Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan job burnout sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT Tulus Asih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 100 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert 1–5 dan diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention serta berpengaruh negatif terhadap job burnout, sementara beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap job burnout dan turnover intention. Selain itu, job burnout terbukti memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention, namun tidak memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT Anugrah Berkah Industri. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian bersifat studi kasus dan pengumpulan datanya dengan menyebar kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah para pegawai di PT Anugerah Berkah Industri yang berjumlah 30 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan parsial antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT Anugrah Berkah Industri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan job embeddedness sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. Tulus Asih. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 karyawan sebagai sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda, uji Sobel, serta uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, keduanya juga berpengaruh positif terhadap job embeddedness, sementara job embeddedness terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil uji Sobel mengonfirmasi bahwa job embeddedness berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara kepribadian dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dicapai dengan memperhatikan faktor kepribadian, komitmen organisasi, serta keterikatan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Currently, e-commerce is one of the shopping centers in Indonesia. The growth of online transactions indicates a broader market presence, yet it simultaneously highlights a highly competitive and dynamic business landscape. This study aims to analyze the direct effect of application quality and familiarity on trust and purchase intention in e-commerce consumers. This study also analyzes the moderating role of Point of Sales Materials (POSM) in strengthening the direct effect of application quality and familiarity on trust and purchase intention. This research was a quantitative study involving e-commerce consumers in West Java. The sample in this study was taken using a stratified random sampling method, resulting in a sample size of 230 participants. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires, with subsequent analysis performed using a structural equation model with Smart-PLS4. The results showed that application quality affects trust but does not affect purchase intention. Furthermore, familiarity affects trust and purchase intention. Trust was also shown to affect purchase intention. Further tests indicate that POSM effectively moderates the effect of application quality and familiarity on purchase intention but does not moderate their effect on trust. Therefore, this study contributes to the development of e-commerce and fills the literature gap in online marketing research. The study recommends enhancing application quality and user familiarity, customer trust, and purchase intention in e-commerce. Additionally, discounts and promotional concepts should be strengthened to amplify the influence of application quality and familiarity on consumer purchase intention in e-commerce.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumen dalam memilih camilan seperti donat dipengaruhi oleh elemen visual dan nilai ekonomis. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh warna kemasan (X1) dan harga (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), dengan kualitas produk (Z) sebagai variabel mediasi, pada konsumen Donat Madu Cihanjuang di Kota Cirebon. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada meningkatnya daya tarik visual dan sensitivitas harga di pasar makanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis PLS-SEM pada 125 responden melalui purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa warna kemasan dan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kualitas produk. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kombinasi strategi visual, penetapan harga, dan kualitas produk dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian konsumen.Kata Kunci : Warna Kemasan, Harga, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat modern memengaruhi perilaku konsumen saat berbelanja di supermarket, di mana suasana lingkungan seperti musik latar memiliki peran dalam membentuk pengalaman konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh musik latar (X) terhadap pola belanja konsumen (Y) dengan durasi belanja (Z) sebagai variabel mediasi pada konsumen supermarket di Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data melalui SmartPLS versi 4. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen aktif supermarket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa musik latar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pola belanja konsumen, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi durasi belanja. Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of supply chain agility (SCA), supply chain integration (SCI) and supply chain quality management (SCQM) on the performance of online food seller companies. This research is quantitative research with a structural equation model methodology using AMOS. This study uses a population of companies or culinary business people who sell their products online in West Java, Indonesia. From this population, 160 online culinary businesses were selected as samples in this study. This study resulted that SCA, SCI and SCQM can have a positive and significant effect on company performance. Online culinary companies should increase supply chain agility through the development of several aspects within the company, namely demand management, agile distribution, agile manufacturing and agile customization. The results fill the gap in previous research by analyzing the influence of supply chain agility, supply chain integration and supply chain quality management on company performance in the culinary industry. It is hoped that this research can provide input and study the role of the supply chain in improving company performance

Abstract

Ethics is critical issue at work environment. Several previous studies depicted that with ethical leadership, a harmonious work environment can be formed and it leads to better performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship between ethical leadership on work ethic, OCB (Organization Citizenship Behaviour) and employee performance in the Marketing Department of Higher Education in West Java. The population in this study were employees in the Marketing Department of Higher Education in West Java Indonesia. This research is categorized as a quantitative study with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 180 employees of the Marketing Department of Higher Education in West Java. The analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis in this study state that ethical leadership influence positively on work ethic, on OCB, and on performance in the Marketing Department of Higher Education in West Java. This study also confirms the significant influence of work ethic and OCB on the teaching performance of the employees. From the results of the research, higher education managers can develop ethical leadership so that an ethical work environment expands, OCB practices increase, and the performance of Marketing Department employees improves.

Abstract

From the standpoint of service marketing management, customer satisfaction plays a significant role in fostering loyalty and a favorable perception of organizations, including educational institutions. As the ones who get educational services, students play a crucial part in evaluating the caliber of school services. The purpose of this study is to examine how student satisfaction at SMKS YAMI Waled, Cirebon Regency, is impacted by the school's surroundings, amenities, and administrative services. Ninety respondents were given questionnaires as part of the study's associative quantitative methodology. Coefficient of determination (R2), t-test, F-test, and multiple linear regression were the data analysis methods employed. The findings demonstrated that, partially and concurrently, the elements of the school environment, facilities, and administrative services had a favorable and significant impact on student satisfaction. The three independent variables considerably contributed to the explanation of changes in student satisfaction, as demonstrated by the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 35.7%. According to these results, maintaining a positive school climate, offering sufficient facilities, and providing effective administrative support are all critical to raising student satisfaction. As a result, schools must put plans into place to raise the standard of instruction in a sustainable and integrated way..

Abstract

Eggshell waste in Karangampel Village, Indramayu, has not been optimally utilized and has the potential to cause environmental problems. In fact, eggshells are rich in calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), which is very useful as organic fertilizer. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of PKK cadres in processing eggshell waste into environmentally friendly and useful organic fertilizer. The activity was carried out in three stages: (1) Preparation and identification of initial needs; (2) Socialization and practical training on how to make fertilizer; and (3) Qualitative evaluation through structured group discussions. This activity was attended by 20 PKK members from Karangampel Village. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding and enthusiasm among the participants. Participants not only understood the theory but also successfully practiced fertilizer production and began applying it to vegetable plants at home. Soil pH test results also showed an increase from 7.4 to 7.5 after applying the fertilizer, indicating an improvement in soil quality. This activity successfully transformed waste into a useful product, reduced environmental pollution, and opened up creative economic potential for the community through organic fertilizer products.
