Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of the use of the ClassDojo application on Self-Regulated learning students and the involvement of parents in SD Kharisma Nations. This study is a kunatitative study with regression mode. The sample consisted of 89 students in classes IV–VI and 75 elders. Data is collected through lifting and documentation, as well as analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests (normality and linearity), simple regression tests, determinant coefficients, and t-tests. The results showed that the Classdojo application had a positive and significant influence on self-regulated learning of 42.4% (sig. 0,00 dann t. count 6,131). The Classdojo application also has a positive and significant influence on parental involvement (26%). (sig. 0,00 dan t. hitung 3,891). This result depends on the use of Classdojo features such as classroom, class story and portfolios, and messages. a) Classroom features support effective classroom management and positive interaction, which can enhance student motivation and behavior. b) Portfolios enable students to reflect and track their own development, supporting metacognitive aspects. c) Class Story facilitates communication between school and home, encouraging further involvement and motivation from students and their parents. d) Messages facilitate direct communication between parents and teachers. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of ClassDojo can improve the self-regulated learning of students and the involvement of parents in SD Kharisma Nasa. It is recommended that this application be optimized for use by teachers, students, and parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana relasi antara manusia dan alam tercermin dalam cerita rakyat Bali melalui lensa etika lingkungan dan nilai-nilai kearifan ekologis, dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori ekokritik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui analisis dialog antar tokoh dalam cerita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cerita rakyat Bali mencerminkan hubungan yang kuat antara manusia dan alam, yang diwarnai oleh prinsip-prinsip etika lingkungan dan nilai-nilai ekologis yang turut memengaruhi keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat. Terdapat enam prinsip etika lingkungan yang berhasil diidentifikasi, yakni tanggung jawab terhadap alam, solidaritas kosmis, kasih sayang dan kepedulian terhadap alam, sikap tidak merusak lingkungan, penghormatan terhadap alam, serta gaya hidup sederhana dan harmonis dengan alam. Sementara itu, nilai-nilai kearifan ekologis tercermin dalam empat praktik budaya yang masih dijaga oleh masyarakat Bali hingga kini, yaitu Hukum Kharma Pala, Upacara Tumpek Bubuh, Upacara Nangkluk Merana, dan Brata Semedi. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai tersebut berfungsi untuk menjaga kelestarian hutan, melindungi jenis tumbuhan tertentu, merawat lingkungan secara bijaksana, serta menjaga kelangsungan hidup berbagai spesies hewan.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of the collaborative learning model assisted by flashcard on EFL students’ mastery of english tenses at SMP IT HASANKA Boarding School Palangka Raya. The research was quantitative research with Quasi-experimental design. The researcher designed the lesson plan, conducted the treatment, and counted the students’ scores by pre-test and post-test. The population of this research was all of the students of SMP IT HASANKA Boarding School, and the sample of this research was 45 students from class VIIIC as the experiment class and class VIIIB as the control class. The sample was determined using cluster sampling technique. The study concluded that teaching students' english tenses using a collaborative learning model assisted by flashcards was more effective than teaching using a textbook only. It was shown that the result of pre-test and post-test. The result of the T-test (2-tailed) generated was = 0.00 < 0.05. It can be seen that the sig. value was smaller than 0.05, meaning there is a significant effect on the collaborative learning model assisted by flashcards on student mastery of english tenses.

Abstract

The implementation of the ritual tradition of rejecting reinforcements in the month of Safar in the Javanese community of Pematang Muawan, Riau, which is held every year is a form of traditional ceremony carried out with the meaning of avoiding the troubles that come in the month of Safar. It is stated that the month of Safar is negative pole. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the ritual tradition of rejecting reinforcements the month of Safar and the factors that influence the Javanese people of Pematang Muawan in carrying out the ritual tradition of rejecting the reinforcements of the month of Safar or what is called Safaran. This type of research is empirical research (field) and the data collected is the result of interviews with informants and is supported by the appropriate literature. This research is a descriptive analysis and the approach in this study uses a sociological approach. The results of the study show that the Javanese people of Pematang Muawan believe in repelling disaster reinforcements and disturbances by supernatural beings by carrying out prayers to drive away reinforcements which are carried out in congregation with the provisions that apply in the field or mosque, followed by dhikr, prayer lidhaf'il bala , cutting cones, offerings, purification in the morning on objects used for work and ending with a safar bath before midday prayers or midday and the factors that influence the community in carrying out the ritual tradition of rejecting the reinforcements of the safah month are customary, fanatical and internal factors that arise because of anxiety or fear of the impacts arising from not carrying out the safaran tradition . It is hoped that this simple writing will be able to provide information to the reader about the tradition of the ritual of rejecting the bala month of Safar which is carried out mainly by the Javanese people of Pematang Muawan.

