Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan daerah merupakan aspek krusial dalam upaya mencapai tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan berkelanjutan. Kinerja keuangan daerah yang optimal tidak hanya mencerminkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam penggunaan anggaran, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pembangunan daerah yang lebih merata dan berkeadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fungsi anggaran dan fungsi pengawasan terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sigi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekretarian DPRD Kabupaten Sigi. Kemudian penelitian ini di laksanakan selama 3 bulan dari bulan Januari- Maret Tahun 2024. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program computer aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh fungsi anggaran terhadap Kinerja keuangan daerah pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sigi. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh fungsi pengawasan terhadap Kinerja keuangan daerah pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sigi. Fungsi anggaran dan fungsi pengawasan DPRD secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sigi.

Abstract

Organizations are very concerned about their reputation in the current business era. Due to high sustainability snags, the organizational image can be damaged. There is need for additional social and environmental strategies and standards to portray organizational concern towards the environment and society. Therefore, considering the investigate the nexus between supply chain management, sustainable supply chain governance and corporate suitability. The study is interested in analyzing the direct relationship between supply chain management, and corporate sustainability and between sustainable supply chain and corporate sustainability. In addition to that the current study is also interested in examining the moderating role of sustainable supply chain governance in the relationship between supply chain management and corporate sustainability. The difficulty of issues under investigation has been investigated by the use of three theoretical frameworks, which allow its understanding and facilitate the construct of clear idea about the practical perspective. In the next section, Sustainable Supply Chain Management has been defined and literature has been sourced on its different approaches along with the theoretical frameworks and mechanism of governance. The SEM-PLS is used to investigate the hypothesis relationship. Overall the findings of the study have provided support to the proposed results

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of intellectual capital on the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2016. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange through a representative of the Capital Market Information Center (PIPM), which is located at Jl. Dr. Sam Ratulangi No. 124, Makassar. Our research was conducted in two months, from March to April 2018. The population of this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the observation period from 2014 to 2016. While the sample of this research is a company selected from the population with purposive sampling criteria, namely as many as 10 companies. Sources of data in this study are secondary data. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is to use multiple regression with the help of SPSS for windows software. Our research results show that Human Capital Efficiency (HCE) has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets, Structural Capital Efficiency (SCE) has a positive and insignificant effect on Return on Assets. And Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work facilities, job placement, and employability on employee performance at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Youth and Sports Office. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who were active employees in the agency. The results showed that partially or simultaneously, the three independent variables—work facilities, work placement, and work ability—had a significant effect on employee performance. Adequate work facilities provide comfort and support the effectiveness of the task. The right job placement can increase motivation and productivity, while high work ability reflects individual competence in completing tasks well. These findings indicate the importance of managerial strategies that focus on the provision of facilities, competency-based placement, and employee capacity building in an effort to improve organizational performance. This study recommends that the Youth and Sports Office continuously develop an integrated human resource management system to support the optimization of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and profitability on firm value moderated by the inflation rate, using a sample of food and beverage companies on the IDX. Based on the results of the analysis, capital structure has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, while profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Inflation rate cannot moderate the effect of capital structure on firm value, but it can give positive and insignificant impact on the effect of capital structure on firm value. Likewise, the inflation rate cannot moderate the effect of profitability on firm value and has a negative and insignificant impact on the effect between these variables.

