Abstract

Abstract

This research is development research (Research and Development) that aims to determine the development of ICT-based learning media for SKI learning. The research subjects were students of class 10 IPA 5 at SMA DU 1 Jombang, totaling 30 students. This type of research is R&D with the ADDIE model which includes 5 phases. Islamic Cultural History learning media utilizes the I-Spring Suite after it has been created, approved, and reproduced and has gone through several modifications to present SKI learning media that are suitable for use. Collecting data using observation, and questionnaires. Validation questionnaires were assessed by material experts and media experts. The assessment uses a Likert scale with conditions such as strongly agree, agree, disagree, and strongly disagree. The results of the validation assessment from material expert 1 were 75% and material expert 2 was 76% in the good category, the validation assessment from media expert 1 was 75% and media expert 2 was 88% in the very good category. Meanwhile, through the response questionnaire, the average rating generated is 80% with a good category

Abstract

Proses pendidikan merupakan suatu usaha untuk memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan setelah proses belajar merupakan nilai yang menjadi alat ukur atas keberhasilan seseorang dalam menempuh suatu Pendidikan. Tetapi pada materi Tarikh Islam masih ditemukan nilai yang belum mencapai rata-rata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas 2 pada materi Tarikh Islam dengan menggunakan strategi Quick On The Draw, 2) Mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa kelas 2 pada materi Tarikh Islam dengan menggunakan strategi Quick On The Draw. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang merupakan salah satu strategi pembelajarn kooperatif yang dikenalkan olah Paul Ginnis. Strategi ini diterapkan di kelas 2 Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 1 Tahun ajaran 1443-1444 H. Tindakan dilakukan dalam 2 siklus yang mana terdapat perencanaa, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Quick On The Draw dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa kelas 2 dalam materi Tarikh Islam di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 1. Dengan presentase yang didapat pada siklus 1 67,0% dan pada siklus kedua presentase keaktifan belajar siswa menjadi 73,5%. (2) Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Quick On The Draw dinilai mampu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan presentase siswa yang lulus pada siklus pertama 26,82% dan pada siklus kedua menjadi 73,13%. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Tarikh Islam, Quick On The Draw.

Abstract

Developing the potential of educational institution administrators with a focus on improving the quality of learning and administrative management is essential in nurturing the Holy Qur’an School. This community service aims to guide the administrators of Darul Qur'an Holy Qur’an School to empower their soft skills to enhance the quality of education and management. This mentoring employs the service learning method, strongly emphasizing developing soft skills, particularly focusing on empathetic abilities and emotional regulation in unlocking potential. The outcomes of this service learning initiative include enriching student worship practices, enhancing the capacity of educators through mentoring in recitation methods, and supporting operational permit management. From these results, it has been observed that administrators were able to develop soft skills, including social awareness, problem-solving, communication, self-discovery, and leadership skills.

Abstract

The history of Islamic civilization is a subject designed to deepen sthe faith of elementary school students at the 'MI' (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) level, emphasizing the cultivation of piety. Despite its focus on the history of Islamic civilization, many students face challenges in grasping the material, leading to subpar learning outcomes. This is largely due to their limited understanding of Islamic cultural history. The lack of diverse teaching models employed by teachers contributes to a monotonous and unengaging learning experience.This research is a qualitative descriptive approach based on the classroom action research method by Stephen Kemmis and Robyn McTaggart, the research involved 24 students, employing data collection methods such as observation, tests, documentation, and interviews.The results indicate the effectiveness of the Think Talk Write (TTW) Cooperative Learning model in improving both learning outcomes and student engagement. In the initial cycle, the learning outcomes percentage was 25%, which significantly rose to 91.67% in the subsequent cycle. Similarly, students' activeness increased from 50.41% in the first cycle to 89.58% in the second cycle.Based on these findings, it is recommended that teachers adopt cooperative learning models like Think Talk Write to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes

Abstract

This research aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR)-based inclusive learning media to help students with disabilities memorize the Qur'an and support more inclusive and effective learning. The mentoring program is carried out through the stages of identifying partner needs through observation and interviews, designing Audio Control-based AR media, implementation through modules and socialization to teachers and parents, and direct implementation in the classroom. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out periodically using pre-test and post-test. The results of the program show that Audio Control-based AR media helps improve Qur'an memorization through sound features, audio repetition, and interactive displays that support independence and focus on learning. From 9 students, the number of students with good memorization increased from 1 to 5 students, accompanied by an increase in reading skills, independence, concentration, and learning motivation. Teacher and parent assistance also strengthens learning outcomes. Overall, Audio Control-based AR media has proven to be effective as an inclusive learning strategy for students with disabilities. However, learning still requires an adaptive approach through the collaboration of teachers and parents. Further research suggests developing advanced features, involving larger subjects, as well as expanding the scope to different types of special needs.

