Abstract: The purpose of this research was to describe the planning, implementation process of learning undertaken by teachers of mathematics and constraints experienced during the process of mathematical problem-based learning with a scientific approach in class X SMAN 1 Jogorogo. This research was a qualitative study. These subject are taken using purposive sampling. The subjects of this study were the teacher math in class X. Data collection techniques in this study were documentation, interviews and observations. Techniques to validate that the data source triangulation and triangulation time. The data analysis technique used was the concept of Miles and Huberman consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the planning process of mathematical problem-based learning with a scientific approach was not maximal yet, seen in the preparation of lesson plans which teachers only see examples of other schools and only see a reference to the syllabus. Implementation of the learning process is done the math teacher in class X SMAN 1 Jogorogo was not maximal yet. Visible in the indicator 5M on core activities are observing, asking, gather information, and communicate their associates have not done all. In observing the activities of students had no difficulty, however, go into the next phase indicator and students are still difficulties in doing so. In the event of problem making students ask questions, lack of motivation and imagination. Collect information on the activities of students also have difficulty in learning resources are used only for math books grade students associate X. At this stage also looks still difficulty in processing information, although sometimes the teacher has given direction that the students tried to process the information that has been obtained. At that last stage quite well in communicating the results, good enough student responses revealed the results even though the teacher had to call one of the students without first. Overcoming the problems found in the process of mathematical problem-based learning with a scientific approach to teacher always gives motivation at any stage of learning and trying to develop a problem-based learning with a scientific approach. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manakah yang memberikan prestasi belajar matematika lebih baik pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dengan pendekatan saintifik, siswa dengan tingkat interaksi sosial tinggi, sedang, atau rendah pada materi pokok fungsi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental semu. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Ngawi tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified cluster random sampling, sehingga diperoleh siswa pada SMP Negeri 3 Ngrambe, SMP Negeri 2 Paron, dan SMP Negeri 2 Widodaren sebagai sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes prestasi belajar dan angket interaksi sosial siswa. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis variansi (anava) satu jalan sel tak sama. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dengan pendekatan saintifik pada siswa tingkat interaksi sosial tinggi memberikan prestasi belajar matematika lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa tingkat interaksi sosial sedang dan rendah, serta prestasi belajar matematika siswa tingkat interaksi sosial sedang sama baiknya dibandingkan dengan siswa tingkat interaksi sosial rendah dalam memberikan prestasi belajar matematika pada materi pokok fungsi.

This study aimed to determine the effect of using a project-based learning model with a scientific approach to students' mathematics learning. This kind of examination with experimental methods is included in quantitative research. This research design is a quasi-experiment. Samples were taken from 2 classes, the population in this exam was all class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Ngrambe in the 2020/2021 school year. The method used in sampling is cluster random sampling. Information retrieval procedures in this study using tests and documentation. The method of checking information uses instrument tests, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of information testing with a significant degree of 5% (0.05), namely the information data on the results of the lilliefors normality test. The learning outcomes of the experimental class L count L table (0.039 0.173), and the control class L count L table (0.031 0.173). It can be considered that the information data submitted is normal. Based on the information data on the homogeneity test results, pretest information data F max F table (1.24 1.98). It means that the information was homogeneous. Based on the information data on the results of hypothesis testing, pretest before treatment from the experimental class and the control class got t count t table (-0,501 1,677). The statement is likely acknowledged or, as a whole, there is no influence from the project-based model with a project-based learning model with a scientific approach to students' mathematics learning outcomes Posttest information data obtained by T count T table (3.566 2.063), in other words, the effect of the project-based learning model on students' mathematics learning outcomes in class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Ngrambe in the academic year 2020/2021.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan media styrofoam dalam pembelajaran dapat mengalami peningkatan motivasi dan prestasi belajar Matematika dalam pokok bahasan pecahan sederhana kelas III SDN Tambakromo II Kecamatan Padas Kabupaten Ngawi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Tambakromo II Kecamatan Padas Kabupaten Ngawi yang berjumlah 39 orang yang terdiri dari 25 siswa laki-laki dan 14 siswa perempuan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan (observasi), angket (kuesioner) dan tes. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau Class Action Research. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Tambakromo II Kecamatan Padas Kabupaten Ngawi. Dari penelitian tersebut didapat hasil yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap pelajaran Matematika yaitu dari siklus I sebesar 72% menjadi 87% terdapat peningkatan sacara klasikal sebanyak 15%. Prestasi belajar siswa secara klasikal meningkat sebanyak 13% dari siklus I sebesar 69% menjadi 82% pada siklus II. Keaktifan siswa secara klasikal mengalami peningkatan sebesar 7,6% dari siklus I sebesar 69,3% menjadi 76,9% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penggunaan media styrofoam mampu membuat siswa lebih memahami materi dengan cepat, tidak cepat bosan, dan melalui media styrofoam dapat mengalami peningkatan prestasi belajar pada pokok bahasan Pecahan sederhana Kelas III Semester II SDN Tambakromo II Kecamatan Padas Kabupaten Ngawi.

Rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran matematika merupakanmasalah yang sering muncul dalam pembelajaran matematika.Hal inidikarenakan model pembelajaran yang sering digunakan masih cenderungmonoton dan belum sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran denganmodel koopertaif tipe TPS melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu tahap pertamathinking (berfikir), tahap kedua pairing (berpasangan), dan tahap ketiga shareing(berbagi). Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS menuntut siswa untuk lebihaktif dan bertanggung jawab terhadap diri sendiri dan juga pasangannya selamaproses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Dengan model pembelajaran inidiharapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan penyerapan siswa tentangkonsep matematika, sehingga materi yang disampaikan dapat dikuasai siswadengan baik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasibelajar matematika siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipeTPS pada siswa kelas IV SDN Wakah 1 Kecamatan Ngrambe tahun pelajaran2017/2018.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatifdengan desain penelitian eksperimen tipe semu. Subyek dari penelitian iniadalah siswa kelas IV SDN Wakah 1 yang berjumlah 15 siswa, terdiri dari 8siswa laki-laki dan 7 siswa perempuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengancara menggunakan tes formatif. Tes formatif dilaksanakan pada akhirpembelajaran yang digunakan untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar matematikasiswa.Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis datastatistik dengan rumus uji t (uji t).Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan dengan nilaithitung =2,2994 dan ttabel=1,7011 untuk db 28 dan taraf signifikansi 0,05.Nilai rata-rata siswa setelah diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipeTPS 81,33. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata siswa sebelum diajar dengan modelpembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS 73.Dengan demikian, penggunaan modelpembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajarmatematika siswa kelas IV SDN Wakah 1 Kecamatan Ngrambe tahun pelajaran2017/2018.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kreativitas siswa SMP dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita berkaitan dengan sistem persamaan linear dua variabel, yang meliputi langkah memahami masalah, merencanakan pemecahan, menyelesaikan masalah sesuai langkah kedua dan memeriksa kembali hasil dari yang diperoleh. Subyek penelitian adalah enam siswa kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri 3 Ngrambe. Pengambilan subyek berdasarkan tingkat prestasi belajar matematika siswa yaitu dua siswa berkemampuan tinggi, dua siswa berkemampuan sedang dan dua siswa berkemampuan rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode tes dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Siswa kriteria tinggi menunjukkan bahwa siswa tersebut berkecenderungan memiliki profil kreativitas yang baik dalam menguraikan jawaban secara terperinci sesuai prosedur yang runtut, tepat dan benar dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita, (2) Siswa kriteria sedang menunjukkan bahwa siswa tersebut berkecenderungan memiliki profil kreativitas yang cukup dalam menguraikan jawaban secara terperinci yaitu menyelesaikan soal cerita dengan prosedur yang runtut tetapi kurang tepat, (3) Siswa kriteria rendah menunjukkan bahwa siswa tersebut berkecenderungan memiliki profil kreativitas yang kurang yaitu tidak dapat menyelesaikan soal cerita dengan prosedur yang benar sesuai langkah-langkah penyelesaian masalah.

This study aims to determine the ability of verbal, visual, and symbolic mathematical representations in solving trigonometric problems. The subjects of this study were students of class XII IPA 1 Ngawi High School. This study uses a qualitative method. The data validation used in this study uses the time triangulation method. Analysis of the data used uses the stages of Huberman and Miles. The results of this study indicate that participants answered not only based on the numbers given, but also used the definition of trigonometric ratios on verbal representation. On the other hand, the subject is able to determine the position of the object to be observed. However, the subject failed to determine the direction of the depression angle in the sketch made on the visual representation. Failure to determine the direction of the angle of depression causes errors in using mathematical equations correctly. Finally, participants did not succeed in using mathematical equations correctly in symbolic representations. Based on some of the explanations above, we can recommend the importance of translation between mathematical representations and mathematical problems, as well as translations between mathematical representations (verbal, visual, and symbolic) in learning mathematics in class
