Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused problems for domestic life that have an economic impact or a livelihood, resulting in a husband and wife having continuous disagreements until they can no longer reconcile and then file for divorce at the Maros Religious Court. Divorce results and consequences continue, being one of the highest parties in the Maros Religious Court during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is what encourages judges to play the role of case breaker to reduce divorce rates as a result of decisions and leave one of the consequences of economic factors at the Maros Religious Court. This type of research is a qualitative research using an empirical juridical approach located at the Maros Religious Court, Maros Regency. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data sources, primary data are sources of data obtained directly from the field through interviews and documentation. Secondary data is data that does not directly collect data/research through other people or documents. Data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. Data management techniques with data reduction, data presentation and data levers. Testing the validity of the data using source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the factors that cause divorce in the Maros Religious Court are risk factors and are continuous, leaving one party behind and economic factors. The Role and Efforts of Judges in Suppressing Divorce Rates at the Maros Religious Court by means of reconciliation or mediation as regulated in PERMA No. 1 of 2016. The role and efforts of the judge always provide advice to married couples, this effort can also provide benefits to both. The implications of this research are expected for the Maros Religious Court to add mediation judges to avoid divorce cases. I hope that this research can provide an understanding to the readers, especially the Maros people. And the researcher hopes that in the future the Maros Religious Court can give directions so that he understands that starting a family is not a small thing, but it takes calm and great responsibility so that the household becomes sakinah mawaddah warahmah. Abstract

One of the themes included in the Kukerta UNRI 2023 activity is the welfare theme particularly in community health and safety programs. Based on the theme and program, the activity performed by Kukerta UNRI in the village of Pulau Terap is devotion to the community through the 4R method of household nonorganic waste utilization. The purpose of this activity is that students are expected to find solutions to health problems, particularly those caused by household garbage, especially in the village of Pulau Terap. The goal is also to educate people on how to manage inorganic household garbage to be more useful products. As for products made in flower pots using fabrics in cloth litter that are widely found in the household. Students do this activity with the two stages of socialization and practice. Socialization involves the poor health impact of garbage, and how the 4R method can provide solutions to the garbage problem. But practice followed by illustrating steps made to create flowerpots from inorganic household garbage.

Abstract

The films Surau and Silek are family films that tell the story of Minangkabau culture which has long been abandoned and has two different perspectives between an 11-year-old elementary school student and a 62-year-old retired lecturer. The film Surau and Silek raises the story of Minangkabau martial arts side by side with the values of da'wah in which the film depicts that if learning martial arts is not based on faith then life will be in vain. Based on the background above, the author formulates a question, namely how are the values of da'wah in the films Surau and Silek. This study used qualitative research methods. The author obtains data from observation activities by watching and observing every scene and dialogue that occurs in the film. The author also separates each scene which contains elements of da'wah values, then the author analyzes it. The theory used in this study is Roland Barthes' semiotic theory by using three meanings in analyzing. The three meanings include denotative, connotative, and mythical meanings. In the films Surau and Silek, scenes that symbolize the values of da'wah are raised, such as the five daily prayers, meditation, tawakal, three uninterrupted practices and amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. The object that appears is like in the scene when Adil is reminded by his mother about three continuous practices, one of which is the prayer of a pious child. And there are also scenes where prayer is more important than other matters.

Abstract

The Ruang Informasi dan Dialog Bersama (RIDA) Program in Payakumbuh City is a government initiative that facilitates dialogue and information exchange between the city government and its residents. RIDA helps monitor government performance, promotes accountability, and encourages transparency. Through active dialogue, the program generates creative ideas and innovative solutions to complex issues, enabling community participation in problem-solving. RIDA also strengthens the trust relationship between the community and the government. The communication strategy of this program aims to achieve desired changes in behavior, understanding, or specific conditions. RIDA enables residents to communicate with the government through Zoom, eliminating the need to visit the government office in person, making it easier to convey complaints or suggestions directly to the mayor. This research also explores the communication strategy of the Mayor of Payakumbuh within RIDA, identifying elements such as messages, communicators, recipients, target audiences, media used, effects produced, and barriers in the RIDA program process.

