Abstract

This article aims to determine the role of the study of science in learning Arabic as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in learning Arabic at the Al-Mizan Muhammadiyah Lamongan Islamic Boarding School for the period 2022-2023. The approach that the researcher uses is a qualitative descriptive approach using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that there were ilqo 'activities held every Monday and Thursday, as well as muhadatsah activities which were held every Sunday morning. There are several factors that will support and hinder Arabic learning, namely: 1) The existence of rules and obligations as female students in participating in activities. 2) holding muhadatsah every Sunday morning and ilqo 'every Monday and Thursday as an addition to the daily mufrodat. 3) There is a special program or language class focused on language learning enthusiasts. The inhibiting factors are: 1) The lack of mufrodat that has not been mastered and taught. 2) Lack of awareness and interest of female students in learning Arabic. 3) Lack of ability of the PIP section who is a teacher and mentor in learning Arabic.

Abstract

This study aims to balance the skills of female students in Arabic, so Pondok Al-Mizan Muhammadiyah Lamongan makes a Darul Lughoh program. To achieve the expected goals, a good process is needed in language development institutions. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the techniques used to collect data are observation techniques, unstructured interviews and documentation. And in this study using data analysis techniques developed by Miles and Huberman, that the activities in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that, 1) the planning for the development of the Arabic language of female students through the darul lughoh program at the Al-Mizan Muhammadiyah Lamongan was arranged systematically, including: Formulating goals and objectives, determining programs and times, and determining strategies and policies. 2) Implementation of the development of female students' skills in intensive Arabic classes, namely One Week One Language and the program is aimed at selected students from grades 7 MTS and 10 MA. The programs include: Ilqoul Mufrodat, Islahul Lughoh, Muhadatsah, Muhadloroh bilingual, reading motivation, miss language and out door language classes. 3) Assessment of the development of female students' skills in Arabic is carried out formally such as written exams and informally in the form of accountability reports after the implementation of activities.

Abstract

Ma'had prepares the mustawa robi' class to produce female students who like to speak Arabic and can speak Arabic correctly, so that they can graduate with mumtaz predicate and can practice the knowledge they got when studying at Mahad Umar bin Khattab. The most important thing in learning Arabic is in learning listening skills where students listen to the teacher in explaining a title using Arabic sounds, and female students will present the title that has been explained in front of their friends using good and correct Arabic sounds. So the objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the Arabic sound errors. 2) to find a solution to the problems contained in the Arabic sound error. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The data collection techniques in this research by observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is Miles and huberman data analysis technique, as: The data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) mispronunciations of words, both in terms of phonetics, grammar and morphology. 2) Problem solving in Arabic voice is through continuous practice of speaking in Arabic voice, preparation before explaining the subject, and motive to be more confident.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKeberadaan media digital dalam perkembangan zaman saat ini memegang peranan penting sebagai sarana informasi dan komunikasi, sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam membuka dan mengakses segala sesuatu dengan mudah dan cepat, dan hal ini berdampakpada percepatan pertukaran budaya jika tidak diimbangi oleh literasi yang kuat setiap individu.  Sebab masyarakat beranggapan segala hal yang bernuansa berbahasa Arab di anggap sebagai simbol Islami. Abdimas ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi perihal literasi Bahasa dan budaya Arab untuk daiyah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah kabupaten Sidoarjo. Harapannya kader muda putri dapat memberikan wawasan literasi yang shohih agar tidak mudah menyerap informasi hoax, meluruskan stigma masyarakat yang tidak benar bidang Bahasa arab. Program ini diterapkan dengan konsep camp literasi, pendampingan, workshop dalam bahasa dan budaya Arab dalam nuansa budaya non muslim. Adanya peningkatan pemahaman literasi bahasa dan budaya Arab yang berasal dari sumbernya dengan hasil pre-test 85% (tidak bisa memilah) dan post test 95% (bisa memilah). Disisi lain, manajement self control dengan mengembangkan kesadaran yang kuat dalam memilah sumber akurat, memperkaya individu dengan melek literasi digital, membandingkan informasi media satu dengan media lainnya serta mentelaah isu-isu yang berkembang, kemudian proses verifikasi kepada pakar atau ahli.. Kata kunci: literasi Bahasa dan budaya, Hoax, Era Digital.

