Abstract

Anemia is a health problem that is currently often found in the world. In Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan, the coverage of giving blood-added tablets to adolescent girls in 2021 was 24.14%. Meanwhile, the incidence of anemia in 2022 is 29.3%. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of Fe tablets for adolescent girls at the North Tapin Health Center. Type of descriptive research with quantitative research methods. Respondents 58 people, total sampling technique. The data collection method uses questionnaires and secondary data with report recording. Data analysis using univariate analysis. Based on the results of research on the input component is 100% good, from human resources already exist but for infrastructure facilities such as counseling media, nutrition implementation cards are still lacking, in the process component 100% it has run well but on taking Fe tablets with assistance and clouding and recording needs to be improved, The output component is 100% good, female students want to take Fe tablets but some female students experience obstacles such as nausea making them reluctant to drink, the impact component of giving 100% Fe tablets is good for learning concentration.

Abstract

Masa remaja menjadi salah satu tahapan penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Secara psikologis, remaja masih belum stabil sehingga sering melakukan segala sesuatu dengan dasar coba-coba. Pendidikan seks di kalangan remaja masih sangat tabu untuk dibahas, begitu pula dengan bahaya narkoba. Akibatnya, remaja tidak memiliki informasi yang cukup mengenai kedua hal tersebut. Hal ini kemudian berdampak pada munculnya keinginan remaja untuk mencoba dan dapat membahayakan generasi penerus bangsa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai seksualitas dan bahaya narkoba, terutama pada remaja. Kegiatan ini kemudian dilakukan dengan member penyuluhan yang disertai dengan diskusi interaktif. Antusiasme peserta dalam kegiatan ini cukup baik, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan-kegiatan serupa masih sangat perlu untuk dilakukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kebutuhan suplemen kesehatan Wellness di masyarakat. Kebutuhan suplemen ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk suplemen kesehatan Wellness, sehingga dapat dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini bahwa bagaimana konsumen mengambil keputusan pembelian suplemen kesehatan Wellness berdasarkan pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk suplemen kesehatan Wellness di kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur, mengidentifikasi kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian suplemen kesehatan Wellness di kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur, dan menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian suplemen kesehatan Wellness di kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2022-Juli 2023 di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timu. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Tiga hipotesis diformulasikan dan diuji menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesa. Berdasarkan hasil Uji Parsial (T) hipotesis variabel harga dan kualitas produk diperoleh bahwa keduanya memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung harga (2,591) dan kualitas produk (2,613) > t tabel (1,988), dan nilai signifikansinya <0,05. Kemudian hasil uji F diperoleh nilai f hitung sebesar (59,524) > f tabel, yang artinya harga dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk suplemen kesehatan Wellness, kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk suplemen kesehatan Wellness, dan secara bersama-sama harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk suplemen kesehatan Wellness.

Abstract

Background: In the era of globalization there has been a shift from communicable diseases to non-communicable diseases, degenerative diseases are increasingly appearing, one of which is diabetes mellitus. One of the efforts to prevent and treat diabetes mellitus patients is to provide motivation in medication adherence in diabetes mellitus patients. Good motivation will affect increased compliance. Compliance in adhering to treatment plays an important role in maintaining the balance of blood sugar levels and minimizing the risk of complications. Objective: To find out the correlation between motivation and adherence to treatment in patients with diabetes mellitus type II at the PIR Butong Health Center. Methods: This type of quantitative research with a correlational study design with a cross sectional approach. The sample was type II diabetes mellitus patients who underwent routine treatment at the PIR Butong Health Center in January - February 2023 totaling 63 people and were taken using the accidental sampling technique. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used the Spearman Rho test. Result: Most of the respondents had good motivation, namely 33 people (52.4%), almost half of the respondents had low medication adherence, namely 23 people (36.5%). There is a significant relationship between motivation and medication adherence in type II. diabetes mellitus at the PIR Butong Health Center with a p-value (0.000<0.05). The value of r = -0.615 which means a high correlation coefficient or a high relationship between motivation and medication adherence. Conclusion: There was a correlation between motivation and adherence to treatment in patients with diabetes mellitus type II at the PIR Butong Health Center.

Abstract

Background: Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the infectious diseases caused by the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacteria. The impact of TB includes multiple drug-resistant TB due to incomplete treatment, damage to the brain, eye disorders, damage to bones and joints, and the worst consequence of TB is death. There is a need for family involvement as PMO (Patient Medical Observer) in TB patients to change Medication Adherence behavior during the treatment process to achieve recovery. Objective: Understanding the relationship between family support and Medication Adherence behavior in TB patients at the Pekauman Health Center in Banjarmasin City. Method: This research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach, sampling was taken using purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 35 people. Data collection was done using a questionnaire and data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Spearman rank test. Result: The majority of TB patients at the Pekauman Health Center in Banjarmasin City have high family support, which is 21 people (60%), and good Medication Adherence behavior, which is 30 people (85.7%). The result of the Spearman rank test showed that the significant value (2-tailed) was p-value = 0.002 <0.05, where Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means there is a relationship between family support and Medication Adherence behavior in TB patients at the Pekauman Health Center in Banjarmasin City. Conclusion: The conclusion is that TB patients who receive high family support can influence Medication Adherence behavior in TB patients.

Abstract

Post-stroke dysfunction can affect the psychological and social aspects of patients, such as feelings of inferiority, disadvantage, wanting to recover reduced abilities, sadness, anxiety, and hopelessness. These symptoms reflect low self-efficacy. This study aims to determine what factors affect self-efficacy in post-stroke patients in the Banjarmasin City Terminal Health Centre Work Area. The population in this study was 60 people and the sample used was 52 people, who were taken using the purposive sampling technique. Univariate and bivariate data analysis with Kolmogorov-Smirnov and cell merging. The results of this study indicate that there were significant differences between gender, age, education, and family support for self-efficacy in post-stroke patients. Statistical analysis showed significant differences between gender (p=0.009), age (p=0.002), education (p=0.000), and family support (p=0.003) on self-efficacy in post-stroke patients. Patients who suffer from stroke are expected to maintain good self-efficacy in an effort to maximize care and treatment. Keywords: Age, Education, Gender, Family Support, Self Efficacy, Stroke
