Abstract

Penanaman pendidikan karakter pada lembaga pendidikan khususnya di jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini (AUD) sanggat memerlukan upaya yang maksimal, oleh karena itu salah satu upaya yang perlu dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi. Pembelajaran berbasis konservasi adalah suatu rencana atau pola pembelajaran yang menitik beratkan pada penanaman nilai-nilai konservasi dan peningkatan karakter peduli lingkungan untuk anak sejak dini. Makna konservasi dapat meliputi seluruh kegiatan pemeliharaan sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi setempat. Adapun nilai-nilai konservasi yang perlu ditanamkan pada anak usia dini adalah bagaimana menghemat (reduce), menggunakan kembali (reuse) dan mendaur ulang (recycle) diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran baik dalam maupun luar kelas. Adapun tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi adalah: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan secara detail rancangan model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi (PBK) pada anak usia dini; 2) Untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman kepada para pendidik tentang pentingnya menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi (PBK) pada anak usia dini; 3) mensimulasikan/paraktek langsung terkait teknik penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi. Adapun dampak dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adaalah bermanfaat bagi para pendidik dalam hal ini dapat menjadikan model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi sebagai alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini dalam usaha menanamkan karakter peduli lingkungan pada anak sehingga terbentuklah karakter peduli lingkungan yakni anak-anak yang mau menjaga kelstarian lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan guru masih didominasi oleh instrumen penilaian yang digunakan untuk mengukur proses perubahan kurikulum. Atas dasar tersebut penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menemukan proses perubahan yang dilaksanakan oleh guru mata pelajaran IPA di MI. Al-Hasaniyah, Gunung Sesang, Kecamatan Terara Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Adapun fokus penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimanakah guru mata pelajaran IPA dalam mengatasi perubahan kurikulum, di MI. Al-Hasaniyah, Gunung Sesang, Kec. Terara tahun 2022? (2) Bagaimanakah guru mata pelajaran IPA melaksanakan pelaksanaan perubahan kurikulum MI. Al-Hasaniyah, Gunung Sesang, Kec. Terara, tahun 2022? Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan tiga tahap pengumpulan data yaitu, (1) pra lapangan, (2) kegiatan lapangan dan (3) analisis intensif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan (observasi), angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data dianalisis dengan menggunakan (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data dan (3) verifikasi data. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah (1) Guru IPA MI. Gunung Sesang belum mengembangkan Kurikulum k13 karena masih menggunakan KTSP, 100 guru di sana belum mengembangkan kurikulum KTSP ke kurikulum 2013, (2) Guru IPA MI. Gunung Sesang belum melakukan perkembangan kurikulum pada tahun ini, tahun ajaran baru baru dia akan mencoba mulai menerapkannya di kelas rendah saja yaitu kelas 1 dan 4.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab musnahnya berbagai bentuk alat permainan tradisional anak usia dini seperti komputer,internet, videogames atau play stations, yang membuat banyak anak sulit melepaskan diri dari keasyikan untuk memasuki petualangan di dunia maya. Salah satu permainan yang terlupakan saat ini adala permainan manuk kurung (ayam kurung) adalah salah satu dari berbagai macam mainan tradisional di Lombok, permaianan ini sering dimainkan oleh anak-anak bahkan orang dewasapun ingin main manuk kurung dengan alasan mereka ingin rnengenang indahnya masa kecil saat main manuk kurung. Permainan ini adalah permainan yang bersifat hiburan, dan dilakukan oleh kebanyakann anak-anak di kala senggang.Permainan ini dapat menstimulasi perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dini. Inti permainan ini adalah ketika anak salingtanya tentang ayamnya masing-masing dan ketepatan menebak siapa nama anak yang diselubungi sarung sehingga perkembangan bahasa pada anak dapat terstimulasi denganbak.Perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dini merupakan salah satu dari beberapa aspek perkembangan yang harus berkembang dan dikembangakan dengan baik khususnya bagi orang tua/pendidik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of remote working and perceived organizational support (POS) on work engagement, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, among employees in the service sector in Indonesia. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive-correlational approach, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, Pearson correlation, and path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables.The results indicate that both remote working and POS have a direct, positive, and significant influence on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction directly affects work engagement. A significant mediation effect was also found, showing that job satisfaction serves as a key link in explaining how remote working and POS can enhance employee engagement. These findings highlight the importance of work experience quality in the context of flexibility and organizational support.Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature on modern work relationships and reinforces the role of job satisfaction as a key psychological variable in promoting work engagement. Practically, the findings can serve as a foundation for service sector management to develop flexible work policies and supportive organizational systems that are not only efficient but also prioritize employee well-being.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed consumer behavior, particularly in how purchase decisions are influenced by social media interactions. This study investigates the effect of consumer reviews on social media platforms on the purchase intentions of household products, with a focus on vendors and consumers at Pasar Turi Baru in Surabaya, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 50 respondents through a structured questionnaire distributed on-site. The study utilized a simple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between social media reviews and consumer purchase intentions. The results indicate that consumer reviews have a statistically significant positive effect on purchase intentions. Visual content, trustworthiness of the source, and user-generated authenticity emerged as key drivers influencing consumer confidence. The coefficient of determination (R²) reached 0.527, meaning that 52.7% of the variation in purchase intention can be explained by exposure to consumer reviews. Findings also highlight that visual testimonials and narrative experiences shared on platforms like Instagram and TikTok are particularly persuasive. This research offers practical implications for traditional vendors transitioning to digital marketing. It emphasizes the importance of leveraging user reviews, creating trustworthy content, and engaging with consumers online to enhance their purchasing motivation. The novelty of the study lies in its context: a traditional wholesale market integrating modern digital strategies, offering insights rarely explored in previous literature.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to optimize the practice of greenpreneurship through education on the use of eco-friendly packaging among traditional food business owners in the Rungkut area of East Surabaya. The main problems faced by MSMEs are the low level of environmental awareness and the widespread use of single-use plastic packaging. This activity was carried out through interactive workshops, practical simulations, and the formation of a post-training community. A total of 38 participants were involved, and the results of the pre-test and post-test showed a 43.8% increase in understanding scores. As many as 55.3% of participants adopted at least one type of eco-friendly packaging within the first two weeks after the activity. In addition, 84.2% of participants joined the Green MSME Rungkut community to strengthen networks, share best practices, and maintain the sustainability of the program. This activity demonstrates that a practice-based educational approach combined with community support is effective in encouraging sustainable behavioral change among MSME actors. The results of this community service are expected to serve as a model that can be replicated in other areas to build a more environmentally friendly and competitive business ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh sebagian besar anak kelompok B PAUD Hadiqatussibyan yang masih rendah kemampuan motorik kasarnya, hal ini dikarenakan para guru masih menggunakan kegiatan yang tidak menarik dan masih bersifat monoton ketika memberikan stimulasi kepada anak. Oleh karena itu peneliti mencoba menggunakan permainan engklek sebagai kegiatan untuk menstimulasi perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dari bermain engklek dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yaitu pada siklus I hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran masih terdapat kekurangan-kekurangan dalam kegiatan bermain engklek, sehingga peneliti melajutkan penelitiannya untuk menyempurnakan kekurangan tersebut pada siklus berikutnya. Dan pada sikIus II hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberhasilan yaitu pada kegiatan bermain engklek terlihat anak-anak gembira dan merasa senang serta kekuatan dan keseimbangan tubuh anak sudah baik. Hal ini dikarenakan peneliti sudah merancang kegiatan pembelajaran dengan sangat menarik terutama pada kegiatan bermaian engklek dilakukan dua kali putaran dengan diiringi musik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan engklek dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak kelompok B di PAUD Hadiqatussibyan

