Abstract

Abstrak Pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam rangka mencapai tujuan-tujuan mengubah perilaku atau meningkatkan keterampilan. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang terarah dan terencana disertai pengelolaan yang baik akan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten sesuai dengan kebutuhan bidangnya masing-masing. Salah satu pengembangan sumber daya manusia yaitu pelatihan dengan memberikan keterampilan rias geriatric kepada lulusan tata kecantikan rambut yang bertujuan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan lulusan, sehingga membantu lulusan saat terjun didunia kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat peningkatan keterampilan lulusan dalam merias wajah geriatric. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi yang merupakan perkiraan bagi peneliti dapat diperoleh dengan eksperimen sebenarnya. Desain penelitian One Group Pre Test &ndash; Post Test Design yang tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui dari hasil perlakuan yang telah diberikan. Pengembangannya dengan cara melakukan satu kali pengukuran di depan (pre test ) sebelum adanya perlakuan (treatment) dan setelah itu dilakukan pengukuran lagi (post test). Sasaran penelitian adalah lulusan tata kecantikan rambut SMK Negeri 1 Batu sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta yang mencakup empat aspek yaitu pengaplikasian foundation, pemasangan scote tape dan pengaplikasian eye shadow, koreksi bentuk alis dan koreksi bentuk bibir penilaian dengan hasil rata-rata pre test 49 dan post test mencapai 88 mendapat kategori sangat baik. Hasil Uji T dengan p < 0,05 yaitu 0,00 menunjukkan hasil akhir diterima., kesimpulannya yaitu ada peningkatan kreativitas peserta dalam merias wajah geriatric setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Kata kunci : Peningkatan kreativitas, pelatihan, rias wajah geriatric. Abstract The development of human resources is to achieve development goals effectively. Human resource development which directed, planned, and accompanied by proper management will produce competent human resources who appropriate with their department. One of the human resource developments is providing skills training of geriatric make up to hair stylish graduates which aims to improve the skills of graduates, thus helping graduates when they are in the real work. The purpose of this research is to know the increasing of graduates skills in geriatric make up. This research is pre- experiment research to obtain information which is the estimation to the researchers that can be gotten by actual experiment. The purpose of One Group Pre Test - Post Test research design is to know the results of the treatment has been given. The development is by doing evaluation in the begun (pre-test) before treatment given and after that is evaluated again (post-test). The targets of this research are ten hairs stylish of SMK Negeri 1 Batu. Result of the research shows the increasing skills of participants that includes four aspects of assessment results with the mean of pretest is 49 and post test is 88 got a very good category. The result of T-Test with p < 0.05, it was 0.00 shows the final result is accepted, the conclusion is there was an increasing of participants creativity in geriatric makeup after training. Abstract

This study aims to describe a political phenomenon in the Moskona Teluk Bintuni indigenous community, by covering the objective task as the focus of the analysis. First, the Bakar Babi (Pig Burning) Ritual in the Moskona Tribe Culture. Second, the bakar babi as a Political Symbol in Moskona Tribe Solidarity in the Political Realm, and Third, Social Capitalization in the Tribal Chief's Victory in the 2019 Legislative Election in Teluk Bintuni. This study used social capital theory to analyze, describe and direct this research to find the meaning of the truth about the Bakar Babi ritual and its relationship in the legislative election arena. While the qualitative research approach with descriptive research type, and data collection were carried out through interviews, observations and in-depth and relevant literature studies. From the three research objectives, it was found that the Bakar babi ritual is part of the culture and mechanism of life in the social life of the Moskona tribe, and until now it continues to be preserved. More profoundly, the Bakar Babi ritual has become a political symbol constructed as a cultural ritual of victory and maintaining social solidarity, which is nothing more than a node of political power for the victorious elite in political contests. The Moskona people believe that the tribe is the source of truth and goodness, therefore, the process of capitalizing on social capital is very effective in winning in the political arena.