Abstract

The challenges faced by higher education institutions have intensified with the increasing popularity of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Technological advancements have replaced certain types of jobs and influenced the labor market. Consequently, lecturers must adopt new innovations and approaches in education to develop and enhance students' soft skills. The Mini Seminar is a presentation-based learning model designed with a simple concept. The objective of this activity is to achieve course learning outcomes (CPMK) more optimally while honing students' soft skills. The implementation of the activity consists of preparation, execution, and evaluation stages. The approach used in this activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of the questionnaire indicate that the Mini Seminar improves the quality of learning and student motivation. Therefore, this activity effectively hones students' soft skills and optimally achieves course learning outcomes. Tantangan perguruan tinggi semakin besar semenjak teknologi artificial intelligence (AI) semakin popular. Kemajuan teknologi telah menggantikan beberapa jenis pekerjaan dan mempengaruhi pasar tenaga kerja. Inovasi dan pendekatan baru harus dilakukan oleh Dosen dalam melaksanakan Pendidikan agar mampu mengasah dan membentuk soft skills. Mini Seminar adalah model pembelajaran presentasi yang dikemas dengan konsep yang sederhana. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mewujudkan capaian pembelajaran mata kuliah (CPMK) secara lebih optimal sekaligus mengasah soft skill mahasiswa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil kuisioner menunjukkan mini seminar meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan motivasi mahasiswa. Sehingga kegiatan ini mampu mengasah soft skill mahasiswa dan mewujudkan capaian pembelajaran mata kuliah secara optimal.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan menumbuhkan kreativitas Islami peserta didik melalui kegiatan pembuatan gantungan kunci bertema Asmaul Husna di MA Darul Amin Palangka Raya. Topik ini dipilih karena pembelajaran Asmaul Husna di madrasah cenderung bersifat hafalan dan belum mengarah pada penghayatan makna maupun penerapan nilai-nilainya dalam kehidupan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Service Learning yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam lima tahap kegiatan: investigasi, persiapan, tindakan, refleksi, dan demonstrasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih kreatif, antusias, dan memahami makna Asmaul Husna dengan lebih mendalam. Melalui karya sederhana, mereka belajar meneladani Asmaul Husna serta menjadikannya sebagai pengingat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan kreatif dapat memperkuat pendidikan agama dan membentuk karakter religius siswa.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan memerlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang tidak hanya efektif tetapi juga menyenangkan. PAIKEM (Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan) yang dipadukan dengan prinsip Gembrot (Senang, Termotivasi, dan Kreatif) merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Pendekatan ini menekankan pada keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dan bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan lingkungan kelas yang positif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber antara lain buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah untuk menggali konsep, implementasi, tantangan, dan manfaat pendekatan tersebut. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa PAIKEM yang didukung dengan prinsip Gembrot dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa hingga 30%, meningkatkan motivasi, dan berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan keterampilan abad 21. Meski terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya, namun pendekatan ini memberikan dampak yang menguntungkan bagi suasana pembelajaran dan kesehatan mental siswa. Keberhasilan implementasi tergantung pada pelatihan guru dan ketersediaan media pembelajaran. Pendekatan ini berpotensi menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang menarik dan bermakna, sehingga menghasilkan generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas namun juga kreatif dan berkarakter.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy is the knowledge and skill of using various numbers and symbols related to mathematics to solve problems in various contexts in everyday life. Using mathematics skills in various subjects and curricula will broaden and deepen understanding of numeracy. This research discusses the numeracy literacy abilities of Class IV students at SD Negeri 1 Sijeruk. The aim is to analyze students' numeracy literacy skills in solving mathematical problems in the form of story problems. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by taking data and information that is in accordance with the facts in the field. The data obtained was analyzed and presented in descriptive form. This research shows that the numeracy literacy skills of class IV students at SD Negeri 1 Sijeruk are quite good, although there are still students who have difficulty understanding and calculating questions.

Abstract

Purpose – The study exploress the influence of religiosity and competence on accounting fraud, with pressure as a moderating variable within the government sectors. This research emphasizes religiosity and competence in preventing accounting fraud Design/methodology/approach – The research employs a quantitative methods with a correlational approach. This study utilized questionnaires distributed to 53 employees Communication and Information and the Department of Education, the study employs SmartPLS and Moderated Regression Analysis Findings – Unexpectedly The results of this study reveal that religiosity has a positively and significanty influence on accounting fraud, while competence shows a negative but insignificant effect. Pressure does not significantly moderate these relationships. These results suggest a need to reevaluate how religiosity is internalized and practiced in workplace ethics Research limitations/implications – This research has several limitations. All variables used, namely religiosity and competence as independent variables, accounting fraud as the dependent variable, and pressure as a moderating variable are based on measurements via questionnaires. Thus, the data obtained only reflects the respondents' perceptions. it is recommended that they conduct further studies, considering the limitations that exist in this research. Moderating variables should be considered as independent variables, so that researchers can make more meaningful contributions to academic literature and base the development of more ethical business practices. Apart from that, the selection of different and more specific research objects, along with the involvement of a more diverse range of respondents, is also highly recommended.