Abstract

The Boarding School, an Islamic educational institution, has long helped build the character and spirituality of the center. Trainees have a very important role to play in instilling Islamic values because the santri akhir are in the final stages of learning in the training before entering society. The process of parenting at the training plays an important role in providing the moral and spiritual foundation to the last centri. The objective of this study is to find out the Islamic values embedded in the santri akhir, to analyze the implementation of Islamic Values in the santri akhir, to evaluate Islamic model of parenting in the application of the Islamist values at the santri akhir in Wali Songo Ngabar Boarding School. The type of research carried out by researchers is field research using qualitative research methods. The method in data collection uses observations, interviews and documentation. The Islamic values implanted in the santri akhir of the Wali Songo Ngabar Boarding School take inspiration from the Panca Jiwa visited by the residence, Implementation of the Islamist values in the santri akhir in the Wali Songo Ngabar Boarding School, the musyrif ensures that in every activity, the chanceller practices values, Wali Songo Ngabar Boarding School adopts a holistic and integrated Islamic model of foster care

Abstract

This research explores an innovative model of Islamic character building for children with special needs at MI Muhammadiyah 2 Ponorogo, particularly those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The study is motivated by the urgent need to develop inclusive Islamic education that not only provides access but also ensures meaningful participation and spiritual growth for neurodiverse learners. Using a qualitative case study approach, the data were obtained through in-depth interviews with teachers, school leaders, and parents, participant and non-participant observations of daily religious activities, as well as documentation of school programs. Data analysis was conducted through the Miles and Huberman model involving data reduction, data display, verification, and triangulation to ensure validity and credibility. The findings indicate that Islamic character formation is effectively carried out through consistent religious habituation, including congregational prayers, Qur’an recitation, memorization of short surahs, and daily prayer practices. These activities are strengthened by differentiated teaching strategies that adapt to the cognitive and behavioral characteristics of students with ASD and ADHD. The research highlights the central role of teachers as role models, the influence of a supportive school culture, and the involvement of families as critical supporting factors. Nevertheless, the study also identifies several challenges, such as limited teacher competence in inclusive religious pedagogy and difficulties in managing diverse behavioral responses of students.This study contributes both theoretically and practically to the discourse of inclusive Islamic education by presenting a holistic and humanistic model that integrates spiritual values, moral exemplification, and adaptive pedagogical practices. The model not only emphasizes religious habituation but also encourages empathy, patience, and collaboration among educators, parents, and peers. Therefore, the findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, Islamic educators, and inclusive schools in designing and implementing religious character education that is equitable, contextual, and transformative. Abstract

Kampung and tourism villages in Indonesia are a positive phenomenon that can function as an effort to increase the income of the village or village community directly and indirectly for local and central government. Efforts to present the local wealth of the region as an added value of an area, so that the growth rate of tourist visits in an area in Indonesia is increasing from the past. The number of village and tourist village destinations in Indonesia has also increased from the past and entrepreneurial activities have become an option for most members of village and tourism village communities in various forms. Efforts to explore and develop local capabilities and wealth will provide optimal results when the government provides full support for the capabilities and creativity of local communities in all matters, including training for community members who are interested and have a desire to increase knowledge and increase their creative abilities, so that they can become human resources who are able to compete in the future and have character. This support is carried out continuously because villages and tourist villages in Indonesia currently also have an educational function for all ages and levels of education.
