Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan komponen penting bagi setiap perusahaan dalam mencapai targetnya. Budaya organisasi berperan penting dalam menentukan perkembangan suatu organisasi, sementara komitmen organisasi berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tingkat employee engagement yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas serta mendukung profitabilitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 122 karyawan PT. Sumber Bintang Rejeki, Kabupaten Semarang, sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS, meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk menguji instrumen penelitian. Selain itu, dilakukan uji hipotesis untuk mengonfirmasi diterima atau ditolaknya hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun budaya organisasi yang kuat, menjaga tingkat komitmen yang tinggi, serta mendorong keterlibatan karyawan sebagai upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja dan keberhasilan organisasi.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga, fasilitas, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan penyewaan Gedung Serba Guna di Ungaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 74 responden, terdiri dari calon penyewa dan penyewa aktif. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengukur kontribusi masing-masing variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penyewaan, dengan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,854 dan signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Persepsi harga yang sesuai dengan nilai yang dirasakan menjadi faktor dominan dalam menarik minat penyewa. Fasilitas yang lengkap memberikan kenyamanan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Lokasi strategis dan mudah diakses turut memperkuat keputusan penyewaan. Promosi yang efektif juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran calon penyewa terhadap keberadaan dan keunggulan gedung. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi strategi harga, peningkatan fasilitas, pemilihan lokasi, dan promosi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan daya saing serta tingkat hunian gedung. Oleh karena itu, pengelola Gedung Serba Guna di Ungaran disarankan untuk terus mengoptimalkan keempat aspek tersebut secara berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan keputusan penyewaan dan loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Setelah masa pandemi COVID-19, tingkat hunian hotel di Indonesia mulai mengalami peningkatan, memberikan peluang optimis bagi para pelaku industri perhotelan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 153 pengunjung Hotel Fovere Bandara Semarang dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear ganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dibandingkan dengan kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang juga memberikan kontribusi positif, namun dengan pengaruh yang lebih rendah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi penentuan harga yang kompetitif menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen di hotel tersebut. Selain itu, kualitas produk dan layanan tetap menjadi aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen hotel untuk lebih memprioritaskan pengelolaan harga sekaligus menjaga kualitas produk dan pelayanan demi meningkatkan kepuasan dan daya saing di industri perhotelan yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Peran pelatih keterampilan memiliki kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menjahit peserta pelatihan sebagai persiapan kerja di berbagai pabrik garmen di Kabupaten Semarang. Kinerja pelatih keterampilan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya karakteristik individu, komitmen organisasi, dan sikap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi sejauh mana ketiga faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelatih keterampilan dalam mendukung keberhasilan program pelatihan. Karakteristik individu yang baik, komitmen organisasi yang kuat, serta OCB yang positif diyakini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan dan pencapaian tujuan program. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan seluruh populasi, yaitu 88 pelatih keterampilan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis, yang diperoleh melalui uji t dan uji F, menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, komitmen organisasi, dan OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelatih keterampilan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan aspek personal dan organisasional pada pelatih keterampilan menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan dan kesiapan kerja peserta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the B2B (Business to Business) marketing variable has on meeting room sales at Sekuro Village Resort. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 39 respondents from various companies or organizations that have used meeting room services at Sekuro Village Beach Resort. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the B2B marketing strategy implemented and the increase in meeting room sales at Sekuro Village Beach Resort. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of an effective B2B marketing strategy can substantially increase meeting room sales at Sekuro Village Beach Resort. The implication of this study is the importance of Sekuro Village Beach Resort to continue to develop a B2B marketing strategy that focuses on the needs and satisfaction of corporate clients to increase competitiveness and sales.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Solo Garmindo with the aim of evaluating the impact of motivation, career development and a non-optimal work environment. The information sought in the research was collected through the use of questionnaires and interviews. 110 respondents were used in the study. It is hoped that this research will provide useful information for management and employees. The information obtained is processed by The use of multiple regression for quantitative analysis is used to understand how the independent variable affects the dependent variable, as well as to test models and hypotheses, while also checking validity and reliability. Regression observations show that motivation, career development, and work environment have a direct impact on increasing job satisfaction. Thus, increased motivation, sustainable career development and a good work environment are needed to increase employee job satisfaction in the future.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) intended for groups registered in family-based integrated social assistance programs. This research aims to determine the impact or effects of the quality of assistance, level of education and changes in behavior on improving the welfare of PKH beneficiaries. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach using a sample of 167 PKH beneficiaries in Bandungan District, Semarang Regency, who were selected proportionally through random sampling. The data collection method involves the use of a questionnaire, then the data is analyzed using the SPSS program for multiple linear regression. The results of the study data analysis show that (1) the quality of assistance, level of education, and changes in behavior of PKH recipients have a positive and significant effect on improving their welfare, (2) these influences also occur simultaneously.

Abstract

The financial system based on technology is called Fintech and builds new products, services, technologies, and business models. This affects the stability of the financial system, smoothness, security, and speed of payments. The presence of fintech in the banking industry benefits both banks and customers. In practice, fintech can streamline the process of handling various tasks so that they are faster and more efficient. This study aims to determine how Fintech affects product development at BPRS Artha Amanah Ummat Ungaran, Semarang Regency. This field study has qualitative descriptive characteristics. Primary data was obtained from interviews, and secondary data was obtained from literature studies or documentation to complement the primary data. The study shows that the presence of fintech affects the progress of Islamic banking products. Customers really like some good financial technology products; one of which is a paperless online account, which reduces paper use because all transaction models are now internet-based.

Abstract

Planning, organizing, directing, and supervising activities related to finance, such as procurement and use of business funds, are referred to as financial management. Businesses need good financial management to increase sales. This study analyzes qualitative descriptive data, Primary and secondary data sources obtained through documentation and interviews are utilized in this study. In order to obtain information, the business owner and employees of Omah Kopi Omaji Klepu were interviewed. The study's findings show that Omah Kopi Omaji Klepu has used financial management, but not fully, and needs to be improved because it implements very basic financial management. Financial management at Omah Kopi Omaji Klepu is budget planning and simple control because of the limited knowledge of the owner, so Omah Kopi Omaji Klepu does not implement reporting in its financial management. In addition, financial management to increase sales can be done by allocating funds intelligently for efficient marketing strategies, developing innovative products, and ensuring the availability of sufficient working capital to meet market demand properly.

Abstract

Employees who are happy with their work are usually satisfied employees, who have a positive impact on their company by increasing performance and productivity. Workload, fatigue, and compensation are some of the factors that can influence job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry in Semarang Regency. Low job satisfaction can occur because some or most employees who have not been promoted sometimes feel bored with monotonous work. The purpose of this research is to find out how workload, fatigue, and compensation impact employee job satisfaction. 76 employees of PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry Semarang Regency is included in the sample of this research. This research data was collected through distributing questionnaires. Data is processed through multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression tests show: (1) Workload influences job satisfaction negatively and significantly; burnout affects job satisfaction negatively and significantly; and payment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Recommendations given to PT. IT Matsuoka Winner Industry Semarang Regency is as follows: (1) to give companies more manpower to help complete tasks. (2) to give employees more time to relax. (3) Performance appraisal takes priority when establishing promotion policies
