Abstract

Implementasi Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Dalam Mendapatkan Perizinan Terhadap Peningkatan UMK di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Luwu Timur. dibimbing oleh : Syahrir dan Nurhaeedah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kualitas pelayanan publik dalam mendapatkan perizinan terhadap peningkatan UMK di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pegawai ASN dan tenaga administrasi DPMPTSP serta masyarakat/pemohon pengguna aplikasi Online Single Submission (OSS). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Luwu Timur yang beralamat di Jalan Soekarno Hatta, Puncak Indah, Malili, Luwu Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik di DPMPTSP Kabupaten luwu Timur cukup baik. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem layanan online seperti OSS sangat membantu dan mempermudah masyarakat untuk membuat NIB/Izin Usaha tanpa harus datang langsung ke DPMPTSP, sehingga lebih efisien dalam hal waktu dan biaya. Kendala utama yang dihadapi terkait pengguna aplikasi OSS ini adalah sering error, jaringan yang kurang stabil, serta kelengkapan berkas pemohon.

Abstract

Ketika gaya kepemimpinan bertolak belakang dengan harapan dari para karyawan, hal tersebut akan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan (otokratis, demokratis dan laissez faire) dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Sharp Electronic Indonesia cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dengan metode asosiatif. Sampel digunakan sebesar 56 karyawan PT. Sharp Electronic Indonesia cabang Makassar. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis data deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil persamaan regresi sederhana pada penelitian ini adalah Y = 1,112 + 0,334X1 + 0,561X2 + 0,372X3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Disarankan agar gaya kepemimpinan demokratis lebih dipertahankan agar lebih dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Sharp Electronic Indonesia cabang Makassar.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kepramukaan untuk siswa dalam membentuk karakter berkarakter di sekolah dasar. Gerakan Pramuka di Sekolah Dasar merupakan kegiatan ektrakurikuler yang dirancang untuk pendidikan karakter siswa di sekolahan. Melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ini siswa diajak untuk menjadi manusia yang berwatak, berkepribadian Indonesia dan beraklak mulia. Pembentukan karakter didapatkan melalui pendidikan kepramukaan dan terbentuk disetiap kegiatan kepramukaan. Lewat kegiatan kepramukaan siswa mendapatkan prinsip dasar kepramukaan yang berisi nilai dan norma dalam kehidupan anggota Gerakan Pramuka yang mencakup: (1) Iman dan takwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, (2) Peduli terhadap bangsa dan tanah air, sesama hidup dan alam seisinya, (3) Peduli terhadap diri pribadinya, dan (4) Taat kepada kode etik kehormatan. Oleh sebab itu, mengajarkan dan mengembangkan karakter siswa melalui kegiatan pramuka sangatlah penting sebagai norma hidup. Prinsip dasar kepramukaan ditanamkan dan ditumbuh kembangkan secara terus menerus kepada setiap peserta didik melalui proses penghayatan untuk dan oleh diri pribadinya dengan bantuan para tenaga pendidik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Problem Centered Learning learning model, find out the interpersonal communication skills of students and find out the influence of the Problem Centered Learning learning model on the interpersonal communication skills of grade IV students of UPT SPF SD Negeri Borong. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The subject of the study involved 53 students in grade IV of elementary school, consisting of 27 students in the experimental class and 26 students in the control class using the purposive sampling method. The research instrument consists of observation sheets and questionnaires. The data collection procedures, namely pre-nontest, treatment, and post-nontest, were then analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of this study show that: (1) the application of the Problem Centered Learning learning model that was carried out obtained a good category with 3 stages individual problem-solving activities.

