Abstract

Fawatih al-Suwar atau huruf-huruf mukatta'ah adalah rangkaian huruf yang muncul di awal 29 surah dalam Al-Qur'an, yang menciptakan misteri dan mengundang berbagai penafsiran di kalangan ulama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran dan fungsi Fawatih al-Suwar dalam pembukaan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, dengan menggunakan pendekatan literature review yang melibatkan tafsir klasik, tafsir kontemporer, serta analisis linguistik dan psikologis. Berdasarkan kajian ini, ditemukan bahwa Fawatih al-Suwar berfungsi sebagai simbol kebesaran wahyu Ilahi yang tidak sepenuhnya dapat dipahami oleh manusia, serta memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan ritme dan estetika dalam pembacaan Al-Qur'an. Fawatih al-Suwar juga berhubungan erat dengan tema-tema utama dalam surah yang mengikutinya dan memiliki dampak psikologis serta spiritual bagi pembaca. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun makna Fawatih al-Suwar tetap menjadi misteri, mereka memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam memperkaya pengalaman spiritual dan pemahaman Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Akad murabahah dan relevensinya dengan tafsir Al-qur’an Surah Al-Baqarah Ayat 275 Tentang Jual Beli, Karenanya begitu penting Allah membicarakan tentang jual beli dan kedudukannya. Analisa-analisa para mufassir sangat beragam. Kenyataan praktik di lapangan tentang jual beli dan riba tidak sepi dibicarakan sepanjang zaman dan relevansinya dengan akad murabahah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi tafsir teks-teks Al-Qur'an yang relevan, Sumber utama dalam kajian ini adalah kitab-kitab tafsir dengan tujuan hendak mengetahui jual beli menurut para mufasir. Hasil temuan ini adalah bahwa Allah menginginkan jual beli benar-benar halal, terhindar dari praktik riba, transaksi akad murabahah, dan penanggungan resiko sepihak sehingga di dalam praktik jual beli terbangun prinsip kutauhidan, kemanusiaan, keadilan dan kedamaian. Kata Kunci: Jual Beli, Murabahah, Al-Qur’an Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out the murabaha account and its relevance to the interpretation of the Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah Verse 275 about buying and selling, therefore it is so important that Allah talks about buying and selling and its position. The analyses of the mufassirs are very diverse. The reality of the practice in the field about buying and selling and usury is not quiet discussed throughout the ages and its relevance to the murabaha contract. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a study of the interpretation of relevant Qur'anic texts. The main source in this study is the books of interpretation with the aim of knowing buying and selling according to the mufasirs. The result of this finding is that Allah wants buying and selling to be truly halal, avoiding usury practices, murabaha contract transactions, and unilateral risk bearing so that in the practice of buying and selling the principles of kutauhidan, humanity, justice and peace are built. Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong perubahan mendasar dalam struktur dan dinamika dunia kerja kontemporer. Perubahan ini tidak hanya menuntut penguasaan terhadap teknologi mutakhir, tetapi juga meniscayakan integrasi nilai-nilai etis, karakter spiritual, dan kompetensi profesional yang adaptif. Dalam konteks ini, Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber ajaran Islam menawarkan paradigma normatif dan praktis yang komprehensif dalam membentuk karakter kerja unggul dan kompetensi kerja yang relevan dengan era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam kontribusi nilai-nilai Qur’ani dalam membangun etos kerja Islami, karakter moral, dan kompetensi profesional berbasis digital. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan metode tafsir tematik (maudhū‘i), yang memfokuskan pada ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan prinsip-prinsip kerja seperti amanah, istiqāmah, ihsān, dan jihād fī sabīlillāh dalam konteks produktivitas dan profesionalisme modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an bukan hanya memberikan pedoman etika kerja, tetapi juga membentuk kerangka berpikir strategis, adaptif, inovatif, dan kolaboratif yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi kompleksitas dunia kerja berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah model konseptual integratif yang mengaitkan nilai-nilai spiritual Islam dengan kebutuhan kompetensi abad ke-21, seperti literasi digital, kepemimpinan transformasional, kemampuan kolaboratif, serta etos kerja berbasis nilai-nilai transendental. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kebijakan pendidikan Islam, strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia Islami, dan pengembangan karakter profesional dalam menjawab tantangan globalisasi dan digitalisasi secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of buying and selling and the prohibition of usury in the Qur'an and its application to technology-based economics. This type of research is included in the type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive model. The analysis technique used in this research is content analysis technique. The results show that the Qur'an allows buying and selling as long as it fulfills sharia principles such as justice and transparency, while usury in its various forms is legally prohibited because it does not fulfill the elements of justice and humanity. The digital economy provides new marketing opportunities through platforms such as e-commerce and fintech, but presents new challenges such as innovative business models that must be assessed for Shariah compliance. Ensuring Shariah compliance requires fatwas from authorized institutions and cooperation among scholars on every new product or service that emerges in today's digital era.

