Abstract

Discipline, creativity and responsibility influence employee work performance. The aim of this research is to analyze discipline, creativity and responsibility whose impact on work performance is both partial and simultaneous. Type of explanatory research or level of explanation using census research techniques. Discipline, creativity, and responsibility are the independent variables of this research. This research refers to the entire staff of 134 road construction contractors. Validity and reliability tests, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test were carried out using SPSS calculation tools. The anova test shows that the model is fit, meaning that the independent variables can predict the dependent variable. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Research finds that discipline, creativity and responsibility have a significant impact on employee work performance, either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Abstract

Jembrak Village has very diverse potentials that can be used as capital in developing as a Tourism Village. The following are the problems encountered in Jembrak Village, such as: (1) the need to form a Community-Based Local Management Agency to manage the tourism village potential in Jembrak Village; (2) it is necessary to train and increase the ability of community human resources to become the main actors in the management of Tourism Villages in Jembrak Village; (3) it is necessary to explore the unique tourism potentials of Jembrak Village to be presented to tourists as a local tourist attraction; (4) the participation of the Jembrak Village community in the framework of environmental management for the realization of sustainable tourism. The author succeeded in realizing programs to support the development of Jembrak Village as a Tourism Village. These programs are the Establishment of Jembrak Village Tourism Village Managers, Making Tista Village Tourism Village Brochures, Making Tista Village Tourism Village Brochures, Making Trekking Routes, Producing and Packaging Local Culinary for Jembrak Village, Making Jembrak Village Tourism Profile Books, Making Local Souvenirs.

Abstract

Wisata kuliner yang bertujuan untuk menikmati suatu sajian makanan baik dari proses mengolahnya maupun siap dinikmati dan dimakan, salah satu wisata yang paling di cari oleh para wisatawan. Apalagi di Indonesia yang memiliki banyak varians jenis menu makanan di setiap daerah yang ada di Indonesia dan memiliki cita rasa yang lezat dan nikmat. Bumi Perkemahan adalah tempat di alam terbuka, di mana para pemakai dapat mendirikan kemah-kemah untuk keperluan bermalam dan melakukan kegiatan sesuai dengan motivasinya. Abstract

This service aims to develop a culinary tourism village based on local wisdom with a focus on cassava raw materials in Ledok Village, Salatiga City. This research involves local culinary business actors, local governments, and academics to improve skills, business governance, and promotion of cassava-based culinary products. The results of this service include improving the skills of culinary business actors, developing a diverse culinary menu, strengthening collaboration between various parties, as well as creating a management guide for culinary tourism villages. Evaluation of research results shows positive potential in increasing business actors' income, local tourism growth and village economic development. In conclusion, the development of a culinary tourism village based on local wisdom made from cassava has great potential to improve the quality of life of local communities and support the economic and tourism growth of Salatiga City. Collaboration and training are the keys to success in optimizing the potential of this culinary tourism.

Abstract

This research is located in junior high schools Kendal Regency, with purpose of the research being to analyze and understanding the influence of Academic Supervision and Principal Leadership on Work Motivation, Academic Supervision, Principal leadership and work motivation on teacher performance, (Academic Supervision on teacher performance mediated by work motivation, and Principal leadership towards performance mediated work motivation. This study used a sample of 118 people who were state civil service teachers at SMPN in Kendal Regency Data collection methods using questionnaires and interviews, from the results of questionnaire answers in feasibility tests using validity tests and reliability tests, as well as analyzing data using regression analysis, model tests and hypothesis test. Results of this research concluded that: Academic Supervision and Principal Leadership affects Work Motivation, Academic Supervision, Principal Leadership and Work Motivation affects teacher performance, Academic Supervision influences teacher performance mediated by work motivation, and the influence of Principal Leadership on teacher performance Mediated Work Motivation.

