This study aimed to discuss the implementation of non-medical logistics management at the Salewangan Maros General Hospital which discussed the planning function, procurement function, care function and rescue function. This study used qualitative research with the type descriptive research that did not test certain hypotheses. It was to find out the logistics management. The results showed that planning function indicators were categorized as good because they were structured. Logistics goods procurement, the implementation of the procurement function had not been well categorized, according to the nature of the procurement was already using direct procurement. Then in the goods maintenance function was effective but did not damage goods that were not suitable for use, the change depends on the procurement process itself. The implementation of the appointment function indicator could not be categorized as good or bad this year, but there had not been a removal of goods.

This study aims to examine the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Bantaeng district by using the theory of service quality. Public services are interesting to observe because their activities are in the context of fulfilling the basic needs of citizens for goods or services and administrative services related to the public interest. There are four qualities of public services including, direct evidence (tangibles), reliability (Reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance).

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze and describe the implementation of illegal parking supervision by the local company (PD) Parking Makassar Raya. This study used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Number of informants were 9 people and data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data validation were triangulation of sources, techniques and time. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study showed that the implementation of illegal parking supervision by the Regional Company (PD) Parking Makassar Raya was good. The process of implementing supervision included Preventive and Repressive supervision between pre-implementation and post-monitoring. Preventive Supervision of the implementation of supervision at PD Parkir in terms of checking the results of target revenues and the realization of the last five years so that the PAD of parking fees had decreased, to maximize parking PAD the Parking Area Company made a breakthrough in implementing online parking, especially on potential roads on Boulevard Street. Also for the implementation of direct field supervision through Repressive Supervision, including the TRC team (Quick Reaction Team) was tasked with monitoring the whereabouts of illegal parking attendants in terms of taking action, arranging, giving directions to illegal parking attendants so as not to take illegal actions. media @HumasPD Parking.Keywords: Implementation of Preventive and Repressive Supervision

This study aimed to determine the PAPA SEHAT Public Service Innovation at SDN 81 Kalukubodo Takalar Regency and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing the PAPA SEHAT Innovation. Data collection techniques used observation, interview with 4 informants and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis models and used 3 types of triangulation in data validation. The results showed that this PAPA HEALTHY Innovation was implemented well in SDN 81 Kalukubodo, this was seen from the relative profit indicators that had been well, the appropriateness was appropriate with the presence, and the complexity was easily understood by children. Supporting factors in the implementation of PAPA HEALTHY Innovation was the support by the local government in 2018 and won the Top 40 award. Then the inhibiting factor was the presence of parents complained that children did not need to clean up at school because there was officers who responsible even though doing the task hygiene outomatically children used to behaving clean and healthy life in school, at home, and in the environment of community

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan penanganan tunawisma anak jalanan dan pengemis di Kota Makassar, apa saja program dalam membina tunawisma anak jalanan dan pengemis di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan pelaksanaan penanganan tunawisma anak jalanan dan pengemis di Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 6 (enam) orang yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Informan berasal dari pimpinan dan pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar, Pekerja Sosial, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) dan anak jalanan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data penelitian kualitatif. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinas sosial Kota Makassar dalam pelaksanaan penanganan tunawisma anak jalanan dan pengemis di Kota Makassar melakukan pendataan, pemantauan, pengendalian dan pemantauan serta melakukan kampanye dan sosialisasi. The objective of this research was intended to find out the quality of the land administration servies on the ministry of national land affairs agency (ATR/BPN) of Bantaeng. The regulation number 12 of 2008 about local government which said that land service is the obligatory business which becomes the authority of local government is the business affairs of the district. The research method used a qualitative in case study method. The instrument of collecting data used interview, observation and documentation. The result of the research shaws that there were three thingss about this : (1) time precision of the service were according to the file needed in making certificate (2) the responsibility that given to the society was still low (3) the society has a low understanding eventhough the information access has been on hand. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of health services at the Puskesmas Parangloe District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. The data validity technique used was source triangulation. The results showed that the quality of service can be said to be still not good. Good productivity from adequate medical equipment and health workers have good skills. The provision of incentives is fulfilled, it will be able to encourage the morale of health workers. The flexibility of adaptation that exists between the officer and the patient is considered to have met the needs. The supporting factors are the ability to work with noble motives, skills, time discipline, procedures and methods that have been determined and the inhibiting factor is the number of family members who are also present to accompany patients in emergencies, making it difficult for health care workers to treat patients. This study purposed to find out how the role of government officials in empowering youth organizations in Mangalli Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants in this study amounted to 8 people. The data collection techniques were the instruments of interview, observation and document analysis. The results showed that the role of government officials had not been maximally seen from three indicators, the first was as a motivator, the local government was not carrying out its role because it provided verbal support or without direct meetings with organizational members, which could be a motivation to be more enthusiastic about carrying out activities -activity. secondly, as a communicator, the local government carried out its role quite well because it maintained and provided information related to the agenda or activities to be carried out even though via telephone or short message. Third, as a facilitator, the local government was very lacking in carrying out its role Keywords: The role of government officials, organizational empowerment.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the application of the Sustainable Livelihood approach in maintaining the sustainability of MSMEs in Barru Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques through interviews, documents and direct observation. The data analysis technique uses "content analysis" through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. While the validation of the data using triangulation in-depth interview techniques, observation, and document review. The results of this study found that the application of a sustainable livelihoods approach to minimize risks that occur local governments have work programs run by the Cooperatives, SMEs and Trade Offices, especially in the MSME work program, namely by conducting MSME Organizational Development, Conducting Training, and Facilitating Financing Sources.Keywords: Sustainable Livelihood, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.
