Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Treatment for tuberculosis patients is given in the intensive and advanced stages. Anti-tuberculosis drugs can be nephrotoxic to cells in the kidneys. This research is an analytic observational study to know the comparison of urea and creatinine levels in pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the 0 and 6-month treatment phases at the Community Lung Health Center Purwokerto. The samples studied were 42 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling. This study was conducted from December 2021 to January 2022. Out of the 42 pulmonary tuberculosis patients who received treatment at 0 and 6 months, the majority of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were 28 patients (66.7%) had normal urea levels, and 38 patients (90.5 %) had normal creatinine levels. Urea levels in pulmonary tuberculosis patients during the 0-month treatment phase were 9 (2-24) mg/dL, while in the 6-month treatment phase, it was 8 (1-37) mg/dL. The creatinine level of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with 0-month treatment phase was 0.98 (0.64-1.62) mg/dL, while in the 6-month treatment phase it was 0.88 (0.62-1.92) mg/dL. There was no significant comparison of urea and creatinine levels in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with treatment phases 0 and 6 months (p>0.05).

Abstract

The development of urban planning and infrastructure such as roads, buildings, bridges, ports has increased in recent years in Pontianak City. One of them is the construction of Jalan Parallel Sepakat II which was carried out in early 2022, connecting Jalan Sepakat II to the Tanjungpura University Campus Complex. In the case in the field, the previously compacted embankment has decreased, so backfilling is carried out to adjust the planned elevation. Due to the unsafe existing condition factor, improvements were made that were supported by retaining wall modeling. In addition to the retaining wall modeling, the current planning in the field is also stabilized by using a pile and geotextile, in order to increase the bearing capacity of the soil and can minimize the decrease or deformation that occurs at the research location. In the process of analyzing the retaining wall, analysis is also carried out with the Plaxis Proffesional 8.6 program. The results obtained in the form of deformation numbers and safety factor results. From the conclusion, the factor of safety is obtained which is not safe so that it is feasible to be reinforced. However, some adjustments are needed to the design plan so that it can function properly in accordance with the intent and purpose of the reinforcement.

Abstract

In pavement construction, it consists of subgrade, foundation layer and overburden. In working on landfill, the quality of the landfill can be improved by stabilization. Stabilization is a way to improve the properties and parameters of the soil, so that the soil is suitable or qualified to be used according to its function. One of the ways to stabilize soil is by chemical stabilization. In this research using additives such as fly ash & matos soil stabilizer. The soil samples were taken from Peniraman Quarry, Mempawah Regency. Also, the fly ash used comes from the waste of Paiton power plant, Probolinggo Regency. The tests carried out were testing the physical properties of the soil. The results obtained were then adjusted to the lower foundation layer of the road with specifications based on the 2018 General Specifications, Road and Bridge Construction Work (Revision 2). The test was carried out with a mixture of 10% fly ash and variations of matos soil stabilizer 2 - 8%, stabilization was carried out with a curing period of 0 - 14 days. From the results of the soil test, the plasticity index was found to be 14.252%. From the test results of the highest mixture variation, which is a mixture of soil + 10% fly ash + 8% matos soil stabilizer with a curing period of 14 days. The test results obtained a plasticity index of 7.295%, so it can be concluded that the higher the percentage of matos soil stabilizer used, the plasticity index value of the soil decreases and has met the requirements in the construction of the lower foundation layer of the road (B class).

Abstract

Spent Bleaching Earth (SBE) is a mixed material between bleaching earth and organic compounds derived from bleached crude oil. In addition, spent bleaching earth still contains a component of phosphoric acid. This phosphoric acid comes from the degumming process which is brought to the bleaching process by oil. According to Government Regulation Number 22/21 concerning Implementation of Environmental Management and Protection, this spent bleaching earth is classified as non-B3 waste depth. Chemical stabilization is by mixing chemicals into the soil material which causes a chemical reaction to occur between the mixing material and the soil which will produce new materials that have better quality. From the results of the physical properties experiment, it was found that the mixture with the optimum value for soil-lime stabilization was 10% SBE.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out Marketing Communication in implementing the Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah Baznas programs in Pontaianak City. This study uses the Descriptive Qualitative Research method, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research are that the Pontianak City Baznas uses a Marketing Communication approach to optimize the collection of Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah (ZIS). The Pontianak City Baznas has begun to adopt digital technology, such as online payment platforms and application-based reporting systems, to simplify the ZIS payment process. However, the implementation is still in the early stages, so it has not been fully maximized. Obstacles in marketing communication are, lack of Zis literacy in the community, best-in-class human resources, competition with other Zis institutions. With the passage of time, the way people give zakat, infaq, and alms begins to change, both in traditional and modern ways. This strategy includes the following: social media, offline campaigns, strategic collaborations. The marketing communication strategy that is carried out shows an increase in ZIS fundraising every year, especially from young donor groups. The transparency of reports on the use of funds published through social media also increases public trust to contribute. marketing communication implemented by Baznas Pontianak City has an important role in the collection of Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah (ZIS). The strategies used include various methods and communication media that aim to increase public awareness, expand the reach of target donors, and strengthen public trust in the institution.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the Ummī method and structured administrative documentation to enhance pedagogical competence and administrative management in Qur'anic Education Centers (TPA) in Planjan Village. The study involved eight TPA teachers who participated in training focused on two main components: the Ummī method for Qur'anic teaching and structured administrative documentation. The Ummī method emphasizes a reading-listening technique where students listen to correct Qur'anic recitation before imitating it, while the structured administrative documentation included student progress records and daily prayer and remembrance books. Questionnaire results revealed significant improvements in teaching abilities and administrative management, with 7 out of 8 participants reporting positive changes in their pedagogical approach and confidence in classroom management. The implementation of more structured administrative documentation enabled teachers to monitor student progress more effectively and provide constructive feedback. Despite some challenges, including participants needing more time to fully master the new techniques, the training successfully enhanced religious education quality in Planjan Village TPAs, providing a potential model for other Qur'anic Education Centers.

