Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan keterampilan dalam pemasaran online menggunakan media sosial. Program diberikan kepada para pengrajin tas noken papua sehingga pendapatan tetap ada di saat pandemik sedang berlangsung dan para wisatawan yang berkunjung mengalami penurunan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di laksanakan di Kantor Kelurahan Dum Timur, Disrtrik Sorong Kepulauan - Kota Sorong Provinsi Papua Barat. Metode kegiatan diawali dengan ceramah, diskusi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktek, tanya jawab saat pelaksanaan praktek berlansung dan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan satu kali pertemuan. Luaran dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah para pengrajin tas noken mempunyai keterampilan tidak hanya memproduksi tetapi mempunyai keterampilan pemasaran online menggunakan platform e-commerce

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan literasi peran media sosial dalam mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pasca pandemic covid-19. Program diberikan kepada para pedagang dan pelaku bisnis yang tergabung menjadi anggota koperasi unit desa maupun tidak tergabung menjadi anggota koperasi unit desa yang melaksanakan kegiatan perekonomian disekitar Pasar Pagi Aimas. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di laksanakan di Kelurahan Malawele terletak di Distrik Aimas Kabupaten Sorong. Metode kegiatan diawali dengan ceramah tentang pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, metode setelah ceramah tentang ekonomi kreatif, peran media sosial dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, pencarian solusi masa pasca pandemi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan, tanya jawab, berbagi pengalaman berdagang dan menjadi pelaku bisnis di ssebelum pandemic dan disaat pandemic covid-19 sedang berlangsung. Luaran dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah wawasan pengetahuan tentang peran media sosial dalam mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work involvement and morale on employee performance at the Sorong DAMRI Office. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods and correlations. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews with all employees of the Sorong DAMRI Office as many as 30 respondents using the Saturated Sampling Technique. This study uses the SPSS Version 25 application program for windows, the results of this study indicate that the variables of work involvement and morale on employee performance have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to find out that Brand Image and Product Design have a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty of Celsius Products in Sorong City. This research includes descriptive research and surveys with quantitative data types. The data used in this study were customers / consumers of Celsius Sorong, which amounted to 80 people. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, with the independent variable being Brand Image as X1, Product Design as X2, and the bound variable being Customer Loyalty as the variable Y. The results of the hypothesis test for the partial test of the study showed that Brand Image did not have a positive influence but had a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, and Product Design had a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty Celsius products in Sorong City. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test for the simultaneous test show that Brand Image and Product Design are also quite closely related to Customer Loyalty in Sorong City

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Job Placement and Workload affect Employee Performance at PT. IR Structure Papua Sorong City. This study used descriptive and correlation methods using quantitative approaches. The population of this study was employees working at PT. IR Papua structure of Sorong city numbered 35 people. The collection technique until this study used a saturated sample with a sample of 35 people. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing (t test, f test and determination test). The primary data of this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents using a measurement scale, namely the Likert scale. Researchers conducted primary testing in this study using the SPSS Version 20 application program for windows. The results of the multiple regression analysis that has been carried out obtained Y = 6.035 + 0.860 X1 + 0.830 X2. The results of the t test obtained the results of the X1 tcount value of 6.197 and the results of the X2 tcount value of 5.960, the X1 coefficient value of 0.860, the X2 coefficient value of 0.830 and the X1 significance value of 0.000, the significance value of 0.000 means that the variables of job placement and Workload have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Performance. In the coefficient of determination (R2) test, the results obtained were 0.584 (58.4%), which means that the variables of Job Placement and Workload are influenced by the variable of Employee Job Placement 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors from outside this study

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) determine the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Sorong City Transportation Office, (2) determine the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performance at the Sorong City Transportation Office, (3) find out the influence of motivation and non-physical work environment on employee performance at the Sorong City Transportation Office. This study used a correlation method using a quantitative approach. The population of this study is employees who work at the Sorong City Transportation Office which amounts to 77 people. The sample collection technique of this study used a saturated sample with a sample of 77 people. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study show that (1) motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sorong City Transportation Office. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.035 where the result is smaller than 0.05; (2) the non-physical work environment positively affects the performance of employees at the Sorong City Transportation Office. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.002 where the result is smaller than 0.05; (3) motivation and non-physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Sorong City Transportation Office. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.007 where the result is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

This research aims to determine effective recruitment and selection strategies to increase deliveries carried out by JNE Express Sorong City Main Branchthrough SWOT analysis. This research uses qualitative research. Secondary data was collected through observation. Apart from observation, the author also used interviews with HRD and the head of Marketing at JNE Express Main Branch, Sorong City. The data that has been collectedthen analyzed using the SWOT method. The results of the research show that the total IFAS Matrix is 3.29 and the EFAS Matrix is 3.24, with the position in quadrant III showing that the strategy used is the Turn Around (WO) strategy with several strategies, namely inviting a trainer from JNE center to conduct training or seminars to develop employees' knowledge andskills in their field and conduct a trial period for new outsourcing employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the decision to purchase housing at CV. Sinar Papua. In this study, a sample of 45 respondents was taken using an purposive sampling technique. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method. Which data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation and surveys obtained by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and documentation to housing consumers at CV. Sinar Papuarelating to the purchase decision on the housing. This study uses the SPSS 20 application program. Based on the results of the t-test the effect of each marketing mix variable consisting of Product, Price, Promotion and Location has a significant value below 0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that Product, Price, Promotion and Location affect the Housing Purchase Decision at CV. Sinar Papua. And based on the results of the f test it can be concluded that Product, Price, Promotion and Location jointly influence the Housing Purchase Decision at CV. Sinar Papuais in accordance with the f test where fcount > ftable (11.760 > 3.226).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for hydroponic vegetables in the city of Sorong. The number of samples in this study were 92 respondents and used the saturated sample method. This study uses the method of analysis of multiple linear regression tests. The method of collecting data in this research uses questionnaires and field observations. The findings of this study indicate that the price and lifestyle variables partially or simultaneously have a significant positive influence on the purchasing decision of hydroponic vegetables in the city of Sorong.

Abstract

The Influence of Instagram Social Media Marketing, Brand Awareness on Purchasing Decisions (Nhunu Shop Sorong Consumer Study). This study has the following formulation: 1). Does Instagram Social Media Marketing have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Nhunu Shop in Sorong City?; 2). Does Brand Awareness have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Nhunu Shop in Sorong City?; 3). Do Instagram Social Media Marketing and Brand Awareness simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Nhunu Shop in Sorong City?. This study aims to determine the influence of Instagram social media marketing (X1) and brand awareness (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) of Nhunu Shop consumers in Sorong City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method with a population of 749. Sampling uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and sample criteria focused on consumers who shop more than once as many as 374 so that the number of samples in this study is 193 samples. The results of this research analysis indicate that the Instagram social media marketing variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y), the brand awareness variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). The Instagram social media marketing and brand awareness variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).
