Abstract

One of the media that presents information quickly and is supported by high technology, one of which is radio. Radio as the oldest and most familiar communication media tool in the world continues to survive amidst many new media such as the internet. Radio up to now is still believed to be an information and communication media tool favored by many people because it has an important role in disseminating information about information about education, entertainment or other advertisements and events. To convey this information needed Human Resources (HR) is needed, namely broadcasters. In selecting the radio broadcaster must meet the requirements or criteria, so that they are chosen to be broadcasters. One solution to these problems is right by using a Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (SPK) can help radio stations in making decisions on the selection of good radio broadcasters and increasing the efficiency of the decision. The promethee II method is one of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods which means that it determines or sequences in a multicriteria analysis, this method is known because the concept is efficient and simple, in addition to solving problems related to multicriteria, others.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   OTA dan konsumsi masyarakat atas transaksi layanan online di Indonesia terus tumbuh. Pemasaran online paling banyak dilakukan oleh perusahaan perjalanan online untuk menarik pelanggan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan yang diantisipasi. Persaingan perjalanan online menjadi semakin ketat. Sehingga konsumen akan terus melakukan transaksi travel online kembali. Studi ini mengeksplorasi travel online yang signifikan di Indonesia yaitu Traveloka, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data dari 100 responden dan menggunakan alat perangkat lunak Partial Least Square untuk menganalisa model. Temuan penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa promosi pemasaran online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian Kembali, serta kepuasan pelanggan berhasil memediasi antara promosi pemasaran online terhadap pembelian kembali. Hasil ini memberikan bukti bahwa promosi pemasaran online sangat penting bagi pemasaran dan pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan online seperti Traveloka. Selain itu, penting untuk mempertimbangkan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening baik secara langsung maupun sebagai variabel mediasi antara promosi pemasaran online dan pengambilan keputusan pembelian kembali memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap pembelian kembali konsumen. Nilai R square yang begitu tinggi antara hubungan antar variabel baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung memberikan informasi bahwa kedua variabel tersebut mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian kembali cukup besar sehingga pengusaha travel online khususnya Traveloka yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini perlu pertimbangkan permasalahan ini.

Abstract

Human resources determine the progress and development of a company and is the most important aspect to pay attention to, if it is not noticed what happens is the number of negative impacts that will be received by the company such as operational delays, unsatisfactory performance, giving a bad image of resource management humans and many other risks. In improving the quality of human resources, it can be done by emotional provoking human resources themselves, many studies have discussed the importance of maintaining and considering improving the quality of human resources, one of which is done by knowing things related to improving the quality of human resources. . This study will look at the effect of job promotions, salary increases, leadership on the quality of human resources with the results obtained that the independent variables of salary increases and promotions have a significant value that has a positive effect on improving the quality of human resources, while leadership results in rejection of the level of influence on improving the quality of human resources with a negative significance value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the level of optimization of zakat fund collection in the presence of digital-based zakat. The use of information technology to support better zakat management is urgently needed. Because, with the use of Information Technology, zakat management that is trustworthy, professional, transparent, accountable and takes into account sharia compliance can be realized. A better information system is expected to increase the trust (trust) of the public in Zakat Management Organizations. The technological era requires zakat management organizations (OPZ) to transform themselves into the digital realm. Therefore, one aspect of realizing the zakat awakening period is to optimize zakat management by prioritizing digital-based information technology aspects. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a literature study approach, which is taken from various scientific articles related to scientific topics, books, news and journals. The results of this study will be able to provide solutions to problems that occur related to the inadequate use of information technology as an information medium that is able to provide information and literacy to the public, especially to muzakki.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur adanya perbuatan yang melanggar hukum, dilakukan oleh orang dalam dan dari luar organisasi, untuk mendapatkan keuntungan pribadi atau kelompok, dan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung merugikan pihak lain. Tempat penelitian ini di Head Office PT. Tolan Tiga Indonesia yang beralamat di Gedung BANK SUMUT Jalan Imam Bonjol No. 18 Lantai 7 Medan.Variabel independen dan dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah internal audit dan fraud. Kondisi ini memperlihatkan bahwa internal Audit dan pengendalian intern perusahaan sangat memiliki peran yang besar di dalam perusahaan untuk mengendalikan dan mengevaluasi aktivitas kegiatan perusahaan terutama dalam pencegahan fraud.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai strategi mewujudkan desa inovasi melalui pengembagan potensi desa di Desa Mangga Dua Kecamatan Tanjung Beringin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Sasaran pengabdian adalah Aparat Desa, Bumdes, dan Masyarakat di Desa Mangga Dua Kecamatan Tanjung Beringin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Permasalahan utama selama ini banyak sumber – sumber potensi desa agar menjadi keunggulan atau ciri khas dari desa tersebut, namun belum optimal dalam mengembangkannya. Dalam kegiatan ini akan melibatkan 20 orang yang terdiri dari masyarakat setempat dan BumDes. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pendampingan secara langsung ke peserta. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan menunjukkan tanggapan yang sangat baik dari peserta dengan adanya respon yang positif. Peserta antusias untuk memberikan ide – ide kreatif terkait dengan pengembangan desa di era Scoiety 5.0dan memiliki tekat yang kuat untuk saling bekerjasama mewujudkan Desa Inovasi di Desa Mangga Dua kabupaten Serdang Bedagai.

Abstract

Elephant foot disease or filariasis is a contagious disease caused by filarial worms that are transmitted through the type of mosquito. This disease is chronic and if not get treatment will result in permanent disability in the form of leg enlargement, genitals both women and men. Elephant foot disease is generally detected through blood microcopy examination. Until now it is still felt because microfilaria only appear in the blood at night for several hours (nocturnal perioicity). In addition, various methods of examination are also performed to diagnose elephantiasis diseases such as those known as membrane crawl, knott concentration method and deposition technique. This study identifies elephantiasis and its causes, and applies certainty factor methods and designs expert systems to diagnose elephantiasis. To diagnose elephantiasis by using certainty factor method. Patients will be given questions to obtain probable values and then the values obtained will be solved by certainty factor formulation, so that the diagnosis and percentage is likely to develop elephantiasis.

Abstract

Community Health Insurance is one of the government programs for the people of Indonesia in obtaining treatment services at Puskesmas. The program is very helpful for people who are low income and live below the poverty line. Indicators for the government in providing this service consists of 10 (ten) criteria that are House Ownership Status, Floor Area per Household Member, Type of Floor of House, Type of Wall House, Lighting House Used, Fuel Used, Frequency Of Eating In A Day, Ability Buy meat/chicken/milk in a week, Employment of head of household, Education of head of household. In the application, of course, has constraints in deciding who the participants who get the Jamkesmas service. With the application of one of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) able to overcome obstacles faced by government. Some methods of MCDM such as Simple Additive Weighting(SAW), Weighted Product(WP), Weighted Sum Model(WSM) can solve this problem. By applying the WSM is relatively easy and fast, is believed to be able to get the best results.

Abstract

A tender auction is a series of processes from bidding made by the contractor to the decision of the contractor selected as the winner of the tender. The selected contractor will carry out the work in the field in accordance with the rules and procedures issued by the government. The submission process to be a more selective list of bidders makes the government use a decision support system that can provide effective information to the selected tender participants so that the decisions that the government produces are better and more objective. The application of the Promethee II method in supporting the feasibility decision of tender participants is very optimal because each alternative will be compared with each other so that the results obtained from the comparison are the best.
