Abstract

AbstractInformation technology is now a key pillar in an organization's business strategy to achieve optimal profits. Consumer changes and preferences play a central role in the development and adjustment of information technology to meet fluctuating market demands. The success of achieving the company's vision and mission is highly dependent on human resources who excel in the IT field. This research aims to review the importance of IT and HR in achieving the ideal vision and mission that has been planned. This research focuses on descriptive qualitative research that explores previous studies on IT, HR, consumer change, preferences, and business performance. Relevant data surrounding these variables were collected, summarized, and analyzed. The results confirmed that IT and HR play a crucial role in improving business performance. These factors must be combined holistically to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable long-term business performance, especially in the face of dynamic consumer changes and preferences. Keywords: IT, HR, business performance, consumer preferences

Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin berkembang dan maju di sektor bisnis telah membuat pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Mengengah melakukan inovasi pelayanan yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan teknologi e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor teknologi, organisasi, lingkungan terhadap adopsi e-commerce dan kinerja serta menganalisis pengaruh adopsi e-commerce terhadap kinerja UKM. Objek penelitian ini adalah UKM yang berada di Kabupaten Subang. Teknik probability sampling yang digunakan adalah Multistage Random Sampling untuk menentukan sampel penelitian. Sejumlah 87 UKM di Kabupaten Subang dijadikan responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa faktor teknologi dan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap adopsi e-commerce dan faktor yang memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM adalah teknologi dan adopsi e-commerce. Adanya layanan jasa berupa e-commerce, konsumen dapat mengakses serta melakukan pesanan dari berbagai tempat, maka segala layanan yang diinginkan oleh para konsumen dapat segera ditindaklanjuti. Dengan demikian UKM di Kabupaten Subang akan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Sehingga, sanggup meningkatkan penjualan dan laba, efisiensi, serta kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini tiba pada suatu saran bahwa UKM yang telah memanfaatkan e-commerce harus diikuti dengan pemahaman mengenai pengendalian akses dan keamanan e-commerce itu sendiri bukan hanya bisa memakainya saja. Oleh sebab itu, apabila teknologi digital yang digunakan masih baru, para pemilik UKM dengan segera harus mempersiapkan fasilitas pelatihan kepada karyawan yang ada meskipun dengan modal yang tidak sedikit. AbstractTechnology that is increasingly developing and advanced in the business sector has made business actors to innovate services related to the use of technology e-commerce. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of technological, organizational, environmental factors on adoption e-commerce and the performance of SMEs and analyze the effect of adoption e-commerce on the performance of SMEs. The object of this research is SMEs in Subang Regency. The probability sampling technique used is Multistage Random Sampling to determine the research sample. A total of 87 SMEs in Subang Regency were used as respondents. The results of this study prove that technology and organizational factors have a significant positive effect on adoption e-commerce and factors that have a significant positive influence on SME performance are technology and adoption e-commerce. The existence of services in the form of e-commerce, consumers can access and place orders from various places, then all services desired by consumers can be immediately followed up. Thus, SMEs in Subang Regency will be able to provide the best service. Thus, it can increase sales and profits, efficiency, as well as customer satisfaction. This research arrives at a suggestion that SMEs who have used e-commerce should be followed by an understanding of access control and security of e-commerce itself, not only can use it. Therefore, if the digital technology used is still new, SME owners must immediately prepare training facilities for existing employees, even with large amounts of capital.

Abstract

The twenty-first century is a century of knowledge, discovery, and innovation, with rapid advances in science and information technology marking significant developments. The level of competitiveness within organizations is increasing. This truth motivates entrepreneurs to grow in order for their businesses to thrive. The major goal of this research is to examine how intellectual capital and innovative work behavior affect business performance in SMEs. The author then explains the three constructions' conceptual structure. To further understand the relationship between variables, quantitative methods based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) variance were used. Participants were chosen from SMEs in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, via an online questionnaire. The findings of this research show that intellectual capital and creative work behavior have a positive and significant effect on business performance. SMEs can use intellectual capital to define expected performance and as a tool to evaluate performance to develop employees who will be able to meet the needs of SMEs in the future. Furthermore, it demonstrates that SMEs, not just large corporations, can attain high-performance levels through synchronizing intellectual capital and innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Business information systems have evolved into a crucial pillar of strategic decision-making across various organizations. With the accelerating changes in the business environment driven by technological advancements and globalization, information systems play a key role in providing the data and analysis necessary to support more precise and accurate decision-making. This research utilizes a literature review with a qualitative approach, drawing data from relevant literature sources. The primary data sources include scholarly articles accessed via Google Scholar, published between 2013 and 2024. The study reveals that business information systems are vital in supporting strategic decision-making, innovation, and market adaptation. The use of systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI provides access to real-time data essential for formulating more effective business strategies, improving operational efficiency, and responding swiftly to market changes. Case studies from various companies, including Tokopedia, GoTo, and Astra International, demonstrate that optimal use of business information systems not only aids in identifying new business opportunities but also enhances the capability to innovate and adapt to evolving market dynamics.

