Abstract

This research aims to develop a quiz using a wordwall to increase the learning motivation of class IV students at SDN 01 Padang Laweh in science subjects. This quiz aims to increase students' learning motivation. This type of research and development uses Research and Development (R&D). This quiz development model uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). From the ADDIE model, a needs analysis, student characteristics analysis, material analysis, then expert validator test, practicality of students and educators and effectiveness seen from student motivation sheets are carried out. The results of developing a quiz using a wordwall to increase the motivation of class IV students at SDN 01 Padang Laweh in the science and sciences subject were declared very valid. Based on the results obtained from the validator, an average score of 86.27% was obtained in the very valid category. Practicality results with an average of 92.85% are very practical. For effectiveness, by filling out the motivation questionnaire, an average score of 85.47% was categorized as very effective. It can be concluded that the quiz created is valid, practical and effective for educators to use in learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that occur in the field such as limited learning media at school, and students do not pay attention to the teacher when explaining, there is a lack of interest and will lead to low student learning outcomes in participating in learning, passive students when given questions by the teacher which will have an impact on the decline in student learning outcomes, cool with themselves and chatting with their peers. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the influence of Domath (Domino mathematic) media on fraction material on the learning outcomes of grade IV students of SDN 14 Koto Baru. The type of research used is quantitative using experimental research methods. This research used the form of one group pretest-postest design this design uses one group, namely the experimental class. The post-test results showed an increase in student learning outcomes, where from the pre-test average of 59.736 it increased to 77.368 in the post-test results. In addition, there was a change in the number of students who were complete and incomplete. Students who completed the pre-test were 8 students and increased in the posttest to 16 out of 19 students. These results were followed by the acquisition of excellent post-test scores, where the highest score reached 90 and the lowest score was 55. These learning outcomes show the difference between before treatment and after treatment.

Abstract

. This research is motivated by community economic empowerment in the henna community. The term empowerment means strengthening, an effort to actualize the potential that is already owned by the community. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) Henna is made one of the sources of income in community economic empowerment in the henna community. (2) The henna community in Mersam sub-district has very few members, and does not understand the management of its economic empowerment efforts in the field of henna services. This research is a qualitative description research, with the subjects, namely, the henna community, henna services, and community economic empowerment in the object area of Mersam sub-district. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis with steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Henna is made one of the sources of income in community economic empowerment in the henna community. That is, with efforts to increase economic awareness, creativity, develop or empower the community economy. (2) The obstacles faced by the henna community as a source of income. Namely, information provision, community institutional development, efforts to improve the economy in the henna community.

Abstract

The urgency of implementing the Empowerment of Regional Featured Product Business Partners program in the PUGAR Farmers in Sanolo Village as an effort to increase the quality and quantity of sustainable salt production. The aim of this program is to apply integrated Solar House Evaporation (SHE) technology to sustainable salt production. This activity is carried out through several stages starting with program outreach activities to partners. The next stage is making SHE including preparing tools and materials for making SHE, making SHE frames, installing plastic roofs, installing plastic geomembranes, installing filter pipes. The final stage is salt production which includes preparing raw water/old water, the old water is channeled to the crystallization table at the SHE through a filter pipe, the salt crystallization process, salt harvesting and drying. The results obtained from this activity are that the salt product produced using SHE technology has better quality compared to ponds that use soil as a crystallization table. In addition, the amount of salt produced has increased by around 300%. Salt production can be carried out throughout the season or does not affect the weather. Besides that, the salt products produced are more hygienic because they are protected from pollution.

