Abstract

PT SIIX EMS Indonesia is a manufacturing company that utilizes trays as a means for temporary storage and component distribution across its production lines. However, the monitoring and recording process for these trays is still conducted manually, leading to various issues such as recording errors, data loss, delays in information delivery, and difficulties in real-time tray tracking. These problems result in decreased operational efficiency and sub-optimal decision-making by management. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based tray monitoring information system to enhance the effectiveness of tray management within the company. The research methodology includes data collection techniques through direct observation and literature review. Meanwhile, the system development follows the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using the CodeIgniter framework with PHP programming language and MySQL as the database for data storage. The results indicate that the developed web-based tray monitoring system successfully integrates data for recycled trays, new trays, and scrap trays into a centralized system while providing a real-time monitoring dashboard. System testing using the Black Box Testing method shows that all application features function according to user requirements. Consequently, the developed system improves data recording accuracy, accelerates the information retrieval process, and assists management in making faster and more accurate decisions at PT SIIX EMS Indonesia.

Abstract

Information technology is developing so rapidly that it has become a significant need in all fields. One is in the Business of buying and selling clothes at the Celsius distribution. Sales are still carried out traditionally or using less good places for distribution because they rely only on customers who come to the store, so the innovation of online sales technology or e-business is needed. The creation is to build e-commerce as a medium for buying and selling online with a broader market coverage. E-commerce is a system designed to process goods and services' buying, selling, and marketing through an electronic system. They built this e-commerce using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and PHP-MySql programming language. Some UML diagrams are used, such as Usecases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams, and assisted with interface design before being translated into applications. Its e-commerce is built into two parts: the admin panel and the user panel on the system, where this e-commerce is based on a website. The admin panel is managed by the section owner as the manager of online sales management, while the board is the system user who makes transactions from the system. The tests involve random owners and users to get responses to the e-commerce so that they are implemented on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Text classification is a fundamental task in Natural Language Processing (NLP) aimed at categorizing text data into predefined classes. This study implements a Support Vector Machine (SVM) model to classify text data from the LMDB Minecraft Dataset, which contains user reviews of the Minecraft movie. The research involves text preprocessing, TF-IDF feature extraction, and SVM model training. The classification results are evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, and confusion matrix metrics. The comment data is also analyzed based on the timing of their appearance in the movie. All processes are visualized in diagrams; the final results are saved in Excel format. The SVM model performs adequately on informal and domain-specific language data, providing a foundation for future research in similar text classification contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to prioritize areas for receiving assistance for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java Province using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. The AHP method is used to determine the importance weight of each criterion based on its priority level, while the SAW method is used to carry out the normalization process, calculate preference values, and rank alternative areas. The criteria used include the number of MSMEs, workforce, financial stability ratio, legality ratio, BPP ratio, digital ratio, and innovation ratio. The results of the study indicate that the system built is able to produce an objective and consistent ranking of priority areas for MSME assistance, as evidenced by the agreement between the results of manual calculations using Microsoft Excel and the results of calculations in the system. Thus, this system is expected to assist relevant parties in making decisions regarding the distribution of MSME assistance in a more targeted and structured manner and rank 27 administrative regions in West Java Province. The results show that the highest-ranked region achieved a preference value of 0.8573, indicating its highest priority for MSME assistance, while the lowest-ranked region obtained a value of 0.5129. These results demonstrate the system’s capability to generate consistent and objective rankings. In addition, this study contributes by applying a combined AHP–SAW approach at a regional (macro) level, which is still limited in previous studies, thereby providing a more comprehensive framework for data-driven policy decision-making.

Abstract

At PT Gokko Mirai Indonesia, workforce deployment is still done manually, which makes the process inefficient, time-consuming, and potentially leads to data processing errors and unclear application status. The purpose of this research is to create and implement an integrated information system for web-based workforce distribution that improves process efficiency and transparency. The waterfall method is used for system design, testing, implementation, and needs analysis. PHP is used in the construction of this system. and utilizes the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The main features are applicant data control, vacancy data, application submission process, and real-time application status monitoring. Black box testing results show that every system feature operates as intended, according to requirements. Metode Waterfall yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistemnya ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan menggunakan framework Laravel serta database MySQL. Pengendalian data pelamar, data lowongan, proses pengajuan lamaran, dan pemantauan status lamaran secara real-time adalah fitur utama. Hasil pengujian metode black box menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur sistem bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Sistem baru dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengolahan data.serta memberikan transparansi informasi kepada pelamar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem chatbot otomatis berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) menggunakan workflow automation N8N sebagai solusi digitalisasi layanan pelanggan pada Toko Laris Motor. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi keterlambatan respons, penumpukan pesan WhatsApp, serta ketidakkonsistenan informasi akibat proses pelayanan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Sistem chatbot dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan AI Agent untuk memahami konteks percakapan, serta diintegrasikan dengan WhatsApp API dan Google Sheets guna menyediakan informasi produk, harga, dan ketersediaan stok secara real-time. Proses pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna tanpa melihat struktur kode program. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan kecepatan respons layanan, menjaga konsistensi informasi, serta mengurangi beban kerja administratif. Implementasi chatbot ini mendukung transformasi digital pada sektor UMKM ritel otomotif dan menunjukkan bahwa otomatisasi layanan berbasis AI dapat meningkatkan efektivitas operasional serta kualitas interaksi pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kekerasan merupakan permasalahan sosial yang terjadi di berbagai lokasi dengan pola yang beragam. Di Provinsi Jawa Barat, kasus kekerasan menunjukkan keragaman pola yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor geografis, sosial, budaya, dan terutama jenis tempat kejadian. Memahami sebaran lokasi dan ciri-ciri kejadian kekerasan sangat penting untuk menyusun strategi penanganan yang tepat. Namun, kajian yang mengaitkan jenis tempat kejadian dengan frekuensi kekerasan di tingkat kabupaten dan kota masih terbatas. Oleh sebab itu, fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengelompokan kasus kekerasan berdasarkan jenis lokasi kejadian menerapkan Algoritma K-Means Clustering. Proses penelitian mengikuti tahapan Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD), yang mencakup berbagai langkah, antara lain seleksi data, pra-pemrosesan data, transformasi data, data mining, serta interpretasi dan evaluasi. Hasil klasterisasi menunjukkan bahwa kasus kekerasan dapat dikelompokkan ke dalam tiga cluster utama berdasarkan jumlah kekerasan dan kategori jenis tempatnya dengan tingkatan kasus kekerasan yang berkategori tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Evaluasi menggunakan Silhouette Coefficient menghasilkan nilai indeks 0,59, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas cluster berada pada kategori cukup baik (medium structure). Dengan adanya hasil dari penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber referensi untuk pihak-pihak yang berwenang dalam memahami pola kekerasan di berbagai lokasi, sehingga strategi pencegahan yang lebih efektif dapat dirancang untuk mengurangi tingkat kekerasan di Jawa Barat.
