Abstract

Umumnya lampu pada kamar hotel masih menggunakan saklar manual, sehingga lampu hanya bisa dioperasikan secara manual. Dengan demikian konsumsi daya listrik tidak bisa terkontrol secara baik, hal ini karena kebiasaan yang kurang disiplin terhadap penggunaan daya listrik. Atas dasar permasaalahan tersebut penulis membuat alat pengontrol lampu kamar hotel yang bisa memonitor lampu pada tiap kamar dan mengendalikannya melalui PC. Alat ini dirancang dengan memanfaatkan komunikasi multidrop RS485 dan mikrokontroler AT89S51 sebagai pengendali utama, dimana PC/komputer berfungsi untuk menampilkan kondisi lampu dan memberikan perintah pada mikrokontroler untuk mengendalikan lampu. Informasi yang diterima oleh komputer dari mikrokontroler diperoleh melalui jaringan multidrop RS485, begitu pula perintah yang diterima mikrokontroler oleh PC diterima melalui jaringan multidrop RS485. Rangkaian terdiri dari dua grup/drop, dimana tiap satu drop mengoperasikan dua buah lampu. Dari hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa rangkaian ini bekerja dengan baik, hal ini dibuktikan software PC dapat berkomunikasi dengan rangkaian jaringan multidrop RS485 dan lampu dapat dikendalikan oleh PC. Masih terdapat kekurangan pada alat ini yakni terkadang relay yang bertugas menyalakan lampu terkadang masih memiliki selisih waktu dari perintah yang dilakukan software PC.

Abstract

Sebuah antena fraktal ultra wideband (UWB) dengan pencatuan saluran mikrostrip disajikan dalam makalah ini. Struktur fraktal digunakan untuk mendapatkan kinerja ultra wideband sehingga dapat diperoleh bandwidth yang sangat lebar. Selain itu untuk memperoleh bandwidth impedansi yang lebar ditambahkan slot pada ground plane. Parameter dan karakteristik antena serta hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa dengan struktur fraktal dan penambahan slot pada ground plane diperoleh bandwidth lebih dari 7,5 GHz. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pada rentang frekuensi 3,1 – 10,6 GHz VSWR antena kurang dari 2 sehingga antena ini dapat digunakan untuk aplikasi UWB.

Abstract

Lives, especially here for educational management domain, as if automatically,mechanistically passes away. It seems that our routine jobs/ functions as if nearly exactly controlled,as if nearly without soul. Meanwhile outside demands to us directly or indirectly more and morechallenges. Furthermore, actually our environment facilities according to information technology moreand more exists and self perfecting.In daily educational practises, we as educational society and even our stakeholders arealmost dominantly immersed to routinity of existing life stream automatically. This condition affecting tosomething crucial in nature thus just forgotten. What is that? That is educational accountability,standing/ errecting educational accountability. With this kind of awaraness, in mind, and in turnfollowed by action, we hope we can approach to our effort to a peak performances condition.In this paper we tried to analyze the educational accountability elements related to informationtechnology era that assumed as can be created. This elements could be as artificial or as dailyhappening (elements), but in our ideas is in effort to enliven or to enacting it. Because the educationalaccountability as educational practician or conceptors in my point of view is our entail obligation. In thispaper generally, we tried to analyze diverse of existing facilities whether in software, hardware orbrainware as long as it can be regulated according to our possibility efforts and abilities.Keywords: ICT/TIK, accountability/akuntabilitas, ranking.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka dari hasil analisis model metakognitif berdasarkan komponen metakognitif dalam lingkungan belajar dan strategi dalam mengembangkan keterampilan metakognisi. Keterampilan metakognisi merupakan salah satu keterampilan khusus yang perlu dikembangkan pada kegiatan belajar dalam menghadapi tantangan abad 21. Metakognisi didefinisikan sebagai 'thinking about thinking, yaitu pengetahuan (knowledge) dan regulasi (regulation) pada suatu aktivitas kognitif seseorang. Keterampilan metakognitif bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran dan pemahaman siswa sehingga membantu siswa dalam mencapai tujuan belajar. Metakognitif memiliki dua kelompok komponen yaitu pengetahuan metakognitif dan regulasi metakognitif. Pengetahuan metakognitif mengacu pada proses kognitif yang terdiri dari pengetahuan variable individu, pengetahuan variabel tugas dan pengetahuan tentang variable strategi. Sementara regulasi metakognitif mengacu pada pengetahuan prosedural seseorang untuk mengatur proses kognitif dengan berdasarkan empat komponen yaitu perencanaan, monitoring, evaluasi dan revisi.