Abstract

Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention is a suitable place to study. The mission of this research is to identify and explain the impact of leadership style, work culture, and discipline on employee productivity. The information in this study was collected through filling out a questionnaire. This research involved 80 participants. Descriptive and quantitative statistics are used to process the data obtained. Multiple regression analysis is used to assess the impact of independent variables on dependent variables, test models and hypotheses. Before analysis, validity and reliability were also checked. Regression analysis shows that employee performance is influenced directly or indirectly by leadership style, work culture and work discipline. In addition, these findings indicate that leadership style, work culture, and work discipline jointly influence employee performance. This shows that to improve employee performance, a good leadership style, positive work culture, and strong work discipline are very important.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sejalan dengan program pariwisata nasional Destinasi Super Prioritas, khususnya pengembangan poros Borobudur-Dieng, posisi Desa Tlahab dengan daya tarik Wisata Alam Posong menjadi penting sehingga ditetapkan sebagai Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Kabupaten Temanggung. Namun keunggulan lokasi, daya tarik wisata alam dan budaya belum optimal dikemas oleh desa wisata agar semakin berkembang sehingga ditemukan permasalahan dalam sinergitas kelembagaan, kualitas pelayanan wisatawan, pengemasan dan penjualan paket wisata. Untuk itu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tugas pokok dan fungsi kelembagaan, identifikasi permasalahan, sinergitas kelembagaan, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan SDM, penyusunan dan penjualan paket wisata dan kapabilitas pelayanan pengunjung. Kegiatan ini ditempuh dengan metode sosialisasi, FGD, pelatihan dan praktik lapangan. Kegiatan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan penyebaran angket pada pesertaHasil yang dicapai adalah peningkatan softskill pada pemahaman masyarakat tentang desa wisata berkembang meningkat dan pemahaman kelembagaan tugas pokok dan fungsi dari 16% menjadi 86%, berhasil mengidentifikasi 5 aspek permasalahan, peningkatan pemahaman kualitas pelayanan pengunjung dari 12% menajdi 92%. Terjadi peningkatan Hardskill Masyarakat dalam sinergitas kerjasama kelembagaan, menyusun 2 paket wisata dan 2 praktik uji coba paket wisata dan pelayanan 78 tamu.Abstract: In line with the national tourism program of Super Priority Destinations, especially the development of the Borobudur-Dieng axis, the position of Tlahab Village with its main attraction of Posong Natural Tourism is important so that it is designated as a Strategic Tourism Area of Temanggung Regency. However, the advantages of location, natural and cultural tourism attractions have not been optimally packaged, so problems are found in institutional synergy, quality of tourist services, packaging and sales of tour packages. For this reason, community service activities are carried out which aim to improve understanding of the main tasks and institutional functions, identification of problems, institutional synergy, improvement of the quality of human resource services, the availability of tour packages, package sales and the ability to serve visitors. This activity was carried out by socialization, FGD, training and field practices. Activities were evaluated using questionnaires on participants. The results achieved in this service are an increase in soft skills in the community's understanding of developing tourism villages and an increase in institutional understanding of the main tasks and functions from 16% to 86%, 5 aspects of problems was identified, an increase in understanding of the quality of visitor service from 12% to 92% and the community getting hard skills in synergy of institutional cooperation, produced of 2 tour packages and selling and providing quality service to 78 guests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan efikasi diri terhadap perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. OCB merupakan perilaku sukarela yang mendukung efektivitas organisasi dan sangat krusial dalam industri perhotelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 120 karyawan Budget Hotel di Semarang, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut dengan OCB. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan aspek internal dan kepemimpinan dalam membentuk perilaku positif karyawan terhadap organisasi. Implikasi praktisnya, manajemen hotel perlu merancang strategi peningkatan motivasi, kepemimpinan partisipatif, dan penguatan efikasi diri untuk mendorong loyalitas serta kontribusi sukarela karyawan.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan hasil dari aktivitas individu atau kelompok dalam organisasi berdasarkan wewenang dan tanggung jawab untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satu lembaga pemerintahan di Kabupaten Semarang adalah Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP), yang bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan, pengkoordinasian, pembinaan, pengawasan, pengendalian, dan evaluasi pelayanan serta perizinan terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan, disiplin kerja, dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja pegawai DPMPTSP Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel diambil secara sensus sebanyak 82 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, dengan data primer dan sekunder yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan, disiplin kerja, dan OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artinya, semakin baik karakteristik pekerjaan yang dirasakan pegawai, semakin tinggi kedisiplinan, dan semakin kuat perilaku OCB yang ditunjukkan, maka kinerja pegawai juga meningkat. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan aspek internal organisasi untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan.