Abstract

This research analyses the development of critical thinking skills in activities organized by academic forums at the Gontor Modern Boarding School. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis in three stages collection, reduction, and verification. The findings of this study highlight the importance of critical thinking, which is essential for higher-order cognitive skills and education at all levels. Gontor Islamic Boarding School which accommodates various groups such as the ITQAN (Ilmi, Tarbawy, Qur'any) Group, an academic forum, prioritizes the development of critical thinking skills, placing great emphasis on fostering critical thinking through various activities including scientific discussions, critical reading, observation, cultivating a sense of be curious, and encourage reflection. These activities improve analytical and synthesis skills, problem-solving abilities, inference and evaluation skills, and explanation skills, thereby enabling strategic thinking among students. This study also identified several supporting factors, such as a conducive scientific environment and supportive supervisors, and inhibiting factors such as administrator competency problems, low student involvement, irregular scheduling, and inadequate facilities. In particular, this research uniquely focuses on explaining 12 indicators of critical thinking abilities, which are categorized into 5 aspects according to Robert Ennis. Despite the challenges, this illustrates how Gontor developed these aspects in the ITQAN Group (Ilmi, Tarbawy, Qur'any) by highlighting inhibiting and supporting factors.

Abstract

Applying the learning method can create active students in the learning process. One of them is the Cooperative Script Method, where the students are invited to play an active role in delivering learning material, and then at the end of the implementation, the teacher draws conclusions and makes clear explanations about the material. Fiqh is the chosen lesson because it discusses various laws from several Islamic teachings. From the step in this method, it can invite children to read, understand the lesson, and explain what they have understood to their classmates. And then, they understand better and can distinguish between one law and another. This study aimed to determine the effect of this method on the learning achievement of 3rd-grade students in Fiqh lesson at Raudhatussalam Islamic Boarding School. The research used a quantitative method, and the research design was a True Experiment with the post-test Control Group Design. This study took a sample of result from all student of 3rd grade student totaling 31 with 15 people being the control class and 16 people being the experimental class. The data analysis technique is used in descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing with Mann Whitney. The result showed that sig. 0,01 < 0,05. It shows the influence of applying the Cooperative Script Method on learning achievement of 3rd-grade students in Fiqh lesson at Raudhatussalam Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of edupreneurship in the student cooperative of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor and its contribution to students’ entrepreneurial competencies, leadership skills, and character development. Although entrepreneurship education has been widely discussed in schools and universities, limited studies have explored edupreneurship practices within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), particularly those integrating entrepreneurial learning with religious and character values. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. Participants consisted of cooperative supervisors, student cooperative administrators, student business unit managers, and students involved in cooperative activities. Data were analyzed using an interactive model involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the student cooperative functions not only as an economic unit but also as an experiential learning laboratory where students actively engage in business management, leadership practices, decision-making, and organizational responsibilities. Through these activities, students develop entrepreneurial competencies, leadership abilities, independence, responsibility, discipline, communication skills, and teamwork. The findings also reveal that pesantren values, mentoring systems, organizational structures, and practical learning opportunities significantly support the sustainability of edupreneurship implementation. This study proposes a Value-Based Edupreneurship Model that integrates entrepreneurial competencies, leadership development, and character education within a pesantren environment. The findings contribute theoretically to edupreneurship studies and practically to the development of entrepreneurship education programs in Islamic educational institutions and other value-oriented educational settings. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi edupreneurship pada koperasi pelajar Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor serta kontribusinya terhadap pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan, keterampilan kepemimpinan, dan pembentukan karakter santri. Meskipun pendidikan kewirausahaan telah banyak dibahas di sekolah dan perguruan tinggi, penelitian mengenai praktik edupreneurship di lingkungan pesantren, khususnya yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran kewirausahaan dengan nilai-nilai religius dan karakter, masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian terdiri atas pembimbing koperasi, pengurus koperasi pelajar, pengelola unit usaha santri, serta santri yang terlibat dalam kegiatan koperasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi pelajar tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai unit ekonomi, tetapi juga sebagai laboratorium pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman di mana santri terlibat aktif dalam pengelolaan usaha, praktik kepemimpinan, pengambilan keputusan, dan tanggung jawab organisasi. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, santri mengembangkan kompetensi kewirausahaan, kemampuan kepemimpinan, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, disiplin, kemampuan komunikasi, dan kerja sama. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pesantren, sistem pendampingan, struktur organisasi, dan kesempatan belajar praktis berperan penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan implementasi edupreneurship. Penelitian ini menawarkan Model Edupreneurship Berbasis Nilai yang mengintegrasikan kompetensi kewirausahaan, pengembangan kepemimpinan, dan pendidikan karakter dalam lingkungan pesantren. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap kajian edupreneurship serta kontribusi praktis bagi pengembangan program pendidikan kewirausahaan di lembaga pendidikan Islam dan lingkungan pendidikan berbasis nilai lainnya.

Abstract

Multicultural education offers hope in addressing various social tensions that have emerged in recent times, as it is an educational approach that consistently upholds values, beliefs, heterogeneity, plurality, and diversity in all aspects of education. This study aims to describe the implementation of multicultural inclusive learning in developing students’ moral character and to identify the challenges of its implementation at MIN 2 Gunungkidul Yogyakarta. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students as sources of information. The data were analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The findings show that multicultural inclusive learning was implemented through the habituation of the 5S values (smiling, greeting, addressing, politeness, and courtesy), inclusive classroom arrangement for students with special needs, and the strengthening of discipline, responsibility, independence, care, and religious activities within the madrasah environment. These practices contributed to a warmer learning atmosphere, acceptance of differences, and social interaction between regular students and students with special needs. The main challenges included the limited availability of special assistant teachers, teachers’ limited competence in handling students with special needs, and insufficient inclusive learning facilities
