Abstract

Tata kelola resume medis merupakan hal yang penting dalam proses pengklaiman BPJS sesuai dengan yang tertuang dalam panduan praktis administrasi dan klaim fasilitas kesehatan BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi tata kelola resume medis klaim BPJS Unit Gawat Darurat di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif serta waterfall untuk metode pengembangan perancangannya. Dengan begitu kesalahan dapat dikurangi, dan membuat pengerjaan proyek semakin mendetail. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi Beberapa permasalahan yang ditemukan saat observasi adalah resume medis tidak lengkap, tidak terbacanya diagnosis yang ditulis oleh dokter pada resume medis, tidak adanya tanda tangan dokter, dan tidak adanya tanggal dan tahun. sehingga terjadinya keterlambatan proses klaim. Oleh karna itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi tata kelola resume medis untuk menunjang kelengkapan rekam medis agar proses klaim BPJS berjalan dengan cepat dan lancar. Sistem informasi yang peneliti bangun membantu PMIK dalam melaksanakan klaim BPJS

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena pengelolaan administrasi kepegawaian yang ada di kampus Politeknik Piksi Ganesha masih menggunakan cara konvesional dan dirasa belum optimal, serta sangat rawan terkena virus dan kehilangan data. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, sedangkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Metode Prototyping dengan menggunakan sistem pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML), yang diaplikasikan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dan database MYSQL. Dari hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Tata Kelola Administrasi Kepegawaian atau Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) berbasis web, yang memiliki fitur dari mulai pengelolaan data pegawai secara otomatis, pemberkasan pegawai tersentralisai dan presensi kehadiran terintegrasi dengan validasi device berada dalam jaringan IP Public milik kampus yang dapat diakses secara mobile oleh karyawan.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and designing a Sales Information System at the GBEscoot store. According to the research results that have been obtained by the author, sales at this store are carried out in 3 marketplaces so it is necessary to manually re-record all online sales and count them manually. So that this method is less effective and efficient which causes errors in making sales reports. To minimize these errors, the authors create software engineering for online sales with programming applications with the aim of making it easier to find and obtain information related to sales that occur accurately and efficiently. In this study the authors used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The process of collecting data carried out by the author is observation, literature study, and interviews. Microsoft Visual Studio programming language with MySQL as the database used to create this sales information system. The author can conclude that by utilizing the sales information system created, sales data can be inputted and processed quickly and the resulting reports are accurate. Keywords: Sales Accounting Information System, Online, Marketplace and Microsoft Visual Studio.

Abstract

TheBook Expedition is a book that contains patient data, used for proof of handoverfiles medical record offrom the medical record unit to the polyclinic, to support the needs of outpatient services. At Sariningsih Hospital the recording of expedition books still uses manual recording assisted by Microsoft Excel, thus making delays provision of medical record files and delays in returning medical record files. For this reason, an Outpatient Expedition system is made, so that the process of returning medical record files is more regular and outpatient services at the hospital are more effective. For this reason, themethod waterfall and UML (Unfield Modeling Language) are used.The result of this research is an outpatient expedition system. Abstract

Excellent service or service excellence in hospitals is needed to provide trust and service according to standards. In an effort to improve services, a patient complaint service is needed to respond to each service and realize the rights received by patients. The availability of patient complaint services in Hermina Arcamanik Hospital is currently still using google form and sending complaints using whatsapp, the media used is still considered less effective and efficient so that it is vulnerable to data manipulation or errors when inputting data.  Based on these obstacles, it is important that the complaint process can be resolved properly, appropriate data processing and ease of access to online services by patients can be fully and thoroughly. So a Patient Complaint Service Information System was made in the form of a web to facilitate access, this Information System was created using the PHP programming language and has an interface with Bootstrap and is equipped with Javascript, a storage database using MySQL and a local hosting server from Apache using the XAMPP program.The research results of designing a web-based complaint service information system in the form of service access that can be used easily and connected to the internet quickly and appropriate data processing.