Abstract

Amsalul Qur’an, or Qur’anic parables, represent a unique rhetorical form in the Qur’an that conveys deep symbolic meanings aimed at delivering moral and spiritual messages in a persuasive and emotionally resonant way. The complexity of meaning within Qur’anic parables demands interpretive approaches that are not only textual but also contextual and multidisciplinary. This research is motivated by the need for an Islamic educational model that is more communicative and reflective of contemporary societal conditions. The aim of this study is to identify the strategic role of Amsalul Qur’an in conveying Islamic educational values and to evaluate its implications for meaningful learning processes. The study employs a qualitative approach with content analysis of parabolic verses in the Qur’an, along with a review of tafsir literature, Islamic education theories, and educational communication frameworks. The findings reveal that Amsalul Qur’an functions as an effective narrative bridge in internalizing the values of monotheism, justice, patience, and social responsibility. The study recommends integrating the amsal approach into Islamic education methodologies to foster more reflective, dialogical, and transformative learning experiences. Thus, Amsalul Qur’an holds strategic potential as an instrument in character building and the strengthening of students’ spirituality in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of zakat distribution on poverty reduction in Barru Regency from the perspective of Islamic economics grounded in Qur’anic insight. Poverty remains a central issue in the region, despite the potential of zakat and the active role of zakat management institutions. A quantitative approach was employed using a simple linear regression analysis, based on secondary data from BAZNAS and BPS for the period 2020–2024. The results reveal that zakat distribution has a significant influence on reducing poverty levels, with a determination coefficient of 0.672. These findings indicate that increased zakat distribution corresponds with lower poverty rates in the area. The theoretical discussion is supported by the concept of zakat as an empowerment tool for the poor and its relevance to maqashid shariah and sustainable development goals. This study concludes that optimizing zakat distribution, particularly through productive programs, can serve as a concrete solution to localized and just poverty alleviation. Abstract

As creatures of Allah Swt. who are endowed with reason, humans are special creatures. His existence on earth with various roles and participation carried out as a form of implementation of the caliphate on this earth shows that humans are noble creatures. This research aims to describe the concept of human rights for children, both the concept of human rights in general and how the Qur'an reviews the issue of human rights, especially child protection in the Qur'an. The research method used is a qualitative approach with library research, reviewing books, journals and other references related to child protection in the perspective of the Qur'an. Child protection is a multitude attitude that must be given along with the increasing number of human rights violations committed both physically, sexually and psychologically in children.Keyword: Protection. Child, Violence, Human Rights, Qur'an. The number of 3,457 cases of child abuse shows that crimes against children are still not a major concern in the domestic sphere of the nuclear family, society and the state. Islam as a perfect religion, has clearly illustrated that the presence of children is a great gift that should be guarded and maintained properly. The protection of children can be found in several verses that establish the rights of children, such as the right to life (QS. Al-An'am: 151), the right to earn a living (QS. Al-Baqarah: 233), the right to be protected and get education (QS. Attahrim: 6).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the urgency of implementing the green economy on the maintenance of the human soul (Hifz Nafs) perspektif al quran. This research is a qualitative study by conducting library research. The data in the study was obtained by conducting content analysis of sources that have relevance to the topic of research conducted. The results of the study indicate that the importance of implementing the green economy concept in the economy is First, in general, environmental damage that occurs comes from economic activities carried out by individuals in households and by industry. Second, environmental maintenance is part of maintaining human survival (hifz Nafs), and environmental damage is a threat to human survival. Third, the concept of green economy is in line with the goals of the Indonesian national economy as stated in the Constitution Article 33 paragraph 4. Fourth, in the Koran it is clearly stated that the purpose of humans being created was as caliphs who were responsible for making the earth prosperous, not vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of media in enhancing waqf literacy in Indonesia by identifying the opportunities, challenges, and strategies that can be implemented through the integration of thematic interpretations of relevant Quranic verses. This research employs content analysis and thematic interpretation methods to examine the Quranic verses relevant to the research topic. Data are collected from various literature sources, focusing on verses related to charity and waqf, as well as studies concerning media that enhance public understanding of waqf. The results indicate that both mass and digital media play a significant role in improving waqf literacy through strategic information dissemination tailored to audience characteristics. The use of modern technology, collaboration with waqf institutions and religious communities, and real-time analytics present substantial opportunities to broaden public understanding of waqf. However, challenges include a lack of in-depth understanding of waqf among journalists, competition with sensational content on social media, and resource limitations. Effective strategies that can be implemented include the development of engaging educational content, strategic collaborations, multi-channel approaches, and training for journalists.

Abstract

This study will examine how dhikr is implemented in daily life by members of the Tabligh Jama'ah, especially in Radda Village, Baebunta District, North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi. This type of research is field research, namely qualitative research using two approaches, namely the interpretation and sociology approaches. Furthermore, the data sources used are primary data sources through interviews with Tabligh Jama'ah figures and the community in Radda Village. Secondary data is auxiliary data obtained from literature such as journals, books, articles and tafsir books. Data processing and analysis techniques are data editing, data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that the influence of dhikr on individual members of the Tabligh Jama'ah is seen in inner peace, patience and awareness of closeness to Allah. Dhikr strengthens faith, directs behavior, and has a positive impact on social life, such as fostering brotherhood, caring and improving people's morals.
