital platforms can also expand visitor reach. This research provides an important contribution to the development of tourism destination marketing and management strategies based on visitor needs and satisfaction.