Abstract

The more Arabic vocabulary mastered, the easier it is to use Arabic because it can convey meaning to other people well. The use of media affects the suitability of messages received by students. One of the media that can be used in learning Arabic vocabulary is an animated learning video based on the Plotagon Story application. In observations made at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Tanggulangin Sidoarjo, researchers found a lack of innovation in learning Arabic, especially in Arabic Vocabulary. The development of Arabic vocabulary learning media based on the Plotagon Story application in schools aims to provide innovation in Arabic learning media so as to help students understand Arabic vocabulary. In this study, researchers used the R&D development research method with the Addie model and with research instruments in the form of interviews, observations, questionnaires which were then analyzed using descriptive (qualitative) and quantitative analysis techniques. The result of this research is that the cumulative percentage of student responses to the Plotagon Story application-based vocabulary learning media is 82.4%. Utilization of technology in learning media aims to add student learning styles, not limiting the time and place for students to study, providing space for students to use technology for education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of learning outcomes through the Contextual Teaching and Learning model in learning Arabic. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, conducted by conducting classroom action with two cycles of action. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model can improve oral and written language skills. Student learning outcomes in the initial conditions of Arabic learning outcomes are lower, with an average value of 66,2. After taking action by applying the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model, the results of learning Arabic have improved, namely in the first cycle with an average value of 73, and after being given treatment in the second cycle, the Arabic learning outcomes are very good with an average value of 83, above the average score. Thus, the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model can improve oral and written language skills in each cycle.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors of strengthening religious character in the extracurricular activities of Da'i Cilik and BTQ. The research conducted is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subjects of this research are the school principal and extracurricular coaches. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The researcher serves as the instrument in this research. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity is tested through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this research show the implementation of strengthening religious character education through the extracurricular activities of Da'i Cilik and BTQ. This includes strengthening religious character through exemplary activities such as habituation, preaching material, praise and advice, and assessment. The supporting factors for strengthening religious character include the availability of facilities and infrastructure, student attendance and seriousness, and parental support. The inhibiting factors include students' lack of self-confidence and the absence of props. The impact of strengthening religious character on students is evident in increased awareness and obligations as Muslims, increased diligence in performing prayer and reading the Qur'an, improved polite and respectful attitudes among students, enhanced self-confidence, independence, and discipline in daily activities in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Abstract: This article describes the achievement of educator and education personnel standards at SDN 2 Sidoarjo as a pilot school. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach, conducted by obtaining primary and secondary data from observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were the principal, 21 teachers and 4 education personnels at SDN 2 Sidoarjo. Data analysis techniques used data reduction models, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification that developed by Miles and Huberman. The results obtained are the analysis of the standards of educators and education personnel at SDN 2 Sidoarjo has met the standards of educators and education personnel based on the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia No.13 of 2007. However, there are findings that some educators still have a diploma or high school education but these educators are currently in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree or S1 PGSD / PGMI in accordance with applicable educator standards, the role of principals in Improvement of Human Resources through further study, professional training and continuing to upgrade the skills of educators and education personnel, the pattern of leadership management of school coconuts is very decisive in meeting national education standards. Keywords: analysis, teacher, education personal, SDN 2 Sidoarjo Abstrak: Artikel ini mendeskripsikan ketercapaian standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sidoarjo sebagai sekolah percontohan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dilakukan dengan mendapatkan data primer dan sekunder dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, 21 guru dan 4 tenaga kependidikan di SD Negeri 2 Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah analisis standar pendidik dan tenaga pendidikan di SD Negeri 2 Sidoarjo telah memenuhi standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Republik Indonesia No.13 Tahun 2007 Namun terdapat temuan beberapa tenaga pendidik masih memiliki ijazah atau pendidikan terakhir SMA akan tetapi tenaga pendidik tersebut saat ini sedang berproses untuk mendapatkan ijazah sarjana atau S1 PGSD/PGMI sesuai dengan standar tenaga pendidik yang berlaku, peran kepala sekolah dalam Improvement Of Human Resources melalui study lanjut, pelatihan keprofesian dan terus melakukan upgrading skill tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, pola managemen kepemimpinan kelapa sekolah sangat menentukan dalam pemenuhan standar nasional pendidikan . Kata Kunci: analisis, tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, SDN 2 Sidoarjo

Abstract

This article aims to determine the development of Microsoft Power Point-based educational games in vocabulary learning at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo and to determine student responses to this educational game. The research approach used by researchers is development research because it makes a product that can help learning. The results showed that, 1) It is known how to develop this educational game, namely by finding problems in the field, collecting data, designing products, design validation, design revisions, product trials, limited trials, product revisions, and game distribution for all class students. 5. 2) From the experimental results of distributing games to 5 respondents, it is known that games are interesting and able to overcome the needs of learning Arabic vocabulary by obtaining 4.97 results on the Linkert Scale interval which means that they agree with Microsoft Power Point-based games. And when it was distributed to class 5, it was found that the respondent's results scored 4.94, which means that they strongly agree with the existence of educational games based on Microsoft Power Point. As for the results of the quizzioner distributed to grade 5 students, it is also known that the answers strongly agree with the existence of educational games based on Microsoft Power Point by 83%, agree 17%, and the answers disagree 0%. From these results, the researcher was able to draw the conclusion that educational games are a new tool for learning Arabic vocabulary for grade 5 at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, have an attractive appearance, and are able to increase students' enthusiasm when learning Arabic vocabulary, and overcome the needs of students. Arabic vocabulary learning, and easy to use.

Abstract

This research investigates the application of the Demonstration Method in improving Maharah Kalam (speaking skills) among students at Darussalam School in Lawang Malang. The traditional approach to teaching Maharah Kalam often lacks variation, resulting in limited student understanding and confidence in speaking Arabic. To address this issue, a new program, the Demonstration Method, was implemented. A qualitative research methodology was employed, utilizing participatory observation techniques, interviews, and document studies for data collection. Data analysis involved techniques such as data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings revealed that the implementation of the Demonstration Method through the Arabic Club Program, consisting of Arabic dialogue, Arabic games, and Arabic activities, significantly enhanced students' Maharah Kalam skills. This study provides valuable insights for educators seeking effective strategies to promote language learning and highlights the implications of the Demonstration Method for fostering linguistic competence in Arabic-speaking contexts.
