Abstract

The performance of employees in an organization is affected by many factors, among them competence, commitment, and the culture of work. This research aims to know and analyze the impact of competence, commitment, and work culture on the performance of the Department of Population and civil registration of the Demak Regency. This research used a quantitative method. Data were obtained through documentation and questionnaires. The sample of this study comprised 82 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data were then analyzed by using a multiple linear regression equation of SPSS version 25. The research concludes that : (1) competence positively and significantly influenced the performance of employees, (2) commitment positively and significantly has no impact on the performance of employees, (3) work culture positively and significantly influence the performance in the department of population and civil registration of the Demak Regency

Abstract

One of the industries that has been badly impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak is tourism. According to BPS statistics from 2021, there has been a dramatic drop in both domestic and international tourism. Diverse initiatives are made to keep Indonesian tourism alive. Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf is in charge of the "rescue" phase's emergency response, recovery, and normalization. According to Kaspar, wellness tourism is a type of tourism service that can be produced or enhanced in response to a destination's social and environmental circumstances. In terms of the tourist industry, wellness tourism is a subset of health tourism that is comparable to other tourism industries. Here are some motivational ideas that were examined based on the push and pull variables used in this study However, push factors do not considerably increase the desire to travel for wellness in Indonesia. Push factors might be said to cause the urge to return to traveling for wellbeing. According to reports, pull factors significantly influence foreign tourists' interest in visiting Indonesia for wellness tourism. Enhancing mental wellbeing is the indicator that best explains the push factors for tourists to engage in wellness tourism in Indonesia, whilst heritage and culture are the indicator that best describes the draw factors. However, out of the two, pull factors have a greater impact on tourists' interest in visiting.

Abstract

Human resources as a resource is the company's most important asset, human resources are always expected to give maximum level of contributions and committed to the company to reach expected goals. Employees who are committed to their organization will take risks to the organization and want to remain in the organization. This research is done to explore impact of work family conflict, job stress and job satisfaction to organizational commitment. The response taken was 138 employees of a garment factory in the Semarang Regency area. With SPSS analysis technique version 23. Result of the research found work family conflict and work stress have negatively impact and insignificant to organizational commitment. And job satisfaction has a positively impact and significant to organizational commitment. Simultaneously work family conflict, job stress and job satisfaction have a significant influence to organizational commitment.

Abstract

Examining the problems in CV Tirta Fertindo Pratama, which has a high employee turnover rate so this research was conducted. This study uses a quantitative approach with four variables: Workload, Perceived Organizational Support and Work Life Balance are independent variables, while Turnover intention is the dependent variable. All employees of CV Tirta Fertindo Pratama, a total of 119 people, were used as respondents in this study. This study shows that each independent variable affects its dependent variable. The decision was: (1) workload has an influence on turnover intention, meaning more workload can make turnover intention increase; (2) Perceived Organizational Support has an influence on turnover intention, meaning more organizational support will reduce turnover intention; and (3) Work-life balance has an effect on turnover intention, meaning that more life balance will reduce turnover intention. (4) Workload, Perceived Organizational Support and work life balance simultaneously have an influence on turnover intention

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of customer satisfaction, service quality and customer trust spatially and jointly on customer retention. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The sample was 90 customers of PT. Piranti Berkah Travelindo Tool taken using the Census technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and the data is tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 20. Based on the research data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer retention, (2) service quality has a positive effect and significant to customer retention (3) customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer retention, (4) customer satisfaction, service quality and customer trust together have an effect on customer retention Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Trust and Customer Retension

Abstract

The purpose of this study, which was carried out at the Satpol PP Demak Regency, was to ascertain how internal control, motivation, and leadership affected staff performance. Quantitative research methodologies were used for this study. 82 Satpol PP employees made up the sample. Multiple linear regression was performed and used using SPSS to evaluate the data collected through surveys. Regression analysis' findings demonstrate that leadership has a significant impact on worker performance. Since leadership has a greater impact on employee performance than work motivation and internal control, Satpol PP employees require strong leadership from their supervisors. While internal controls, motivation, and leadership all influence how well employee work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix terhadap daya tarik wisata, pengaruh pelayanan prima terhadap daya tarik wisata, pengaruh marketing mix terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, pengaruh pelayanan prima terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, daya tarik wisata terhadap pengunjung, pengaruh marketing mix terhadap kepuasan pengunjung dengan daya tarik wisata sebagai variabel intervening, dan pengaruh pelayanan prima terhadapan kepuasan pengunjung dengan daya tarik wisata sebagai variabel intervening. Kuisoner yang disebarkan kepada 78 responden, secara spesifik, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisa penelitian ini adalah menggunkan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data ditunjukan dari uji t, menunjukan bahwa marketing mix berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap daya tarik wisata sebesar 0,000. Pelayanan prima berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap daya tarik wisata sebesar 0.554. marketing mix berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung sebesar 0.235. Pelayanan prima berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung sebesar 0.000. Daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung sebesar 0.027.dan Hasil analisis dengan sobel test calculator for the signification of mediaton kris preacher: hasil analisis dengan sobel tes menunjukan nilai statistik (z Value) untuk pengaruh dan tidak pengaruh Marketing Mix, pelayanan prima terhadap kepuasan pengunjung dengan daya tarik wisata sebagai variabel intervening. Sobel Test Statistic 1,689555266 dan one- tailed probalility dengan angka 0,013806 dan two tailed probability dengan angka 0,023326.

Abstract

This research was conducted to be able to find out the influence of competency and motivation variables on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. And it can also be known which variables have the highest influence on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD. Sultan Fatah with more value of 0.511 to employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.