Abstract

Pemenuhan aspek green skillsdalam pembelajaran di SMK dilakukan untuk mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Studi mengenai hal tersebut belum banyak dikaji khususnya di SMK Agriteknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (APHP) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siwa mengenai pemahaman green skillsdan tingkat pemenuhan aspek-aspek green skillsmelalui praktikum pengolahan kue bekatul (dedak padi). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah siswa SMKN 1 Kuningan jurusan APHP yang telah melakukan praktikum pengolahan kue bekatul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran praktikum pengolahan kue bekatul pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Pengolahan Limbah dapat memenuhi aspek-aspek green skills menurut persepsi siswa SMKN 1 Kuningan jurusan APHP. Mayoritas siswa (86,7% responden) memahami dan mampu menjelaskan mengenai green skill. Selain itu, jumlah responden mengenai tingkat pemenuhan aspek-aspek green skills yaitu: 60% pada aspek Environmental awarenesssangat terpenuhi,43,3% pada aspek Communication skills sangat terpenuhi, 46,7% pada aspek Adaptability in green jobs terpenuhi, 63,3% pada aspek Innovation skills to identify opportunities and create new strategies to respond to green challengessangat terpenuhi, serta 66,7% pada aspek Management systems of wastesangat terpenuhi.

Abstract

Perubahan standar kinerja akademik terjadi seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi komunikasi (TIK) dan pertumbuhan ekonomi global. Tekonologi informasi dan komunikasi memudahkan komunikasi antar anggota masyarakat dan dunia kerja yang tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu. Ketrampilan komunikasi merujuk pada kemampuan mengidentifikasi, mengakses, memanfaatkan dan memgoptimalkan perangkat dan teknik komunikasi untuk menerima dan menyampaikan informasi kepada pihak lain Pendidikan Teknik Elektro FPTK Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) bermaksud mengadakan pelatihan mengenai strategi pembelajaran abad 21 untuk guru-guru di SMKN 1 Cisarua. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Pelatihan pada PKM ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancer, antusiasme sekolah yang ada di Bandung Raya dalam mendelegasikan pesertanya juga cukup baik karna materi ini dirasa sangat penting bagi setiap guru agar dapat membuat perangkat ajar abad 21.

Abstract

Tuntutan dunia kerja yang semakin membuat msyarakat memutar otak, agar dapat mewujudkan mimpinya. Perkembangan globalisasi yang menghadirkan Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) ditengah-tengah masyarakat yang menyebabkan persaingan bebas disegala sektor dan tidak luput di sektor pendidikan. Indonesia merupakan negara ASEAN, yang berarti harus mempersiapkan masyarakat dengan kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam bersaing di dunia kerja. Selain itu, juga harus mempersiapkan pendidik (guru) lokal memiliki profesionalisme yang tinggi yang dapat bersaing dengan tenaga asing. Salah satu upaya pemerintah adalah menciptakan program pendidikan profesi guru (PPG) di sektor pendidikan. Memiliki guru yang berkualitas adalah harapan setiap masyarakat agar dapat menciptakan lulusan-lulusan yang berkualitas yang mampu bersaing baik secara nasional maupun internasional. Salah satu PPG yang dapat menjembatani dengan dunia internasional adalah PPG bahasa Inggris, dimana lulusan-lulusan yangberkualitas dapat mengaplikasikan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris dapat lahir dari seorang guru yang memiliki kompetensi berbahasa Inggris dengan baik dan benar.Kata Kunci: Tuntutan dunia kerja; MEA; PPG; Guru dan Lulusan yang berkualitas AbstractThe demands of the world of work are increasingly making people rack their brains, in order to realize their dreams. The development of globalization that presents the Asean Economic Community (MEA) in the midst of society that causes free competition in all sectors and does not escape the education sector. Indonesia is an ASEAN country, which means it must prepare people with the ability and skills to compete in the world of work. In addition, it must also prepare local educators (teachers) to have high professionalism who can compete with foreign workers. One of the government's efforts is to create a teacher professional education (PPG) program in the education sector. Having quality teachers is the hope of every society in order to create quality graduates who are able to compete both nationally and internationally. One of the PPGs that can bridge the international community is the English PPG, where quality graduates who can apply English language skills can be born from a teacher who has good and correct English competence.

