Abstract

The textile and batik manufacturing industries generate significant environmental impacts due to intensive water consumption, chemical usage, and wastewater discharge during production processes. Circular Economy (CE) has emerged as a sustainable industrial approach emphasizing recycling, reuse, and resource efficiency to support green manufacturing transformation. This study aims to analyze the development of circular economy implementation in textile and batik manufacturing industries using bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review (SLR) approaches. Data were collected from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases covering publications from 2015–2026. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to identify publication trends, thematic structures, and keyword relationships, while SLR was applied to synthesize findings related to sustainable manufacturing practices. The results indicate significant growth of CE-related publications after 2018, particularly in textile recycling, wastewater treatment, eco-friendly dyeing systems, and industrial sustainability. However, CE implementation in batik manufacturing remains limited due to financial, technological, and policy constraints. This study concludes that circular economy strategies possess strong potential for supporting sustainable industrial transformation and environmental sustainability in textile and batik manufacturing sectors.

Abstract

Gas turbine performance degradation caused by changes in ambient temperature and compressor deterioration can increase Specific Fuel Consumption (SFC), reduce thermal efficiency, and increase fuel costs. Previous studies have investigated the influence of ambient temperature and compressor washing on gas turbine performance; however, most have evaluated these factors separately without relating them to deviations from the manufacturer’s baseline and their economic implications under relatively constant operating load conditions. This study proposes an integrated evaluation approach by combining the effects of ambient temperature, compressor condition before and after compressor washing, performance deviation from the manufacturer’s baseline, and its impact on fuel cost. The study aims to analyze the deviations in Specific Fuel Consumption (SFC) and thermal efficiency from the manufacturer’s baseline and to evaluate their implications for fuel cost using actual operating data based on the Brayton cycle approach. The results show that the SFC deviation decreased from 4.64–4.72% before compressor washing to 3.56–3.79% after compressor washing, while the thermal efficiency deviation improved from −1.29% to −1.66% to −0.85% to −1.12%. These performance improvements were accompanied by a 0.84–1.06% reduction in fuel cost under all operating conditions. The findings provide quantitative evidence that deviation evaluation based on the manufacturer’s baseline can be used as an effective approach to assess the effectiveness of compressor washing and to support condition-based maintenance decision-making for gas turbines.

Abstract

Aircraft has become a mode of transportation experiencing a significant increase in demand in line with global mobility growth, including in Indonesia. The rise in flight cycles has consequently increased the need for reliable and cost-efficient aircraft tires. This study aims to analyze the reliability and failure patterns of retreaded aircraft tires using the two-parameter Weibull distribution method (β and η). Data were obtained from operational records of commercial aircraft and analyzed to determine the Mean Time To Failure (MTTF), failure modes, and maintenance strategy effectiveness. The results indicate that the highest reliability occurs in the third retreading cycle, with a reliability value of 0.99 and an MTTF of 180 flight cycles. The dominant failure mode is identified as wear-out failure, suggesting that preventive maintenance through regular inspection and replacement is the most effective approach. These findings provide a scientific basis for improving operational safety and efficiency while supporting the implementation of sustainable maintenance practices in the national aviation industry.

Abstract

There are relatively many Indonesian fairy tales that are spread in the community, have characters with good and evil temperaments. Usually take folk tales about teaching goodness, behaving smartly, and being able to distinguish between good and bad. Also teaches children not to be arrogant, insulting other people. The learning process is usually in the delivery of material using only pictures, dolls, or videos that are commonly seen by children. Conventional media used for learning reduce children's enthusiasm. On this occasion, to answer the problem of media that is less attractive to children by using Augmented Reality (AR) because it can help visualize abstract concepts so that it can be used for understanding the image object and the structure of an object model. results of making applications using Augmented Reality, assessed from the aspects of cognitive, affective, psychomotor, technological, and the benefits of getting good interpretation results.
