Abstract

This study aims to describe the components of the 7P marketing strategy on CV. Dewa Ruci Gemilang, analyzed the influence of the 7P marketing strategy on marketing performance, and explained the results of the research for company development. The stages of analysis using SEM-PLS go through five processes, namely the conceptualization model, determining the algorithm analysis, determining the resampling method, drawing path diagrams, and evaluating the model. The research results show that the product has a positive influence on marketing performance. Price has a positive influence on marketing performance. Place has a positive influence on marketing performance. Promotion has a positive influence on marketing performance. People have a positive influence on marketing performance. Abstract

Tillage is an activity that aims to increase soil fertility, improve soil structure and create good soil conditions for plant growth. Soil processing can be done in several ways, one of which is the application of fertilizer to plants. Farmers' understanding of efficient and effective fertilization methods is still not fully mastered. Most farmers often fertilize plants beyond the recommended dose. This community service activity aims to (1) farmers can understand knowledge about non-subsidized fertilizer products from PT. Petrokimia Gresik, (2) increase farmers' understanding and knowledge of fertilizer quality and balanced fertilization technology to achieve relatively efficient fertilizer use, (3) farmers can understand the condition of private land and understanding of the amount and type of fertilizer PT Petrokimia Gresik needed. The methods used include surveys, socialization, and practical demonstrations regarding soil testing of farmers in Putat Lor Village, Tajinan District, Malang. Based on this socialization activity, the results obtained are (1) the knowledge of farmers in Putat Lor Village regarding non-subsidized fertilizer products from PT Petrokimia Gresik is increasing (2) increasing knowledge of farmers in Putat Lor Village about fertilizer quality and balanced fertilization technology (3) farmers in Putat Lor Village know the condition of the soil from private land through soil test practices so that they can estimate the type and amount of fertilizer to be used.

Abstract

Limited land availability poses a challenge for urban communities interested in developing fish farming activities. As the years go by, the increasing population leads to a scarcity of land in urban areas, which can hinder the development of fish farming activities by limiting access to natural resources. One solution to overcome land limitations in fish farming is the use of the bucket fish farming method. This method efficiently utilizes limited space and is cost-effective, allowing for fish farming in urban environments, such as at SDN Kauman 1 in Blitar City. This creative innovation involves students and the community in fish farming activities using buckets, with the goals of environmental education, practical learning, and skill development for students. The objective of this community service activity is to provide guidance on understanding and effectively implementing bucket fish farming (Budidamber) in a sustainable manner. The methods used include socialization, preparation, and implementation. It is expected that this journal will contribute positively to supporting local food resilience and environmental conservation at SDN Kauman 1 in Blitar City and its surrounding community.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of digital marketing on product purchase intention at Oi Kafe and to analyze the effect of product quality on product purchase intention at Oi Kafe. The data analysis used in this study used SEM-PLS analysis with the WarpPLS approach. The use of the PLS method as an analysis technique has the advantage that the sample used does not have to be large and can be used in developing a theory. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Oi Kafe. The Oi Kafe Instagram content provided is informative. Consumers feel attracted to content with an attractive design and appearance on Oi Kafe's Instagram. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Oi Kafe. Consumers feel interested in making purchases with the attractive packaging offered which increases the durability of coffee products

Abstract

National development efforts can be strengthened by understanding and identifying the potential economic sectors in the region. An important part of the economic sector is the agricultural sector, whose performance depends on various subsectors, including food crops, plantations, horticulture, animal husbandry, agricultural services, forestry and logging, and fisheries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the leading agricultural subsectors and the potential of agricultural subsectors in the future in Probolinggo Regency and identify the description of the pattern and economic structure of the agricultural subsector in Probolinggo Regency. The data needed is GRDP data at constant prices of Probolinggo Regency and East Java Province in 2011-2022. The methods used in this analysis are Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotioent (DLQ), and Klassen's typology. The results found that during the 2011-2022 period, several sectors such as food crops, plantations, horticulture, livestock, agricultural services, forestry, and fisheries in Probolinggo Regency were basic, characterized by LQ values > 1. DLQ analysis shows that the food crops and plantations sectors are expected to tend towards non-base sectors, while the horticulture, livestock, agricultural services, forestry, and fisheries sectors are expected to tend to remain in the base sector. Klassen typology analysis illustrates that food crops and plantations are in quadrant III, indicating progress but slow growth, while horticulture, livestock, agricultural services, forestry, and fisheries are in quadrant I, indicating rapid growth and progress