Abstract

Pengolahan data, khususnya pembuatan indeks penyakit dan tindakan, berperan penting untuk kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi indeks penyakit, khususnya penyakit pasien rawat inap, dengan memakai perangkat lunak Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. Meskipun indeks penyakit pasien rawat inap telah dikomputerisasi dan diintegrasikan dengan SIMRS di Rumah Sakit AMC Bandung, terdapat hambatan yang menghalangi indeks penyakit pasien rawat inap, yaitu proses yang masih dilakukan secara manual memakai perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel. Akibatnya, pencarian menjadi kurang efisien dan memakan waktu lebih lama karena harus diperiksa satu per satu berdasarkan abjad. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini, metode agile dipilih untuk digunakan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat membantu mentransformasikan sistem informasi indeks penyakit pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit AMC Bandung menjadi lebih terproses dan terintegrasi dengan SIMRS, serta mempermudah petugas dalam mencari informasi pasien secara keseluruhan dan membuat laporan indeks pasien lebih mudah dan maksimal.

Abstract

Kegiatan asesmen awal medis gawat darurat merupakan kegiatan pemeriksaan fisik dan riwayat kesehatan pada pasien gawat darurat yang berguna untuk mengevaluasi kondisi pasien tersebut. Kegiatan asesmen awal medis gawat darurat di Rumah Sakit Hermina Arcamanik ini masih manual menggunakan kertas sehingga sering terjadinya ketidaklengkapan pengisian formulir asesmen oleh dokter dan kurang terbacanya tulisan dokter sehingga menghambat pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi asesmen awal medis gawat darurat untuk memudahkan dokter dalam pengisian formulir asesmen sehingga mengurangi ketidaklengkapan dokter dalam pengisian formulir dan meminimalisir kurang terbacanya tulisan dokter menggunakan visual studio 2010. Pengumpulan data sistem informasi ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan membaca literatur sebelumnya. Metode perancangan pada sistem ini menggunakan Entity Relation Diagram(ERD) dan Data Flow Diagram(DFD).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the design description of the Visum et Repertum information system, Medical Resume & Medical Certificate at Sumedang Regional General Hospital. The research methodology used by the author is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature studies to find out the problems faced from the research that has been done and with the waterfall development method. Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 as a programming language and Microsoft Access as a database. Based on the research found several problems as follows: (1) making Visum et Repertum, Medical Resume, and Medical Certificate still using Microsoft Office applications. (2) The process of making Visum et Repertum, Medical Resume & Medical Certificate is long because the DPJP (Doctor in charge of services) is not on duty every day and there is no current technology to make it easier for doctors to fill in and perform their duties related to the release of medical information. Proposing a new system design using a computerized application program specifically for making Visum et Repertum, Medical Resumes, and Medical Certificates to make it easier for officers, speed up the manufacturing process, and reduce the risk of human error, etc. should be done

Abstract

Information systems technology is currently growing rapidly; its use has penetrated into various fields, including the health sector. AL-Ihsan Hospital is one of the hospitals that provides services for patients with kidney disorders or hemodialysis. Because at this hospital the management of patient reports is still done manually, it is necessary to design an accurate application in order to obtain hemodialysis patient reports that can be integrated quickly, precisely, effectively, and efficiently. This electronic application is specifically designed for hemodialysis installations. The use of visual basic information technology in medical management with the aim of assisting health workers in collecting data for the reporting process The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method in which data collection is in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study and uses a system development method, namely the waterfall method. This information system is specifically designed for hemodialysis patients, which will make it easier for registration officers, and besides that, it will be very easy for officers to make daily, monthly, and yearly reports using the system that has been created.

Abstract

The processing and calculation of data in one of the hospitals in the city of Bandung is still manually and not computerized, such as the processing of daily inpatient census data and the processing of Barber Johnson indicator data which has the parameters BOR, LOS, TOI, BTO which have possibilities high human errors. Therefore  inpatient efficiency system is created that can facilitate officers.. This study aims to design an integrated system. The design of this data processing system uses the advanced v-model method which known as the Verification and Validation mode. While making the application itself using the C# programming language with MySQL for database processing. This application was tested using Blackbox Testing with the results as expected and running well so that this application makes the processing and reporting generation more effective and efficient as well as easy to use and understand
