The goal of this research is to create an information system for filling up medical resumes for Covid-19 patients at RSIA Limijati Bandung. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was use in this study. Observation, interviews, and literature review are examples of data collection techniques. The waterfall method is utilize in the software development process. The following issues were discovered as a result of the investigation conducted: (1). Many medical records are returned to the treatment room because to incomplete medical resumes. (2). The process of checking for completeness and generating reports is still done by hand, which means that patient data is retyped into a computer.

Instalasi Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) merupakan salah satu instalasi yang berperan penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah terjadi di rumah sakit. Permasalahan yang terjadi di di Instalasi SIRS Rumah Sakit Jiwa dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor yaitu belum optimal pelayanan IT, resiko jaringan yang tidak stabil, serta belum optimalnya penggunaan Aplikasi Data Center. Tim SIRS masih menggunakan dokumen berupa form, serta prosedur pelaporan yang masih manual (belum komputerisasi) yang memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan atau kelalaian. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Helpdesk dengan database yang terintegrasi, untuk mempermudah proses pengelolaan data sehingga informasi yang dibutuhkan dan proses pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih cepat, lengkap dan tepat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dengan pemodelan terstuktur. Â Â

The hospital is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts. In carrying out its duties, the hospital records and reports patient health. Recording and reporting of patients can be seen from the medical record file. After the storage time limit is exceeded, the medical record can be retained or destroyed. Medical record retention is an activity to separate active and inactive medical records which aims to reduce the burden of storage racks. This study aims to design an outpatient medical record retention information system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at the Proklamasi Hospital Karawang. Based on the research conducted, a problem was found, namely the retention system is still manual and not fully computerized, by sorting the medical record files one by one to separate between active and inactive files resulting in a long process. So it is necessary to have a retention information system to accelerate the destruction of medical record files. The design method uses the waterfall method. The method stages are Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, maintenance. The medical record retention information system that has been created, it can be concluded that the system can facilitate officers in carrying out medical record file destruction activities to be more effective and efficient.

Latar Belakang : Era globalisasi saat ini menuntut semua bidang termasuk pelayanan kesehatan untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara cepat dan efektif. Penyediaan kebutuhan masyarakat saat ini juga sangat tergantung pada tersedianya aplikasi agar dapat mempermudah proses pekerjaan sehari-hari. Salah satunya adalah pembuatan surat keterangan psikiatri di rumah sakit yang masih menggunakan cara manual. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Surat Keterangan Psikiatri berbasis Web dengan otentifikasi QR. Metode Penelitian : Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitataif. Dengan subjek penelitian adalah satu orang petugas Tata Usaha. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi literature. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis sistem adalah dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil Penelitian : Perancangan sistem informasi surat keterangan psikiatri menggunakan metode waterfall. Dimana sistem ini dapat membantu dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembuatan surat keterangan tersebut. Saran : Penulis menyarankan agar sistem digunakan sebagai media pencetakan surat keterangan sebagai upaya terwujunya tertib administrasi.

The activity of receiving inpatients at a hospital must record the patient's arrival time until the medical record documentation is available or you could say until the patient goes home. So that the time of admission of inpatients is in accordance with the standard or not. This activity is still done manually (paperless) which is often a hassle for registration officers and prone to data manipulation. The purpose of this study is to create an information system for inpatient admission time efficiency forms to provide information related to patient admission times electronically that makes it easier for registration officers to input data or the time when patients arrive until medical record documents are available, reduce costs and minimize data manipulation. . The creation of an information system for the time efficiency of inpatient admissions uses data collection methods by conducting interviews, reviewing the literature, and observing. The system design method uses ERD (entity relation diagram) and DFD (data flow diagram) then implemented with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language.

The raw material inventory recording system at CV Anugerah Sukses Gemilang is still done manually, therefore errors often occur in recording raw material inventory and it takes a long time to record raw material inventory manually. This causes the reports presented to be less accurate and take a long time to make reports in each period. This system is designed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 by utilizing the VB.Net and MYSQL database. The purpose of this research is to be able to manage raw material inventory computerized and to present accurate and automatic reports in each period. The research method used consisted of data collection methods based on observations, interviews and literature studies. The system development method used is the waterfall method. The results of this study are in the form of applications that help simplify and speed up officers in recording raw material inventories, especially in terms of data reporting.