Abstract

This research explores the confluence of Human Resource Management (HRM), Strategic Marketing Management (SMM), and Corporate Financial Performance (CFP), offering a comprehensive understanding of their synergistic effects on organizational success. The study provides empirical evidence supporting the theory that a strategic blend of HRM and SMM is instrumental in enhancing financial performance. Efficient HRM practices, which improve productivity and innovation, coupled with effective SMM strategies that strengthen market positioning and revenue flows, are shown to be significant drivers of sustainable financial growth. The managerial implications of this integration are profound, underscoring the need for business leaders to consider investments in human resource development and strategic marketing as pivotal to the company's long-term success rather than as mere departmental functions. Through a quantitative analysis using SMARTPLS with a sample size of 150, the research contributes to management literature by highlighting the often-overlooked functional interconnections between HRM and SMM divisions. It challenges the conventional compartmentalization of these functions and advocates for a more integrative approach within corporate strategies. The findings indicate that companies embracing this integrated approach tend to report superior financial performance. This study addresses a gap in existing literature by demonstrating the collective impact of HRM and SMM on CFP across various industries, organization sizes, and cultural contexts, emphasizing the strategic amalgamation of these practices as a source of competitive advantage and financial enhancement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang implementasi pembelajaran masa covid 19 di SMP Negeri 1 Totikum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui kegiatan reduksi data dan penyajian data. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Implementasi pembelajaran masa pandemi covid-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Totikum tetap dilaksanakan dengan perubahan skema pembelajaran yang meliputi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19. Persiapan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan membuat grup whatsapp dan messenger per kelas dengan tujuan agar memudahkan siswa dan guru berkomunikasi dengan baik, serta menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh/daring dengan berpatokan pada pedoman penyelenggaraan belajar dari rumah dalam masa penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). (2) Implikasi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam terhadap pembelajaran masa pandemi covid-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Totikum mencakup beberapa fungsi: pertama, perencanaan pembelajaran selama daring menggunakan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) daring. Kedua, Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan cara mengatur guru mata pelajaran mengajar sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan sebelum pandemi covid-19. Ketiga, pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, guru melakukan apersepsi berupa absen didalam grup WhatsApp kelas dan ketika waktu tatap muka selama beberapa hari, guru melakukan apersepsi berupa salam pembuka, kemudian menanyakan pelajaran yang tidak dipahami minggu lalu kemudian di susul penyampaian materi yang bisa dilihat oleh siswa melalui aplikasi YouTube yang sudah dibagikan link nya oleh guru. Keempat, pengawasan dilakukan pendidik dalam rangka mencari informasi, menganalisis informasi, dan mengevaluasi data-data yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan belajar serta menggunakannya untuk mengontrol kegiatan pembelajaran untuk meraih target belajar. Pembenahan dilakukan pada saat proses belajar mengajar dan juga pada saat proses pembelajaran selanjutnya sebagai bagian dari kontrol pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh pendidik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang (1) Dampak kebiasaan bermain game online terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Totikum. (2) Implikasi manajemen pendidikan Islam terhadap kebiasaan bermain game online yang berdampak terhadap minat dan prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Totikum. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Kebiasaan bermain game online berdampak terhadap minat dan prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Totikum. Ini dilihat dari beberapa dampak yang ditimbulkan secara umum seperti siswa sulit berkonsentrasi karena game online, kurang semangat dan kurang antusias siswa saat jam pelajaran berlangsung. Kemudian terkait dampak positifnya antara lain meningkatkan konsentrasi, menjadikan disiplin, meningkatkan kemampuan tentang komputer, dan mempererat tali silaturahmi. Dampak negatifnya antara lain malas belajar, mengganggu kesehatan, tidak fokus dalam pembelajaran, boros kuota, perubahan sikap dan perilaku, dan bermain game yang tidak tepat pada waktunya. Dampak negatif tersebut lebih banyak daripada dampak positifnya, artinya siswa akan diperbudak dengan game online itu sendiri. Solusi mengatasi dampak tersebut guru melakukan pendekatan dan memberikan perhatian lebih kepada siswa dan memberikan nasehat apabila perilaku siswa sudah menyimpang, serta memberi hukuman bila perlu memanggil orang tua siswa dengan tujuan untuk mengajak bekerja sama dengan orang tua siswa dalam mengatasi dampak tersebut. (2) Implikasi manajemen pendidikan Islam terhadap kebiasaan bermain game online yang berdampak pada minat dan prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Totikum dilihat dari cara mengatasi kebiasaan bermain game online tersebut. Implikasi dari fungsi perencanaan tercermin dalam merencanakan pemberian hukuman, menetapkan batasan dalam bermain hand phone, rencana pemberian reward. Fungsi pengorganisasian dilihat dari penerapan layanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, kerja sama antar sesama guru dan orang tua, dan memiliki wawasan yang luas tentang game online. Fungsi pelaksanaan dilihat dari peran guru sebagai pembimbing, motivator, dan komunikator. Terkait dengan fungsi pengawasan dilihat dari cara guru dan orang tua dalam mengawasi dan merubah kebiasaan bermain game online.

Abstract

River Buloh, a small town in Malaysia, has great potential in the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. (UMKM). However, there is still a knowledge gap among women regarding the use of digital technology in developing their. The study aims to analyze the level of digital literacy among female UMKM owners in the Buloh River, investigate the obstacles encountered, design and implement programs to improve digital literature, as well as evaluate its impact on the development of UMKM. The research method used is a participatory action research approach (Participatory Action Research). Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and field observations. The results of the research show that the digital literacy rate of female UMKM owners in the Buloh River is still low, with the main obstacles being limited access to information, lack of training, and low confidence in adopting digital technology. The digital literacy improvement program designed and implemented in this research has proved effective in improving the knowledge and skills of women UMKM owners. The impact is seen from the increased use of digital platforms, optimization of online marketing, and better financial management. In addition, the study also formulates policy recommendations and strategies to encourage the adoption of digital technology among UMKMs managed by women in the Buloh River. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to enhancing the economic empowerment of women through the development of UMKM based on digital technology.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Sharia Economic Law in modern business transactions in Indonesia, focusing on how Islamic legal principles are applied within contemporary economic activities. As Indonesia continues to experience rapid digital and financial innovation, various sectors—including banking, e-commerce, fintech, and Islamic microfinance—have increasingly adopted Sharia-compliant mechanisms. This research analyzes the extent to which Sharia principles such as fairness, transparency, avoidance of usury (riba), uncertainty (gharar), and prohibited transactions (maysir) are integrated into current business practices. Using a qualitative approach through literature review, regulatory analysis, and case studies from selected Sharia-based financial institutions, the findings reveal that Sharia Economic Law plays a significant role in shaping ethical business conduct and providing legal certainty in modern transactions. However, several challenges remain, including regulatory harmonization, public literacy, and the need for stronger supervision frameworks. Overall, this study highlights the importance of strengthening Sharia-compliant systems to support sustainable and equitable economic development in Indonesia.