Abstract

The creative sector has emerged as a significant contributor to the global economy, including job creation and income generation. Despite its vast potential, SMEs in the creative sector often face challenges in achieving sustainable growth. This research aims to examine innovative talent management strategies in driving SME business growth in the creative sector to realize sustainable growth. The research method employed in this study is a literature review using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data for this research were gathered from Google Scholar for the period 2019-2024. The study findings indicate that in the face of globalization and rapid changes, the creative sector plays a crucial role in driving sustainable economic growth. SMEs play a vital role in the creative ecosystem, but they encounter various challenges, ranging from intense competition to limited access to resources. Innovative talent management is key to addressing these challenges and capitalizing on opportunities amidst evolving market dynamics. SMEs need to provide training and skill development for employees to strengthen their innovative capabilities.

Abstract

Local potential-based development is a strategic approach aimed at improving economic and social welfare through the optimization of local resources. This study examines the implementation of local potential-based development across various regions in Indonesia, focusing on the challenges, opportunities, and impacts it generates. The research utilizes a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis of 14 selected articles from an initial 30 articles retrieved from Google Scholar for the 2011-2024 period. The findings indicate that local potential-based development in sectors such as tourism in Banyuwangi, agribusiness in Garut, and renewable energy in West Sumatra significantly contributes to increased community income, job creation, and preservation of local culture. However, success in these initiatives requires adequate infrastructure, supportive policies, and collaboration among government, communities, and the private sector. This study provides essential insights for policymakers and stakeholders in designing sustainable and inclusive development programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) sebagai pemicu utama dalam dinamika perilaku konsumen terhadap strategi penawaran flash sale di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data sekunder diambil dari Google Scholar untuk periode 2018–2025. Sebanyak 30 artikel awal berhasil diidentifikasi, namun setelah seleksi ketat hanya 15 artikel yang relevan digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FOMO secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan menciptakan tekanan emosional dan perasaan mendesak melalui elemen urgensi dan eksklusivitas dalam flash sale. Studi kasus pada Shopee, Lazada, dan Apple menunjukkan efektivitas strategi ini dalam meningkatkan transaksi dan membangun loyalitas konsumen. Namun, penelitian juga menyoroti risiko seperti pembelian impulsif yang berpotensi menurunkan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis terhadap literatur pemasaran digital, serta merekomendasikan integrasi transparansi dan analisis data untuk memaksimalkan dampak positif FOMO.

Abstract

The integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a key factor in driving this change. This research aims to elucidate educational management strategies to maximize the effectiveness of integrating information and communication technology in the teaching and learning process. The research method used in this study is a literature review with a qualitative approach. Data sources are derived from Google Scholar for the period 2004-2024. This research utilizes Google Scholar as the primary source to obtain relevant, credible, original, and publicly available articles for systematic analysis. The study results indicate that in the era of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) development, the integration of ICT in education is crucial to enhance learning effectiveness. To achieve this, focused and comprehensive educational management strategies are highly important. These strategies should be based on a strong understanding of the role of ICT in learning, integration of ICT into the curriculum, training and support for educators and students, development of technological infrastructure, development of supportive policies, inclusive and sustainable approaches in ICT strategy development, as well as collaboration among educational institutions, government, industry, and the community

Abstract

Education is recognized as one of the fundamental pillars in societal development. The advancement of information technology, particularly social media, has transformed the paradigm in education. Social media offers a broad and easily accessible platform for communities to share knowledge, information, and experiences. This research aims to delve deeper into the role of social media in enhancing social awareness and community participation in education. The research method employed in this study is a literature review using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data for this research were gathered from Google Scholar for the period 2008-2024. The study findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in enhancing social awareness and community participation in education. Through its ability to disseminate information quickly and widely, social media opens up opportunities to broaden societal awareness of social and educational issues. Furthermore, social media also facilitates active participation in learning and discussions, both in formal and informal contexts

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis Human Capital Agility dan Digital Readiness dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja tim virtual pada dinamika lingkungan kerja hibrida berbasis teknologi adaptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, di mana data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber akademik dan website kredibel pada periode 1964–2025. Dari total 50 artikel yang diidentifikasi melalui Google Scholar dan situs lembaga riset internasional seperti McKinsey, sebanyak 37 artikel terpilih setelah melalui proses seleksi ketat berdasarkan relevansi dan kualitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Human Capital Agility berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan adaptif, fleksibilitas, dan inovasi individu terhadap perubahan teknologi dan sistem kerja hibrida, sedangkan Digital Readiness menentukan kesiapan karyawan dalam mengoperasikan teknologi kolaboratif secara efektif. Sinergi antara kedua faktor ini terbukti mendukung peningkatan produktivitas, efektivitas komunikasi, serta inovasi tim virtual dalam menghadapi kompleksitas kerja modern. Penelitian ini juga memperkuat teori Dynamic Capabilities dan Resource-Based View yang menegaskan bahwa kelincahan SDM dan kesiapan digital merupakan sumber daya strategis bagi keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual terhadap pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia digital dan menjadi dasar praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang strategi peningkatan kompetensi SDM di era kerja hibrida berbasis teknologi adaptif.