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the effectiveness of the trial on the application of simple, fast and low-cost principles (a case study of the settlement of the isbat marriage case at the Bulukumba Religious Court). This study aims to find out how effective the mobile court is in the marriage isbat case and how it is applied as a simple, fast and cost-effective case in the settlement of marriage isbat cases through a mobile trial at the Bulukumba Religious Court. This research is qualitative in nature where the data collection is in the form of field reports or according to facts in the field. The approach used is the Juridical Empirical approach with data collection methods, namely documentation and interviews. The results showed that the mobile court in the settlement of the isbat marriage case at the Bulukumba Religious Court was calculated in terms of distance, implementation procedures to settlement of cases and fulfilled the 5 indicators of effectiveness according to Soerjono Soekanto. The application of the principle of justice has been carried out well, starting from the implementation which is not complicated and the costs incurred are only the down-payment costs of the case. Abstract

The rise of child marriage often occurs in Indonesia especially in the watansoppeng religius court, increasing every year. Child marriage is a carried out by a couple whose age is less than the minimum age for marriage as determined. A child marriage as determined. A child marriage usually occurs dute to various factors including promiscuity, lack of parental guidance, so that their children will find a way so they can be happy, namely associating with people whose behavior is not seen (free). Outher factors are due to economic factors are due to economic factors, self-will factors, customs factors. This type of research includes field research located at the watansopppeng religious court using a syar’i approach. The findings of this study show that the exsistence of law No, 16 of 2019 is carried out and confirmed in accordance with the provisions of the law and is also guided by supreme court regulation No. 5 of 2019, in addition to age issues, judges must also consider child protection and the best interests of children. In 2021 where covid-19 still hit the demand for child marriage in soppeng, there was a drastic increase of 466 requests compared to 2022 of 330 requests.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android-based educational game that focuses on learning about fasting. This game is designed to provide a fun, exciting and educational interactive experience for users, especially children aged 6-12 years who want to learn about fasting in the month of Ramadan. The method used in developing this game is the Design Thinking method, which involves five stages of the process, namely (emphasize) understanding, (define) definition, (ideate) idea, (prototype) prototype and, (test) testing. In research and data collection, the authors used questionnaires, and observations as primary data, and secondary data including literature and internet reviews. Making educational games is developed using the game engine Construct 2. The games developed are only limited to prototypes so that more implementation and application is needed, therefore further research is still needed to perfect this Ramadan Adventure game. The results of this study are expected to make a positive contribution in the development of educational games that are useful for learning about fasting. This game can be used as an interesting and interactive educational tool to help users better understand and practice fasting. In addition, this research also has the potential to become a foundation for the development of other Android-based educational games that focus on religious and cultural learning.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas guru merupakan faktor kunci dalam pengembangan pendidikan. Penelitian ini membahas strategi peningkatan kualitas guru melalui dua pendekatan utama, yaitu evaluasi diri dan penilaian sejawat (peer assessment). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library inquire about atau studi pustaka. metode library investigate atau studi pustaka adalah salah satu metode dalam penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi melalui studi literatur atau kajian pustaka. Dengan mengintegrasikan kedua metode ini, guru dapat lebih memahami kekuatan dan kelemahan mereka, sehingga memungkinkan pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk implementasi strategi tersebut di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Background: Breast milk is an important food for newborns. Exclusive breastfeeding can reduce the risk of diarrhea, the risk of pneumonia, and can provide immunity for babies. Objective: This activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of postpartum mothers regarding how to breastfeed their newborns. Method: This activity started with education, then practicing latching on to the baby’s mouth. Participants in this activity were postpartum mothers at Tangerang City Hospital. Participants were given a pre-test and post-test, discussion, and were given the opportunity to practice giving exclusive breastfeeding directly to their babies. Results: There was an increase in mothers' knowledge regarding exclusive breastfeeding, from 20% to 100%. All participants actively participated in discussions during counseling and practice demonstrations on how to latch on to a baby's mouth correctly. Conclusion: Education can increase mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and practice how breastfeed correctly can help mothers undergo exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the head of the Madrasah's academic supervision in improving the performance of teachers at MTs Darurrahman Rimbo Bujang, Tebo Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Interviews are conducted with the head of the Madrasah, teachers, and other educational staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of the academic planning and supervision processes implemented. Direct observations of teaching and learning activities, along with document analysis of the work plans, are carried out to delve into the implementation of planned programs. The findings indicate that the head of the Madrasah's academic planning is crucial for enhancing teacher performance. The head of the Madrasah develops a structured plan involving all relevant stakeholders, setting clear goals, and planning periodic training programs. The implementation of academic supervision is conducted through a collaborative approach, where the head of the Madrasah and the supervision team provide constructive feedback to teachers following direct classroom observations. The follow-up of the supervision is also a critical aspect, with a report on supervision results being prepared and regular meetings held to evaluate teachers' progress. With this follow-up, it is expected that teachers receive the necessary support for ongoing development, creating a culture of reflection and continuous improvement in the learning process.
