Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami rencana strategis pencegahan bullying pada anak usia dini. Enam subjek penelitian, yang merupakan informan utama, dipilih dari lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan Fokus Group Discussion (FGD). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola tematik yang muncul dari data wawancara dan FGD. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rencana strategis pencegahan bullying yang efektif harus melibatkan semua pihak terkait, termasuk guru, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah. Pendidikan menjadi aspek kunci dalam upaya pencegahan, dengan penekanan pada pemahaman mendalam tentang dampak bullying dan cara mengembangkan karakter positif pada anak. Promosi lingkungan positif juga dianggap penting dalam mencegah bullying. Lingkungan yang mendukung, ramah anak, dan mempromosikan norma-norma perilaku positif dapat menciptakan kondisi yang tidak mendukung tumbuhnya perilaku bullying. Selain itu, intervensi dini diakui sebagai langkah proaktif yang krusial untuk mengatasi masalah sejak dini sebelum memburuk. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa rencana strategis pencegahan bullying pada anak usia dini memiliki dampak positif dalam membentuk karakter dan kesejahteraan anak-anak. Melibatkan semua pihak terkait, fokus pada pendidikan, promosi lingkungan positif, dan intervensi dini dapat membentuk dasar yang kokoh untuk mencegah dan mengatasi bullying di kalangan anak usia dini. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan program pencegahan bullying yang lebih efektif di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the implementation of organizational culture in supporting the process of achieving the goals that have been set. In particular, this research has a target to (1) analyze how the process of implementing organizational culture in improving performance, (2) analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of organizational culture in improving the performance of the operational division employees at the distributor of PT. Tirtakencana Tata Warna. This type of research is qualitative descriptive using a case study approach. Data collection techniques used by means of observation, interviews, documentation. The data obtained were validated through: a) Persistence of observation, b) Triangulation of Data Sources, c) Adequacy of Reference. The research data is processed through the following techniques: a) Data Reduction, b) Data Presentation, c) Conclusion Drawing, which aims to obtain data to support the final results of the study. The results show that the The cooperation dimension explains that a conducive work environment must be formed by leaders by creating a culture of cooperation and professionalism, so that employees will apply themselves to be professional and be able to work in teams well. The self-ability dimension describes a work environment that is not conducive because many conflicting organizational cultures can lead to a lack of work discipline, less harmonious relations between employees, teamwork does not work. The self-development dimension explains that the employee self-development program at the distributor of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence and find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the effect of competence and compensation of human resources on employee performance at Perum Jasa Tirta II. This research was conducted with descriptive quantitative methods and verification. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique. From the results of research data analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: Competence at Perum Jasa Tirta II is very good, Compensation at Perum Jasa Tirta II. already good, the performance of employees at Perum Jasa Tirta II is very good. There is a strong correlation between competence and compensation, there is a partial effect between competence and compensation on employee performance, and there is a simultaneous effect between competence and compensation on the performance of Perum Jasa Tirta II employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of leadership in improving employee performance appraisal. In particular, this research has a target to (1) analyze how the process of implementing the leadership role in improving performance appraisal, (2) analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the leadership role in improving performance appraisal of employees of PT. SIIX EMS Indonesia Purchasing section. This type of research is qualitative using a case study approach. Data collection techniques used by means of observation, interviews, documentation. The results show that the fair dimension has not gone well, because managers in providing performance appraisals based on proximity to employees are not in accordance with KPI standards, dimensions support goals, managers in supporting work adjust to company conditions so that teamwork between employees goes well, dimensions being appreciative, managers give awards to employees who excel, but in providing performance appraisals they still use the element of closeness to employees

Abstract

Industri kolam renang di Karawang menunjukkan pertumbuhan pesat dengan berbagai inovasi dan fasilitas, namun tetap menghadapi tantangan berupa fluktuasi jumlah pengunjung akibat persaingan yang ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kolam Renang Tirta Winaya. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 150 responden, data dianalisis melalui regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (p-value = 0,000 < 0,05), sedangkan variabel harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p-value = 0,758 > 0,05). Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa lokasi merupakan faktor utama yang harus diperhatikan dalam strategi pemasaran. Implikasi praktis dari studi ini adalah pentingnya peningkatan aspek aksesibilitas dan lingkungan sekitar kolam renang untuk menarik lebih banyak pengunjung.

Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata merupakan salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan daya tarik pariwisata daerah sekaligus memberdayakan masyarakat lokal. Desa Wisata Karawang memiliki potensi wisata alam dan budaya yang cukup besar, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam hal kesiapan sumber daya manusia, terutama kemampuan berbahasa Inggris sebagai salah satu kompetensi utama seorang pemandu wisata (tour guide). Penguasaan bahasa Inggris menjadi krusial karena bahasa ini berfungsi sebagai sarana komunikasi internasional yang memungkinkan masyarakat lokal memperkenalkan potensi wisata, budaya, dan kearifan lokal kepada wisatawan mancanegara secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris masyarakat Desa Wisata Karawang agar mampu menjalankan peran sebagai tour guide secara profesional. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan intensif bahasa Inggris pariwisata, praktik komunikasi langsung melalui simulasi pemanduan wisata, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk membangun kepercayaan diri peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam penguasaan kosakata, kemampuan berbicara, serta sikap percaya diri peserta saat memandu wisatawan. Melalui kegiatan ini, masyarakat desa mulai menunjukkan kesiapan untuk menjadi pelaku utama dalam pengelolaan pariwisata lokal secara berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal untuk menciptakan pemandu wisata lokal yang komunikatif, profesional, dan mampu meningkatkan citra positif Karawang sebagai destinasi wisata yang kompetitif di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

Student mobility through student exchange programs plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of higher education, yet participation among students from non-metropolitan universities remains relatively low. This study aims to analyze the motivational factors that encourage students at Buana Perjuangan University Karawang to participate in the student exchange program within the framework of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy. Five variables were examined: academic experience, skill enhancement, career opportunities, personal development, and cultural exchange. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 140 students through an online questionnaire and analyzed with Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) using SPSS 21. The findings reveal that all five variables converge into a single dominant construct, with a KMO value of 0.903, factor loadings above 0.80, and variance explained of 78.64%. This finding highlights that students’ motivation in non-metropolitan contexts tends to be holistic rather than fragmented, distinguishing it from prior studies conducted in metropolitan settings. The results provide new insights into the integrated nature of student motivation and offer practical implications for universities in formulating strategies to enhance participation in the student exchange program.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan perkoperasian ini terntu harus memiliki struktur organisasi yang jelas dan jabatan apa saja yang harus ada didalam koperasi tersebut. Serperti pengurus dan pengawas serta pegawainya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan analisis jabatan untuk merancang setiap jabatan pada koperasi tersebut.Metode penulisan ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif, Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan obsevasi. Analisis data menggunakan penggabungan studi literasi dengan wawancara sehingga menghasilakan job description dan job specification. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari buku, jurnal, internet serta dokumen-dokumen yang lain yang relevan. Hasil penulisan artikel ini mengenai hasil dan pembahasan mengenai produk dari suatu analisis jabatan yaitu deskripsi jabatan dan spesifikasi jabatan pengurus sebagai contohnya pada organisasi koperasi yang diperoleh dari beberapa tahap analisis jabatan. Namun penulisan artikel ini tidak membahas korelasi analisis jabatan dengan praktik MSDM lainnya seperti remunerasi,beban kerja dan penilaian kinerja pada setiap jabatan.Kata kunci: Analisis Jabatan, Koperasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain insight into the challenges or barriers that a management student encounters when delivering English for Business Management subject matter. The study employed qualitative method. it is reasonable to explicate that the challenge is related to vocabulary mastery, pronunciation, and grammatically correct sentence formation. Nevertheless, his presentation's difficulty is a lack of confidence, as well as missing key critical aspects, such as allowing the audience to ask questions at the end. The use of ordinary English language is deemed more useful than the use of English in business management. This is related to the practice of listening, discovering, learning, and applying it in everyday academic life

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product attributes and consumer preferences on the purchasing decision of single origin coffee at Salapan Djati Coffee. Single origin coffee, as one of Indonesia’s leading commodities, holds great potential in the coffee industry, both for the domestic and export markets. The method used in this research is a quantitative verification design with a purposive sampling technique, involving consumers who have purchased and consumed V60 single origin coffee. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS version 4.0. The research results show that product attributes—such as quality, price, and brand—have a significant influence on purchasing decisions by 14.79%, and consumer preferences also show a positive influence on purchasing decisions by 18.08%. Simultaneously, these factors have a significant combined influence of 32.48%. These findings provide strategic insights for producers and marketers to align products with consumer needs, enhance preferences, and strengthen marketing strategies to compete in the coffee market..