Pengendalian kualitas sangat penting bagi perusahaan dan perlu direalisasikan agar perusahaan dapat mengetahui terjadinya penyimpangan dalam proses produksi. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap peningkatan standar proses produksi perusahaan adalah dengan metode six sigma. Penggunaan metode ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir defect sehingga kegagalan yang terjadi akan menurun setiap periodenya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan CV. Makarti Pomosda, sebuah perusahaan yang diharapkan dengan perbaikan menggunakan metode six sigma mampu memberikan kepuasan bagi para konsumennya. Data atribut kualitas produk tersebut diperoleh dari pengumpulan jumlah kecacatan produk yang terjadi pada setiap proses produksi selama tahun 2017. Hasil perhitungan Analisa Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) setelah perbaikan, keefektifan waktu proses produksi meningkat sebesar 6,25% atau sekitar 2340 menit atau 39 jam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Risk Priority Number (RPN) stasiun kerja packaging memiliki nilai RPN 12 setelah melalui tahapan perhitungan FMEA, sehingga perusahaan lebih menghemat anggaran sebesar 5% atau sekitar Rp. 2.520.000 per periode produksi.

Abstract

The growth of the food industry that occurred in Indonesia resulted in a high monthly expenditure category, the food industry can be said to be the market share leader with a larger percentage compared to other industries. The food industry is also developing in Bangko District, Merangin Regency. One of the foods that are also widely sold by the people of Bangko District, Merangin Regency, is gelamai perentak which is well known to people who pass through Bangko District, Merangin Regency. Perentak pretty much produced continuously by the community. There are several things that can be considered by the company such as product quality, and also product variety. It is suspected that this can help in increasing consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, packaging, and taste simultaneously on buying interest in the gelamai perentak business, Bangko District, Merangin Regency. In this study the method used is descriptive quantitative. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data with the research instruments used namely observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the results of the t test for price, packaging, taste, and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. While the product variation variable has no influence between product variation and buying interest. Based on the results of the F test with the help of calculations from the SPSS program, it can be seen that in the statistical F test it appears that the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variable price (X1), packaging (X2), taste (X3), product variety (X4), and product quality (X5) together significantly influence purchase intention

Abstract

This research aims to look at the factors that influence students' decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This research uses quantitative methods, in this research uses personal and social variables. The population in this study was all 96 students from the class of 2022. The sample used was incidental sampling with a total sample of 49 students. This research uses multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test and f test and uses the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of partial research, it shows that personal and social variables have a significant influence on student decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major. Simultaneously or together, personal and social variables have a significant influence on students' decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major with a value of 0.723, which shows that decision making is influenced by 72% of independent variables and the remaining 28% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. . It is hoped that from the results of this research, the banking study program can maintain personal and social variables which are the most dominant factors in influencing student decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the marketing mix consisting of product, price, location, and promotion has a significant effect on the decision to become a member of BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City. The method and type of research used is quantitative influence. The research was conducted at BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City because it is easy to collect data and obtain research permits, support for academic research and a sufficient population of 564. The sampling method used was simple random sampling, so that 85 samples were obtained. The research instruments used documentation and questionnaires. The data processing and analysis methods used in this study include descriptive analysis, validity and reability tests, data analysis and hypotesis testing. The results showed that the product, location and promotion variables partially had No. significant effect on the decision to become a member of BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City, while on the price variable partially had a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a member of BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City. And simultaneously, the variables of product, price, location, and promotion affect the decision to become a member of BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini perkembangan sistem pembayaran yang berbasis teknologi telah mengubah secara signifikan arsitektur sistem pembayaran konvensional yang mengandalkan fisik uang sebagai instrumen pembayaran meski fisik uang sampai saat ini masih banyak digunakan masyarakat dunia sebagai alat pembayaran namun sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi sistem pembayaran yang pesat pola pembayaran tunai atau cash secara berangsur beralih menuju pembayaran non tunai. Salah satu produk keuangan digital tersebut adalah uang elektronik (e-money).[1] Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, persepsi manfaat dan religiusitas terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakana e-money. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 267 responden dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat hitung spss versi 22. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan) didapatkan sebuah jawaban bahwa variabel kepercayaan, persepsi manfaat, dan religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan e-money dengan hasil tersebut sekaligus menjawab tujuan dari penelitian.