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia saat ini semakin berkembang pesat sehingga membuat persaingan usaha atau bisnis akan semakin ketat. Para pelaku usaha dituntut untuk dapat berinovasi dengan menyesuaikan selera dan kebutuhan konsumen supaya konsumen dapat merasa puas. Citra merek, promosi, dan kualitas produk merupakan bagian dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen terhadap suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik konsumen yang pernah membeli dan mengonsumsi bumbu rujak manis Cak Mimin dan mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, promosi, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk bumbu rujak manis Cak Mimin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kepada owner Cak Mimin dan kuisioner dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil analisis deskriptif karakteristik konsumen menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar konsumen berjenis kelamin perempuan, berusia 17-25 tahun, bertempat tinggal di Surabaya, pendidikan sarjana dan SMA/SMK, bekerja sebagai wiraswasta dan pelajar dan berpenghasilan rendah dan menengah, serta frekuensi pembelian 1-2 kali. Hasil analisis SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (p=0,001). Abstract

Digital Marketing adalah istilah untuk pemasaran barang atau jasa yang terukur, ditargetkan, serta interaktif yang menggunakan teknologi digital. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah memudahkan dunia bisnis, termasuk dalam hal keuangan. Produk serta layanan keuangan berbasis digital seperti fintech, semakin diminati oleh masyarakat. Salah satu faktor yang mendorong pertumbuhan industri fintech adalah perkembangan UKM. UKM semakin banyak yang menggunakan layanan digital untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam bertransaksi. Perkembangan usaha kecil menengah (UKM) yang terus bertambah juga menjadi pemicu terhadap berkembangnya industri fintech di Tanah Air. Tujuan penyuluhan ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh strategi penyuluhan 8 formula membangun bisnis di Desa Pengalangan Menganti. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melalukan tahapan observasi, penyiapan materi, pembuatan pre-test serta post-test dan tahap evaluasi. Peserta dalam penyuluhan ini berjumlah 22 orang. Dari hasil pnyuluhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkat pengetahuan warga mengenai cara membangun bisnis dengan baik.

Abstract

PT Orgo Organic Farm Indonesia, located in Malang City, is a company specializing in organic vegetable production. To cope with increasing competition in the market, PT Orgo Organic Farm Indonesia needs to establish the right marketing mix strategy to boost sales. The aim of this journal article is to identify the company's internal and external conditions and analyze the marketing mix strategy implemented. The method used to describe internal and external conditions and analyze the marketing mix is descriptive method. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) The external and internal conditions of PT Orgo Organic Farm Indonesia highlight the advantages of organic vegetable products with various benefits, but also indicate shortcomings such as incomplete product packaging, less intensive promotion, and suboptimal transportation infrastructure. (2) The marketing mix strategy implemented to increase product sales includes focusing on production development with emphasis on quantity, quality, and continuity (3K), developing the "GOGRIN" brand, pricing according to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), distribution through direct distribution channels and retailers, and promotion through word of mouth, participation in bazaars, and utilization of social media

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of 4P’s marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) on consumer satisfaction and analyze the effect of satisfaction on consumer loyalty. This research involves quantitative data collection by distributing questionnaires to a purposively selected sample of 100 consumers of Jeruk Pecel Tulen soy sauce in Surabaya City. The analysis method used is the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that the 4P’s marketing mix variables have a positive relationship with consumer satisfaction, but not all of them have a significant effect. The variables of product and price have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, while the variables of place and promotion do not have a significant effect on the satisfaction of consumers. Furthermore, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty of Jeruk Pecel Tulen soy sauce. The limitation of this study is that other variables can measure customer satisfaction and loyalty besides the marketing mix. However, conducting this research can provide insights for future research in helping companies build stronger relationships with consumers, increase consumer loyalty, and ultimately drive business growth. Abstract

Keberhasilan HIPPA dalam mengelola irigasi pertanian bisa berdampak pada keberhasilan usahatani dengan produktivitas tanaman yang tinggi dan dapat membuka peluang kerja baik pada industri pertanian maupun non pertanian di wilayah pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profil HIPPA, manfaat HIPPA untuk para anggota berdasarkan 3 indikator yakni sosial, ekonomi, dan usaha tani, dan menganalisis kinerja HIPPA serta upaya untuk mempertahankan atau meningkatkan HIPPA untuk mendukung kegiatan agribisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Karangtinoto, Kecamatan Rengel, Kabupaten Tuban. Jumlah responden yang diambil sebanyak 93 anggota dan 26 pengurus dengan menggunakan metode Slovin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profil dari HIPPA Tirtotinoto, Manfaat HIPPA bagi para anggota dan pengurus, Relasi yang terbentuk di dalam HIPPA, dan Harapan para anggota dan pengurus. Kinerja dari HIPPA Tirtotinoto. Upaya meningkatkan HIPPA untuk mendukung kegiatan agribisnis.
