Abstract

This type of research is experimental quantitative research by comparing 4 classes using the PBL model. The sample in this study was 144 students from SD Negeri 156/I Bulian Baru and SD Negeri 001/I Pasar Muara Tembesi and MIS Darul Aufa and MIS Nurul Jadid. This study uses quantitative data analysis with the help of SPSS statistics 25, to find descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Important research is carried out as a reference for an educator in understanding the appropriate learning method or model for a lesson to be taught. This study aims to determine the comparison of student process skills and student responses to the PBL learning model in SD/MI, and to determine the relationship between student responses to student responses to the PBL learning model and student process skills. The results of the T test showed that in each school there were differences in process skills and student responses to the PBL learning model. The results of the correlation test in each school showed that the student's response to the student's response to the PBL learning model had an effect on the student's process skills.

Abstract

The importance of caring for the environment is owned by each individual from an early age, making research on how the effect of student responses on the character of caring for the environment in the tribe and understanding of students' concepts in thematic learning of our 8 themes of the environment of friends on the character of caring for the environment of students needs to be done. This study aims to examine the effect of student responses on the environmental care character of the inner tribe and students' conceptual understanding of the environmental care character of elementary school students. This type of research uses a mixed method of explanatory sequential design. The subjects of this study were 5th grade elementary school students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The number of samples is 100 students. The research instrument is in the form of response questionnaires and questions as well as interviews with data analysis using statistics and Miles and Huberman. The results showed that students' understanding of concepts in thematic learning themed 8 was environmentally friendly and students' responses to the environmental care character of ethnic children in influencing the environmental care character of elementary school students. So that knowledge about caring for the environment of students greatly affects the improvement of the character of caring for the environment of students.

Abstract

There are still many students who have difficulty learning mathematics. It is because students feel that learning mathematics is complicated. This problem has an impact on low student learning outcomes. One way to make it easier for students to learn is to use an appropriate learning model. This study aims to compare and correlate student response variables in the student team achievement division learning model of block and cube material and student process skills. This type of research is quantitative experimental research by comparing four classes using process skills variables and student responses to student team learning outcomes. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 144 students from a population of two public elementary schools and two Islamic elementary schools. The technique used to collect data is a questionnaire. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The data analysis used was quantitative with the help of SPSS 25 statistics to find descriptive statistics, test assumptions, and test hypotheses. Based on the t-test, it is known that there are significant differences in students' process skills in each school and student responses to the Student team achievement division learning model on the volume of blocks and cubes in each school. Based on the correlation test, there is a relationship between students' process skills on student responses with the student learning model of team achievement division on the material of volume of blocks and cubes between schools.

Abstract

This research is the first to conduct a systematic review of the concept of tolerance character in the context of physics learning. The research aims to explore the definition, measurement, and development of tolerance character among high school students through physics learning. The method used in this research is the literature review method. Sampling in this study was carried out by looking for several scientific articles from previous research on the character of tolerance found on Google Scholar, which were then examined and conclusions drawn. Results of the analysis of articles regarding the character of tolerance in learning physics in high school found that the character of tolerance is a character that needs to be instilled in students at the high school education level through learning physics. The research also identified the benefits, challenges, and strategies of fostering tolerance in physics learning, such as enhancing students’ critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, overcoming misconceptions and stereotypes, and using inquiry-based, problem-based, and cooperative learning methods. This character of tolerance can be taught and applied in education through learning, one of which is learning physics. The novelty of this research is that it provides a comprehensive and systematic overview of the existing literature on the concept of tolerance character in the context of physics learning. The research also contributes to the literature on physics education and character education by highlighting the role of physics learning in enhancing the tolerance character of high school students.

Abstract

This research was conducted as an innovation related to learning problems that often occur in students. This research aims to develop a technological prototype of the mathematics-computation learning environment for playing skills using the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) approach based on intelligent technology. This type of research is Research and Development using the 4-D model flow (Four-D Models). The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection in this study uses angles for learning environment data sources and computational thinking. Then interviews are used as a source of learning experience data. Data analysis on quantitative data types used descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of independent sample t-tests and the Miles and Huberman model. This study found differences in the computational thinking abilities of male and female students, and the dominant computational thinking abilities were male students. This development research has produced an online learning environment product where the product is valid in the opinion of experts in the good category, exciting and feasible to implement. The learning environment assists and facilitates students in learning mathematics by using technology geared toward improving thinking.

Abstract

Effective student cognitive development can be seen when students are in junior high school. This study aims to answer the research question, namely how is the relationship between cognitive development variables and the disciplinary character of high school students in physics subjects. The method used in this research is a mixed quantitative and qualitative method with a total of 50 students. The results of the study are the correlation test which states that the relationship with the data results is less than 0.05, which means that there is a relationship between the two variables tested. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between cognitive development and the disciplinary character of high school students in physics subjects. The novelty of this study is that no comparisons were made for different schools to find out the relationship between cognitive development variables and disciplinary character. The limitations of this study are only comparing two classes.
