Abstract

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of seeing which model is better between the TTW learning model and Project learning, TTW, and direct learning of students' mathematics learning outcomes in the matter of comparison of values and comparisons of turning values in class VII SMPN 2 Jogorogo. With a total of 68 students for the experimental group and 34 for the control group. Quasi Experimental Design is the type of research used in this study with the sampling technique that is Cluster Random Sampling. In this study, the sample consisted of three groups with normal and homogeneous distribution. Experimental group I (VII A) was given the TTW learning model with Project learning, Experimental group II (VII B) was given the TTW learning model, while the control group (VII C) was given a direct learning model. Hypothesis testing was carried out by a one way anova test and post-anova follow-up test. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study are (1) Obtained differences in TTW mathematics learning outcomes with Project learning get an average of 78.24, TTW got an average of 71.03, and direct learning get an average of 63.24 with the conclusion Fobs (13,13) ˃ Ftable (3.09). (2) The TTW learning model with Project learning gives results that are as good as the TTW, seen from Fobs (6,06) ˂ Ftable (6,18). (3) The TTW learning model with Project learning gives better results than direct learning, seen from Fobs (26,25) ˃ Ftable (6,18). (4) The TTW learning model gives better results than direct learning, seen from Fobs (7,08)  ˃ Ftable (6,18).

Abstract

The criterion for students who have been able to think critically is when they can think systematically, besides having awareness in thinking, then they can see the difference between mistakes and truths. The purpose of this research is to measure the extent of students' ability to think critically on the completion of Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) questions, especially in the subject of mathematics and social arithmetic material for grade VII students. This research is classified as qualitative descriptive research. The subjects involved were 6 students in grade VII D SMPN 3 Ngawi. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data analysis techniques using models from Miles & Huberman. Meanwhile, at the time of data collection, the instrument was in the form of 2 HOTS questions that were in accordance with the research subject. In data collection using tests and interviews, tests are used to measure cognitive competence while interviews are used as a follow-up to explore in depth related to students' answers. Based on a series of research processes, it can be proven that the students studied are divided into 3 categories of ability, namely low, medium, and high.

Abstract

In reading learning, it is shown that there are various difficulties experienced by grade I students of SDN Karangtengah Prandon2 Ngawi in reading, including inability to recognize letters, the absence or replacement of letters when reading, difficulties in reading word by word, and difficulties in distinguishing vowels and consonants. In addition, students also experience obstacles in combining letters and syllables into whole words, and pay less attention to the use of punctuation. These difficulty factors include low interest in learning to read, lack of motivation when participating in reading activities, The type of research used is using a quantitative approach with the Pre-Experimental Design type. The researcher used the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design to be carried out in one class without a comparison class using a pretest before being given treatment. With that, the results of the treatment can be known more accurately, because it can be compared with the situation before being given treatment. The results of this study are that there is a significant influence of the use of Letter Puzzle media on the reading ability of grade I students of SDN Karangtengah Prandon 2 Ngawi.

Abstract

The implementation of Pancasila education at the elementary school level requires media such as smart boards in the learning process to support the teaching and learning process more interestingly. The use of this learning media has a positive impact on the overall psychological development of children. This media not only serves as a visual or audio aid, but also an effective means of fostering interest in learning, increasing motivation, and facilitating the understanding of concepts that may be difficult to understand. The type of research used is using a quantitative approach with the Pre-Experimental Design type. The researcher used a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design where it was carried out in one class without a comparison class by using a pretest before being given treatment. With that, the results of the treatment can be known more accurately, because it can be compared with the situation before being given treatment. The results of this study in the use of smart board media on the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education for grade 1 students of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Kedunggalar have a significant influence, this is found in the results of the pretest getting an average score (mean) of 60.50, while the posttest gets an average score (mean) of 86.50