Abstract

Inclusive education in elementary schools aims to provide equal access for all students, including those with special needs. One of the main challenges in implementing inclusive education is strengthening literacy skills, which are essential for academic success. This study aims to identify and analyze the curriculum innovations implemented in inclusive elementary schools to strengthen literacy skills. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design was used in this research. The study was conducted in two inclusive elementary schools in Makassar City that apply the Merdeka Curriculum. The subjects of the study consisted of school principals, classroom teachers, special education teachers (GPK), and both special needs and regular students. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that curriculum innovations, such as the use of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, project-based learning, and the integration of educational technology, significantly supported the strengthening of literacy skills. Moreover, collaboration among teachers, students, parents, and the community played a key role in creating an inclusive and literate learning environment. This study concludes that responsive curriculum innovations that cater to the individual needs of students are crucial in achieving equitable and inclusive education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan pondasi kemajuan bangsa. Guru sebagai ujung tombak pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan pendidikan berkualitas. Guru yang kompeten dan profesional dapat menghasilkan generasi muda yang cerdas, berkarakter, dan siap menghadapi tantangan global. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial guru di SD Nur Miyazaki Islamic Character School melalui pelatihan Empowering Teachers, Empowering Learning: Pelatihan Manajerial Guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, simulasi, dan praktik mengajar dengan melibatkan 13 guru sebagai partisipan. Hasil pengabdian pelatihan Empowering Teachers, Empowering Learning : Pelatihan Manajerial Guru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial guru di SD Nur Miyazaki Islamic Character School, serta menghasilkan perubahan positif dalam perilaku guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas manajerial. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SD Nur Miyazaki Islamic Character School melalui peningkatan kompetensi manajerial guru. Hasil pengabdian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam mengembangkan program pelatihan guru yang efektif.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the abilities of elementary school teachers in developing innovative digital content to support learning based on the values of the Pancasila Student Profile. The program is implemented through three main stages: socialization, intensive training, and evaluation. The first stage is the program socialization, which introduces the background, objectives, benefits, and mechanisms of the activity to the teachers and stakeholders in the target area. Subsequently, intensive training is conducted over two days with a practical approach, where teachers are trained to use digital tools such as the Canva design application, microsite creation using s.id, and the utilization of Augmented Reality (AR) technology to create engaging and relevant learning content aligned with the values of Pancasila. This training is participatory and collaborative, with direct guidance from education experts. Evaluation at the end of the program is carried out using feedback questionnaires. The evaluation results indicate that the training successfully improved the teachers' digital skills and their understanding of integrating Pancasila character values into learning media. This program is expected to serve as a training model that can be applied in other regions and support the transformation of education through technology and character-based learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar. The research is grounded in the view that, in an era of digital transformation and increasing performance demands, employees’ ability to harmonize work and personal roles, as well as their satisfaction with various aspects of their job, is crucial for maintaining optimal performance. A quantitative verificative approach was employed with a sample of 52 employees selected using accidental sampling from a total population of 514 staff. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and supported by documentation of company records. The variables examined include work-life balance and job satisfaction as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis involved validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression, complemented by t-tests and F-tests at a 5% significance level. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that employees who experience better balance between work and personal life tend to demonstrate higher productivity and work quality. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, suggesting that satisfied employees are more motivated, committed, and engaged in their tasks. Simultaneously, work-life balance and job satisfaction explain 47.8% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 52.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings underscore the strategic importance of designing human resource policies that support employee well-being and satisfaction to enhance organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an in-depth and comprehensive exploration of the complex and non-linear process that occurs when shifting from manual to digital financial management platforms among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar City. The study specifically analyzes the sequential adaptation of electronic wallet (e-wallet/QRIS) usage and specialized digital accounting applications. This research addresses three main issues: (1) identifying the key internal and external motivators that initiate the transition, (2) elucidating the specific psycho-managerial phases MSMEs go through during implementation, and (3) analyzing the challenges—particularly cognitive load and financial literacy barriers—that impede the establishment of digital accounting practices. Utilizing a qualitative approach and a multi-case study design, the research involved comprehensive in-depth interviews and observational analysis with 20 owners/managers from various MSME subsectors (culinary, retail, and handicraft) in Makassar over a nine-month period. The findings reveal the transition as proceeding through three distinct yet interconnected phases: Market Pressure and Necessity, Functional Digital Adoption (E-Payment), and Cognitive Institutionalization (Digital Ledger). It was consistently found that limitations in financial literacy—specifically, a low understanding of basic accounting principles—as well as the perceived complexity of application interfaces are the primary hindering factors for full digital integration. Driving factors include market competitiveness, service speed, and the automatic separation of business and personal funds. This study provides important policy implications for creating focused and practical digital literacy programs, contributing significantly to the development of Islamic Education Management by emphasizing the need to integrate digital accounting skills with entrepreneurial ethics to ensure the sustainability and financial transparency of MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of REKA (Rebut Kartu) Geometry learning media on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Nipa-Nipa, Makassar City. The background of this research stems from students' low understanding of geometric concepts and the limited use of engaging and interactive learning media. The research employed a quasi-experimental method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of two classes: an experimental class (33 students) using REKA Geometry media, and a control class (31 students) using conventional methods. Data were collected through learning outcome tests (pretest and posttest), implementation observations, and documentation. The findings revealed that the implementation of REKA Geometry media was highly effective and significantly improved students' mathematics learning outcomes. The average posttest score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the Mann-Whitney U test showed a statistically significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). Therefore, REKA Geometry media proved to be effective in enhancing students’ understanding of two-dimensional shapes through a fun and collaborative game-based learning approach.
