Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the company PT. Hawai Wisata as seen from the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Quality Ratio, Fixed Asset Turnover, Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit, and Nett Profit Margin. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is the financial report data of PT. Wisata Hawaii for the period 2020-2024. The analysis technique used is a quantitative technique where the analysis uses data in the form of numbers as analysis and determines the level of company performance. The results of the analysis carried out can be seen The results of the analysis show that the company's financial performance is generally in the good category. The liquidity ratio measured through the Current Ratio shows a figure of 149.6%, indicating the company's good ability to meet short-term obligations. In the solvency ratio, the Debt to Asset Ratio shows that the capital structure is more dominantly financed by equity, so that the financial risk is low, although it is below the industry standard. The Debt to Equity Ratio also shows a consistent downward trend, indicating a decrease in debt levels and strengthening of the financial position. However, in the activity ratio, Fixed Asset Turnover is considered less than good because it is below the industry average, reflecting the less than optimal use of fixed assets. Meanwhile, the profitability ratio consisting of Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, and Net Profit Margin are all in the good category with achievements above the standard of 25%, indicating the company's ability to generate strong profits. Overall, PT. Hawaii Wisata shows a fairly solid financial performance with several aspects that need to be improved, especially in the efficiency of fixed asset use.

Abstract

Has conducted research Potential and Activities of the Sunscreen Lotion of Bawang Dayak (Eleutherine americana (Aubl.) Merr. by ethanol extract fraction from East Borneo. The purpose of the study was to determine the potency ann activity of the sunscreen ethanol extracts fraction of Bawang Dayak in the preparation of a lotion with the parameter measuring the percent transmission erythema (% Te) and pigmentation (% Tp) in vitro in the room temperature 27oC storage and accelerated temperature 40oC. Lotion dosage formulations using ethanol extracts fraction bawang Dayak with a concentration of 0.1% and 0.2%, and positive control is a trademark preparation Bless Sunscreen Lotion SPF 15®. Stages of research include the formulation and measurement of absorbance and value %Te) and %Tp at various storage temperatures with UV-Vis spectrophotometry at λ 292.5 to 372.5 nm. The analysis of research data using a program SPSS. The results showed that ethanol extract fraction concentration in lotion preparations of bawang Dayak 0.1% and 0.2% active as a sunscreen included in the category of sunblock. The extract fraction is active as a sunscreen and in the Sunbloc category, with the best concentration as a sunscreen being 0.2%, with its sunscreen potential not being significantly different from the control Sunscreen SPF 15® at the 5% level.

Abstract

Perkembangan di era sekarang banyak sekali perubahan dari segi teknologi. Perkembangan teknologi ini meliputi desain grafis, pemrograman, aplikasi dan sebagainya. Hal inilah yang membuat penulis sebagai pendidik untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan cara melakukan sebuah workshop dengan tema “Pelatihan Desain Slide dengan Canva” yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan membuat sebuah desain pada slide presentasi dengan baik, rapih dan interaktif sebagai media penyampaian pembelajarannya. Pelatihan Desain Slide dengan Canva ini juga didukung oleh Universitas Buddhi Dharma sebagai tempat dilaksanakannya pelatihan ini. Para peserta dari Pelatihan Desain Slide dengan Canva ini diikuti oleh para romo dan rahmani dari Magabudhi Kota Tangerang. Hasil dari pelatihan ini akan di implementasikan dalam pembuatan presentasi sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era revolusi 4.0 memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Platform digital dalam mendukung kegiatan perekonomian dan pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat bertumbuh dengan cepat dengan dukungan internet. dengan diterapkannya teknologi baru akan berdampak pada produkvitas dan menurunkan biaya produksi yang akan meningkatkan daya beli sehingga akan tercipta lapangan kerja baru. Metode kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui 4 tahapan (metode) yaitu metode sosialisasi, metode demonstrasi, metode praktek/latihan, evaluasi kegiatan. Pelaksanaan PkM ini melibatkan mitra kerjasama, yaitu Wihara Dharma Pala yang beralamat di Jl. Ir. Soekarno Kp, Jl. Raya Rawa Kompeni No.66, RT.003/RW.008, Benda, Kec. Benda, Kota Tangerang, Banten 15125. Tim pelaksana kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) terdiri dari 4 orang dosen & 1 orang mahasiswa. Tim dosen pelaksana Pkm terdiri atas dosen-dosen yang memiliki keterampilan & kemampuan dibidang teknologi informasi yang sesuai dengan tema PkM yang dilaksanakan serta memiliki kualifikasi akademik. Dari hasil hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pelaksana, dapat disimpulkan hal bahwa mayoritas peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini, sudah mengetahui tentang E-Commerce dan peserta masih kurang pengalaman dalam menggunakan layanan E-commerce seperti Market Place.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital competence and agile work culture on employee performance in the era of industrial transformation 4.0. The background of this research is driven by the phenomenon of technical skills gaps and cultural adaptation challenges in the electronic manufacturing sector in Batam City. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing questionnaires distributed to 100 employees at the Batamindo Industrial Park. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that: (1) Digital competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (2) Agile work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables contribute an influence of 67.8% on employee performance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that digital upskilling strategies combined with flexible cultural transformation are key determinants in increasing productivity in the modern manufacturing industry