This research was conducted based on the problem of managing the borrowing and returning outpatient medical records at the Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung which aims to find solutions to these problems to support the effectiveness of medical record services. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and study approach. In making the software design the writer uses the waterfall method and the supporting applications used are Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2013. From the results of the research conducted, the authors found several problems in the management of borrowing and returning outpatient medical records, namely: (1). There were no medical records found on the storage shelf; (2). Recording of borrowing and returning medical records still uses a manual system; (3). The absence of reports on borrowing and returning medical records. The suggestions that can be given by the author, namely : (1). It is better if the borrowing of medical records is determined by the due date so that there are no more medical records that are late to be returned to the storage room; (2). An information system is needed on borrowing and returning medical records to support activities in the hospital, especially in making reports on borrowing and returning medical records. The result of this research is an information system for borrowing and returning medical record files at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung.

Population or demography is the study of the dynamics of the human population. Demographics includes the size, structure and distribution of a population, and how the population changes over time as a result of births, deaths, migration, and aging. The current population system is still using the manual method, namely using the form provided by the Pajajaran Village, which is deemed less effective and efficient, therefore, there are often miscalculations of the number of residents when reporting to the Cicendo District, Bandung City. This study aims to analyze and design a population system. The design of this population information system uses PHP Native programming and MySQL Database Management System. With the existence of a web-based information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate the making of valid and not fictitious population reports

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna merancang sistem informasi persediaan barang dagang di PT Gramedia Asri Media (Gramedia Bookstore) cabang Paris Van Java. Observasi, wawancara serta studi pustaka digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, sistem informasi persediaan yang ada pada Gramedia Bookstore cabang Paris Van Java saat ini belum optimal, pengolahan data persediaan barang dagang masih berdasarkan cara pencatatan manual sehingga dalam penyajian informasi persediaan menjadi terhambat. Sistem manual mengakibatkan sering terjadinya kesalahan dan ketidaksesuaian dalam proses pencatatan juga proses pencarian barang dinilai kurang efisien. Kendala tersebut juga beresiko meningkatkan jumlah deadstock karena informasi persediaan barang dagang yang tersimpan di gudang tidak memadai. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti merancang sistem informasi persediaan barang dagang dengan melakukan pemisahan stok area gudang dan area jual, Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan Visual Studio, Microsoft Access digunakan untuk membuat database dan Crystal Report digunakan untuk menghasilkan output berupa laporan persediaan yang menyajikan update data persediaan menggunakan metode pencatatan persediaan rata-rata (average). Metode waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan aplikasi sistem informasi persediaan barang yang dapat membantu efisiensi kegiatan operasional divisi gudang dalam proses penyimpanan, pengendalian, dan penyajian laporan persediaan barang sesuai dengan periodenya.

Pengelolaan administrasi yang baik berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja dari sebuah instansi. Pemanfaatan perkembangan IT yang maksimal dan real-time dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam menangani pengelolaan administrasi dan sistem manajemen arsip di era modern ini. Sebagai salah satu bentuk Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, salah satunya adalah Pengabdiaan Kepada Masyarakat, maka Politeknik Piksi Ganesha bekerjasama dengan BME Center memberikan Pelatihan Modern Office Administration & E-Filling System kepada tenaga administrasi PT Pupuk Kalimatan Timur yang bertujuan agar peserta dapat memahami secara komprehensif materi yang disampaikan, sehingga dapat diimplementasikan secara aplikatif dan memiliki kemampuan professional mengelola administrasi perkantoran serta manajemen arsip yang terkomputerisasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berupa praktek langsung dan pemberian materi/ tutorial (administrasi perkantoran modern, tata ruang kantor, pelayanan tamu dan telepon, korespondensi, manajemen waktu dan arsip elektronik, serta otomatisasi administrasi perkantoran), selain itu diberikan pula Games dan Ice Breaking, Diskusi serta Tanya Jawab. Dari hasil pelatihan, banyak manfaat dan ilmu baru yang didapatkan para peserta, khususnya meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih profesional serta dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan bisnis digital.
