Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi mengenai perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku pada CV. Solo Indah Kota Palu dengan rumusan masalah apakah perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku dapat mengefisienkan biaya produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode EOQ Safety Stock bahan baku sebesar 623 bal, Reorder Point (ROP) sebesar 1.003 bal pertahun dengan waktu tunggu 90 hari. Total biaya persediaan bahan baku tepung untuk proses produksi yang lebih efisien yaitu metode Economic Order Quantity sebesar Rp. 26.931.309 daripada kebijakan perusahaan sebesar Rp. 45.933.415.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja secara simultan pada PT. Sinar Galesong Pratama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun variabel fbeban kerja fmenunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, lebih lanjut, variabel kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Di sisi lain hubungan antara kepusan kerja tidak signifikan positif terhadapf kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Transforming Human Resources (HR) in the digital era has become the main focus for companies and organizations in adapting to rapid changes in technology and the business environment. In this context, this article explains the success strategies needed to face future challenges in HR management. The importance of HR transformation in the digital era cannot be denied, considering that digital technology has changed how companies operate, communicate, and compete. Quality human resources, technology skills, and adapting to change are precious assets. This article will discuss several critical strategies for successfully managing HR in the digital era, including developing digital competencies, increasing collaboration between departments, and using data analytics for more intelligent decision-making. Additionally, this article will highlight the role of effective leadership in guiding HR transformation. Leaders who understand the challenges and opportunities of the digital era and can inspire and motivate teams are the key to success in implementing change. In conclusion, HR transformation in the digital era is a critical step for companies and organizations that want to remain relevant and competitive. By following the success strategies discussed in this article, companies can prepare for a future filled with technological change and a dynamic business environment. HR transformation is not an option but rather a necessity to achieve long-term success.

Abstract

In the context of the world of work, the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on motivation and job satisfaction is an increasingly relevant research topic. Organizational culture reflects the values, norms, and beliefs held together by members of an organization, while organizational commitment reflects the level of attachment and loyalty of individuals to the organization where they work. These two factors are believed to have an important role in shaping employee motivation and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the motivation and job satisfaction of employees and lecturers in an organizational environment. This research is a quantitative study. This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Palu, using 129 respondents consisting of employees and lecturers as research samples. The data analysis used in this study was through structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. By creating a motivating and satisfying work environment, universities can improve academic and administrative performance, which in turn will improve the reputation and attractiveness of the institution to prospective students and other stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Financial Management on the Financial Management Performance of MSMEs: A Case Study at the Palu City Forest Cafe. This study uses causal descriptive methods and simple Linear Regression analysis techniques. The sample withdrawal technique is a probality sampling technique or simple random sampling, which is with a sample number of 100 respondents. The results of this study show that the variables of planning, recording, reporting, and evaluation have a positive effect on financial management performance with a significance value of F ? 0.000 < 0.05 Then the planning variable also partially has a positive effect on Financial Management Performance with a significance value of ? 0.006 < 0.05 and the partial planning variable also has a positive influence on Financial Management Performance with a significance value of less than ? 0.001< 0.05 The partial reporting variable also has a positive influence on Financial Management Performance with a significance value less than ? 0.000< 0.05 The partial evaluation variable also has a positive influence on Financial Management Performance with a significance value less than ? 0.00< 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisensi realisasi anggaran belanja moda pada dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan provinsisulawesi tengah khususnya dana alokasi khusus bidang pembinaan smk selama tiga tahun tarakhir,terhitung tahun 2020 sampai dengan 2022.data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan provinsi sulawesi tengah berupa laporan laporan realisasi anggaran (LRA) periode anggaran 2020 sampai dengan anggaran 2022 .peneltian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif denganmenggunakan teknik realisasi anggaran belanja modal dikali 100% untuk menilai kinerja pemerintah dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan provinsi sulawesi tengah khususnya dana alokasi khusus (DAK).hasil peneltian menunjukan tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi realisasi pengelolaan anggaran belanja modalpada dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan provinsi sulawesi tengah dalal hal ini dana alokasi khusus SMK selama tahun 2020-2022 dikatakan cukup efektif yaitu diatas angka 80% sedangkan rasio efisiensinya adalah lebih dari 100% atau tidak efisien.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of spiritual, emotional and intellectual intelligence on work performance in British Propolis partners. The population in this study were all official British Propolis partners in the city of Palu. The number of samples used in this research was 60 respondents. This type of research is explanatory research which explains the causal relationship or influence between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The research instrument used was the gform questionnaire. Data testing was carried out with SPSS 21.0. The results of the research show that the spiritual intelligence variable has a positive and significant influence on work performance of British Propolis partners in the city of Palu with a calculated t value of 3.669, a sig-t value of 0.001. Furthermore, the emotional intelligence variable has a positive and significant influence on work performance of British Propolis partners in the city of Palu with a calculated t value of 3.737, a sig-t value of 0.000. The intellectual intelligence variable also has a positive and significant influence on work performance of British Propolis partners in the city of Palu with a calculated t value of 2.004, sig-t value of 0.050. Simultaneously, there is an influence of spiritual, emotional and intellectual intelligence on work performance in British Propolis partners in the city of Palu with a calculated F value of 27.964 which is greater than the F table which is 2.766 with a sig-F value of 0.000, which means that the analysis results show all the hypotheses. submitted in this research is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine spirituality as a paradigm of peace education. This research presents solutions to various problems of Muslims in Indonesia today, especially the problem of the dry dimension of spirituality in their religion. The type of research used is library research. This research obtains information data by placing existing facilities in the library such as books, magazines, documents, records of historical stories or pure literature research related to the object of research. The results of this study explain that spirituality is the solution to achieving peace education. Spirituality is not a heresy in religion, but the spirit of religion itself. Religion is accompanied by an appreciation of spirituality that will get the essence of religion in the form of love for God and others. To approach the Khalik and also with his fellow beings, it is not enough just to go through the formalities. A spiritual approach full of values of love and compassion, ikhlas and ridlo will be more effective in arriving at justice and the Creator. On that basis, it is necessary to review the position and role of religion in human life.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and determine whether there are differences in student entrepreneurship inclination based on demographic factors such as gender, age, work experience, and marital status. The research sample consisted of 356 students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. Data was collected via questionnaires and analyzed using the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal Wallis test methods. The findings revealed that there was no difference in entrepreneurship inclination between male and female students, as well as between various age levels. What is different is the entrepreneurship inclination of students between those who have had work experience and those who have never worked and between married and unmarried students. Students who have worked and married are more likely to be inclinationed in entrepreneurship. This study has implications for the learning methods of entrepreneurship courses and other related courses that need to be redesigned to be more practical than theoretical, assist with capital to start a business and provide entrepreneurial assistance to increase entrepreneurial capacity and teach students responsibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Supply Chain Management terhadap Kinerja perusahaan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian terkait dengan praktik-praktik pada supply chain management yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang Kuliner yang berjumlah 30 perusahaan dan berada pada kabupaten Sigi. Sumber data penelitian dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pemilik industry keripik. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan praktek supply chain management ada yang berpengaruh dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel yang berpengaruh adalah information sharing dan process integration, variabel yang tidak berpengaruh adalah cooperation dan long term relationship.
