Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the implementation of mosque-based community empowerment in the city of Jambi (Study of mosques in the Telanaipura sub-district and the mosque in the Danau Teluk sub-district). In this study the authors used qualitative analysis methods, where primary data was obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation. The places in this study were the Ar-Raudho mosque, the Abu Bakar Sari mosque, the Ikhsaniyyah mosque and the Nurul Islam mosque. The actors in this study were mosque administrators and the community. The results of this study indicate that of the several mosques that the authors examined, there are similarities and differences, namely the similarities are from the activities of the mosques, which are the same, while the differences from several mosques are from the form of empowerment.

Abstract

An overview of environmental and socio-cultural sanitation is very interesting to explore. Environmental sanitation and the social culture of coastal communities in fishing villages are inseparable aspects of their daily lives. This study aimed to understand the description of environmental sanitation and socio-culture of the coastal community of fishing village, Medan Belawan District, Indonesia, in order to create sustainable and equitable solutions for them. This study is a descriptive observational study. A total of 100 informants were included in this study. Data analysis was carried out univariately to present environmental sanitation and socio-cultural data. Waste processing in the environment is still very bad, where garbage is generally just piled up, and no waste management efforts are carried out. The community also does not have healthy latrines, which shows that sanitation conditions are still not a good report. The majority report also does not have refrigerators as food storage, and the community, in general, has not implemented a clean and healthy lifestyle. The source of clean water and processed drinking water treatment also still show things that are not good. Water sources and processing that are not optimal make the majority of people experience skin problems. The overview of environmental sanitation and the socio-culture of coastal communities in fishing villages shows how important it is to increase efforts to keep the environment clean and maintain cultural values in their daily lives.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the role of islamic banks in implementing financial inclusion in Indonesia. Financial inclusion is a process to provide formal financial access for the poor and low income people (unbankable people). This study was designed which approached qualitatively and quantitatively (mixed research). The qualitative data analyzed by using Straruss and Corbin’s theory consisted three major steps: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Quantitative analyzed by using comparative analysis of financial statements and financial ratio analysis such as CAR, ROA, ROE, NPF, and FDR period of 2010-2014. This study proved that Islamic banking had great potential in implementing financial inclusion, it was indicated by a significant increase in funding and financing since 2010-2014 and results of financial ratio analysis also shows the performance of Islamic banking and financial condition is good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the process of implementing the principle of profit sharing and risk management in musyarakah financing at BNI Syariah Jambi branch. This study uses a qualitative research method with a field approach through structured interviews. The results of this study indicate that BNI Syariah Jambi branch in implementing the principle of profit sharing and risk management is in accordance with the procedures and provisions that have been set. Operational constraints of BNI Syariah in implementing the principle of profit sharing and risk. Customer income is not reported to the Bank every month. The level of customer honesty is very low in terms of business development.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the Factors That Influence The Development Of Market Share At Bank Bukopin Syariah For The 2018-2022 Period. The method in this research is quantitative. The data used in this research is time series data for the period 2018 to 2022. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of Return on Assets (ROA) on Market Share at Bank Bukopin Syariah. There is a positive and significant influence of the Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR) on the Market Share at Bank Bukopin Syariah. There is a positive and significant influence of Financing To Ratio (FDR) on Market Share at Bank Bukopin Syariah. There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR) and Financing To Ratio (FDR), on the Market Share at Bank Bukopin Syariah. Based on the research results, it is best to use a sample of companies operating in industries other than manufacturing and increase the research period so that the sample size is larger so that the research results can be compared and not only limited to the manufacturing industry.

Abstract

This thesis discusses and aims to find out about the effect of Rubber Price and Production on the Opinion of Rubber Farmers in Aurcino Village, Kec.VII Koto, Tebo Regency. The data of this study are primary data obtained directly from the first source either from individuals or individuals such as the results of filling out questionnaires. This study uses a quantitative approach using a multiple linear regression analysis method assisted by SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) software 22. The results of the research conducted showed that (1) the price of rubber had a positive and significant effect on the income of rubber farmers in Aurcino Village, Kec.VII Koto, Tebo Regency. (2) Rubber Production has a Positive and Significant effect on the income of rubber farmers in Aurcino Village, Kec.VII Koto, Tebo Regency. (3) The price and production of rubber have a significant effect on the income of farmers in Aurcino Village, Kec.VII Koto, Tebo Regency.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in science learning, this is because the users of the learning model applied by the teacher are still not optimal and the learning model used is not varied so that students feel bored and passive in class. This study aims to determine the effect of the Contectual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Model on Science Learning Outcomes in Class V at SD NEGERI 37/II Pasar Lubuk Landai, Bungo Regency. This type of research is Pre Experiment Design research. With a quantitative approach and the form of design using a Quasi-Experimental Non-Equivalent Group Pre-test Post-test Design method. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri 37/II Pasar Lubuk Landai. The sampling of this research used the probanility Sampling technique, which consisted of 30 students. The data collection technique was done by using test and non-test techniques. The data collection tool is in the form of multiple choice questions, totaling 20 items for pre-test and post-test through validation test. And reability test. Data were analyzed using the Normality Test and Hypothesis Testing/t-test processed using SPSS 23.The results of the calculation of the hypothesis test sig<(0,000<0,05) which means the t-test resjects the existence of H0 and accepts Ha, which means that there is an Influence of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Model on Science Learning Outcomes in Class V at SD Negeri 37/II Pasar Lubuk Landai Bungo Regency.