Abstract

Digital competence is crucial for teachers to utilize digital technology in the current era of learning. Especially for vocational high school teachers, face the challenge of designing effective learning strategies by harnessing digital technology to enhance students' vocational skills. The research aims to investigate vocational high school students' preferences regarding the use of digital technology by teachers and its influence on their vocational skills in VSAT (Vocational Satellite). While this topic has been rarely studied among vocational high school students, understanding students' perception of teachers' digital competence and its impact on their vocational skills can provide valuable insights into how digital technology usage can enhance vocational skills and better prepare students for success in the workforce. This study employs a quantitative method with descriptive and simple linear regression analysis. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires directly and online through Google Forms, which were voluntarily filled out by 123 students from three SMKs in the Bandung and Cimahi regions. The research findings reveal that students' preferences for teachers' use of digital technology fall under the good category, with an assessment interval of 78.2%. Additionally, a positive influence is found between vocational high school students' preferences for teachers' use of digital technology and their vocational skills in VSAT. The study is expected to provide valuable input for teachers and schools to implement teaching methods that support the development of students' vocational skills through optimal utilization of digital technology.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a needs analysis among teachers and students at SMK Negeri 4 Bandung. From the distribution of a needs analysis questionnaire in the class XII TOI-1, it was found that 85% of students expressed a strong need for a STEM-based IoT e-module, with a high level of agreement on its development. Similarly, it was revealed that teachers also strongly require a STEM-based IoT e-module, with 95% agreeing on its necessity. To develop the STEM-based IoT E-module, Flip Pdf Professional application was utilized. The aim of this research and development was to describe the process of developing the E-module and to understand the responses of teachers and students to the e-module. The research method employed was R&D (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The result of this research was the successful development of a STEM-based IoT e-module through the ADDIE development model. The feedback from teachers reached 95.63%, falling into the "Very Good" category, and the feedback from students was 81.38%, also considered "Very Good." It was concluded that the use of the e-module facilitated easier understanding of the material and made the learning activities more engaging.

Abstract

Over time the conventional system will shift and be replaced with an electronic system, and the Notary Institution will slowly have to begin to adjust, especially in the UUJN-P the changes regarding cyber notary are only stated in the explanation of Article 15 Paragraph (3) and only to the extent that the authority to certify transactions electronically has not yet reached the concept of notary protocol storage thinking which is very possible to be carried out electronically with the aim of security and the effectiveness of notary protocol storage. This study aims to: 1) Describe the legal arrangements regarding Cyber Notary; 2) legal certainty of the retention of notarial documents with cyber notary. This study uses a library research method with a normative research approach with qualitative analysis, which describes various arrangements regarding Cyber Notary and legal certainty of notarial document storage. The finding is that the new UUJN-P regulates transactions carried out electronically, but there is no provision on the storage of original minuta deeds and warkah electronically. However, cyber notary The ITE Law in general has regulated the electronic storage of archives or documents although there are no specific rules that list or mention notarial documents or archives. Article 1 number 4 of the ITE Law Amendment states that: "an electronic document is any electronic information created, forwarded, transmitted, received, or stored in analog, digital, electromagnetic, optical, or similar form, which can be seen, displayed, and/or heard through a Computer or Electronic System, including but not limited to writings, sounds, images, maps, designs, photographs or their descriptions, letters, signs, numbers, Access Codes, symbols or perforations that have meaning or meaning or can be understood by a person capable of understanding them. So that various types of electronic documents become an option for more secure document storage for an unlimited time as a concrete form of digitization that can be a reference for electronic storage of notary protocols. Whatever form of storage media must be ensured is data security and legal certainty.