Abstract

Jenis tanah yang sering terdapat permasalahan dalam pekerjaan konstruksi jalan adalah tanah lempung. Hal ini dikarenakan daya dukung tanah tersebut rendah. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan improvisasi pada tanah yang akan dijadikan sebagai bahan lapisan tanah dasar dengan menggunakan metode stabilisasi tanah dengan penambahan senyawa kimiawi berupa kapur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepadatan tanah maksimum (MDD) yang distabilisasi dengan kapur terhadap parameter kuat geser tanah berupa nilai kohesi (c) dan sudut geser dalam (Ï•) berdasarkan pengujian geser langsung. Pada penelitian ini, stabilisasi tanah dilakukan dengan cara menambahkan kapur sebanyak 0%, 3%, 6% dan 12% dengan melakukan pemeraman selama 0 hari, 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai kohesi (c), sudut geser dalam (Ï•), dan nilai kuat geser (Ï„) terendah ditunjukkan pada sampel tanah dengan campuran kapur sebanyak 0% pada pemeraman 0 hari dengan nilai kepadatan maksimum sebesar 1,372 gr/cm3 yaitu sebesar c = 0,108 kg/cm2, Ï• = 27,105Ëš, dan Ï„ = 1,203 kg/cm2. Sedangkan nilai kohesi (c), sudut geser dalam (Ï•) , dan nilai kuat geser (Ï„ ) tertinggi ditunjukkan pada sampel tanah dengan campuran kapur sebanyak 12% pada pemeraman 28 hari dengan nilai kepadatan maksimum sebesar 1,335 gr/cm3 yaitu sebesar c = 3,002 kg/cm2, Ï• = 58,803Ëš, dan Ï„ = 4,110 kg/cm2. Dengan nilai kepadatan tanah maksimum (MDD) pada tanah yang distabilasasi kapur yang rendah disimpulkan bahwa parameter kuat geser tanah berupa nilai kohesi (c) dan sudut geser dalam (Ï•) akan semakin tinggi seiring bertambahnya persentase kapur dan lamanya waktu pemeraman.Kata kunci : kapur, kepadatan tanah maksimum (MDD), kohesi, stabilisasi , sudut geser dalam

Abstract

Dinding penahan tebing menggunakan Turap diangkur (Anchored Sheet Pile) selain dirancang menahan beban aksial, juga harus dirancang dengan memperhitungkan beban lateral yang antara lain berupa tekanan tanah pada sheet pile dan beban benturan dari kapal. Sheet pile adalah suatu konstruksi yang berupa lembaran beton pracetak menerus yang dibuat dengan cara menyambung potongan "“ potongan yang saling terkait yang bertujuan untuk menahan gaya horizontal akibat tekanan tanah dan air. Selain berfungsi untuk menahan tanah, sheet pile diangkur juga berfungsi untuk menahan masuknya air ke dalam lubang galian sehingga cocok digunakan di daerah pesisir laut atau sungai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengerjaan sheet pile yang diperkuat dengan jangkar sebagai penahan tebing Sungai yang dilakukan di sisi Sungai kapuas Jl.Adi Sucipto, Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Pekerjaan ini telah selesai dan pekerjaan pengurukan dilakukan di sisi tebing Sungai Kapuas, Mako Brimob Polda KALBAR Kabupaten Kubu raya. Sebagai hasil dari pekerjaan, bagian dari tumpukan lembaran sheet pile telah bergerak ke arah sungai atau terlihat miring dan bagian lainnya masih berdiri tegak. Dampak pengurukan terhadap bangunan mengakibatkan pergerakan lateral atau deformasi ke arah Sungai kapuas namun struktur bangunan tidak rusak. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode elemen hingga menggunakan software Plaxis 8.6 software lpile ensoft dan analisis manual.Kata-kata kunci: Anchored Sheet Pile, Deformasi Lateral ,gaya Lateral, Plaxis 8.6, Urugan Pasir.  Cliff retaining walls using anchoring retaining walls in addition to being designed to withstand axial loads, must also be designed taking into account lateral loads, among others, in the form of soil pressure on the pavement and impact loads from ships. Retaining walls are constructions in the form of continuous precast concrete slabs made by joining interlocking pieces that aim to withstand horizontal forces due to soil and water pressure. In addition to functioning to hold the ground, anchoring retaining walls also serve to hold the entry of water into the dug hole so that it is suitable for use in coastal areas of the sea or river. This study was conducted on the construction of retaining walls that are reinforced with term as retaining River cliffs conducted on the kapuas River side Jl.Adi Sucipto, Kubu Raya Regency. This work has been completed and backfilling work was carried out on the cliff side of the Kapuas River, Mako Brimob Polda KALBAR Kubu raya regency.As a result of the work, part of the sheet pile sheet pile has moved towards the river or looks tilted and the other part is still standing upright. The impact of backfill on the building resulted in lateral movement or deformation towards the kapuas River but the structure of the building was not damaged. This analysis was performed using finite element method using Plaxis 8.6 software lpile ensoft software and Manual analysis.