Abstract

Pangan yang dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia sebagian besar adalah hasil produksi industri kecil rumah tangga, sehingga diperlukan adanya upaya untuk menjaga mutu dan keamanan produk pangan. Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan produk pangan yang bermutu dan memenuhi syarat kesehatan, maka dibutuhkan informasi objektif mengenai pangan yang dituangkan dalam label dan iklan pangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi penulisan label, pangan yang tidak lengkap dan iklan pangan menyesatkan pada industri rumah tangga pangan di Kabupaten Temanggung tahun 2013. Metoda penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan diskriptif. Jenis data yang diambil adalah data sekunder yang terdiri dari dokumen-dokumen label pangan dan iklan pangan menyesatkan dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Temanggung. Metoda pengumpulan data di tempuh dengan melakukan inventarisasi dokumen-dokumen label yang ada di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Temanggung, menginventarisir dan menilai peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait, menginventarisir dan menilai serta memilih secara selektif bahan–bahan bacaan lain. Metoda analisis data yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif. Data yang telah terkumpul diolah dengan mengimplementasikan data menurut jenisnya berdasarkan masalah pokok dan teori-teori yang mendukung dalam pembahasan sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan secara induktif yang penarikan kesimpulan dari hal-hal yang bersifat khusus menuju kepada hal yang bersifat umum. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil 55 (100%) industri rumah tangga pangan tidak menuliskan label pangan secara lengkap dan 23 (41,82%) menuliskan iklan pangan menyesatkan dengan alasan untuk menghabiskan label yang masih banyak serta untuk menarik keuntungan semata. hal ini tidak sesuai peraturan perundangundangan yang berlaku serta Dinas Kesehatan belum memberikan pengawasan ke industri rumah tangan pangan secara optimal dimana dalam setahun hanya 70 P-IRT yang diawasi sedangkan jumlah P-IRT yang ada sebanyak 1157, tenaga DFI kurang 4 orang. Kesimpulan adalah sebanyak 55 (100%) P-IRT tidak menuliskan label pangan secara lengkap dan 23 (41,82%) P-IRT menulis iklan pangan menyesatkan, pelaku usaha melakukan pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan labelisasi sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1996 tentang Pangan. Dinas Kesehatan belum memberikan pengawasan secara optimal dan perlu dipertimbangkan kembali pencabutan/pembatalan SPP-IRT sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Beban ganda dan tiga malnutrisi adalah masalah malnutrisi yang terjadi pada seorang individu, kelompok, maupun suatu populasi. Banyak negara berkembang yang sedang menghadapi masalah ini, termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya beban ganda dan tiga malnutrisi di Desa Gunung Selan Kecamatan Argamakmur berdasarkan faktor karakteristik ibu, karakteristik anak, dan karakteristik rumah tangga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan dengan metode analisis statistik menggunakan regresi probit ordinal untuk menunjukkan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variable dependen. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan wawancara dan studi lapangan. Penentuan sampel untuk penelitian ini menggunakan proportinal random sampling. Analisis data diawali dengan melakukan uji independensi, uji korelasi gamma, estimasi parameter, uji signifikansi model, uji signifikansi parameter, uji kesesuaian model, dan interpretasi model. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya malnutrisi ini adalah karakteristik ibu dan karakteristik rumah tangga, yaitu ibu yang tidak sekolah hingga ibu dengan tingkat pendidikan SMP, rumah tangga yang memiliki anak lebih dari dua, dan rumah tangga dengan penghasilan dibawah UMR.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a quiz using a wordwall to increase the learning motivation of class IV students at SDN 01 Padang Laweh in science subjects. This quiz aims to increase students' learning motivation. This type of research and development uses Research and Development (R&D). This quiz development model uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). From the ADDIE model, a needs analysis, student characteristics analysis, material analysis, then expert validator test, practicality of students and educators and effectiveness seen from student motivation sheets are carried out. The results of developing a quiz using a wordwall to increase the motivation of class IV students at SDN 01 Padang Laweh in the science and sciences subject were declared very valid. Based on the results obtained from the validator, an average score of 86.27% was obtained in the very valid category. Practicality results with an average of 92.85% are very practical. For effectiveness, by filling out the motivation questionnaire, an average score of 85.47% was categorized as very effective. It can be concluded that the quiz created is valid, practical and effective for educators to use in learning.
