Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bibliometrik terhadap knowledge sharing dalam kolaborasi Kampus Mengajar dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi. Data yang diperoleh terkait dengan kata kunci “knowledge sharing" OR " Kampus Mengajar" OR "literasi dan numerasi” dengan batas waktu dari tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2024 dengan total 778 dokumen dari database Google Scholar. Data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak yaitu Publish or Perish dan VOSViewer untuk visualisasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa topik literasi dan numerasi, serta program Kampus Mengajar, menjadi fokus utama dalam periode tersebut. Analisis klaster mengungkapkan hubungan erat antara topik-topik ini dan menyoroti peluang penelitian lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi melalui program kerja yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the quality of the Accounting Vocational Competency Examination (Ujian Kompetensi Keahlian/UKK) at SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Medan through the active involvement of academic professionals as strategic partners. The school faces several challenges, including limited access to qualified external examiners, a lack of integration between the school curriculum and industry standards, and the need to improve the validity of assessment instruments. The program was conducted through several stages: needs assessment, training in competency-based test development, technical assistance during the UKK implementation, and evaluation of exam outcomes. The results indicate that the involvement of academicians not only improved the validity and reliability of the UKK process but also strengthened the linkage between secondary education and higher education institutions. Moving forward, this collaboration is expected to continue through curriculum alignment and teacher competency development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of safety leadership and work engagement on job satisfaction among employees at Mahkota Tricom Superior University. While work engagement reflects the emotional and cognitive involvement of employees in the work of lecturers, safety leadership emphasizes the importance of work safety. This study employs a quantitative approach and a survey method, with 35 permanent lecturers serving as respondents. We analyzed the data using multiple linear regression to determine the impact of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that safety leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, indicating that leadership that focuses on work safety can increase employee satisfaction. Additionally, the results demonstrated a positive and significant impact of work engagement on job satisfaction, suggesting that employee involvement in lecturers' work directly influences the level of lecturer satisfaction. The combination of safety leadership and work engagement simultaneously makes a significant contribution to increasing job satisfaction. This study offers practical recommendations for university management to prioritize enhancing safety-based leadership and bolstering employee engagement in their efforts to boost job satisfaction

Abstract

Marketing strategy plays a crucial role in influencing the success and competitiveness of a business. Effective marketing strategies enhance a company's ability to expand its market share and achieve desired profitability. This study aims to identify appropriate marketing strategies for Cafe Pondok Rezeki Deli Tua to strengthen its competitive advantage. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing SWOT analysis through the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) matrices. The findings reveal that a Growth-Oriented Strategy is the most suitable approach, as the business is positioned in Quadrant I with positive results. It is recommended that Cafe Pondok Rezeki Deli Tua further enhance its marketing efforts, particularly focusing on the marketing mix elements, to effectively compete with other cafés in the region.

Abstract

Perencanaan kawasan hunian vertikal berbasis Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan upaya strategis dalam menanggulangi tantangan urbanisasi di kawasan industri seperti Bekasi. Dalam studi ini, pendekatan TOD tidak hanya dilihat dari sisi teknis dan tata ruang, namun juga dikaji melalui perspektif nilai-nilai Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Prinsip-prinsip Islam seperti keadilan sosial, keberlanjutan lingkungan, keseimbangan, dan tanggung jawab sosial menjadi dasar dalam merancang kawasan yang sehat, layak huni, dan berkeadilan. Studi ini mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antara prinsip-prinsip perencanaan Islami dengan konsep TOD, serta menawarkan contoh implementasi nyata seperti rusunami terintegrasi transportasi, zoning berbasis fungsi sosial, hingga dukungan wakaf dan zakat untuk menyediakan hunian terjangkau. Dengan demikian, konsep TOD dalam perspektif Islam mampu menjadi solusi urban yang menyeluruh dan berlandaskan nilai moral.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Indonesia Baru Medan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi karyawan tetap PT. Sinar Indonesia Baru Medan yang berjumlah 87 orang. Teknik penarikkan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh, sehingga 87 karyawan tersebut dijadikan sampel penelitian. Selanjutnya pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya insentif yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhada[ kinerja karyawan

Abstract This study aims to determine whether customer value and customer loyalty affect customer satisfaction at PT. Madani National Capital (PNM) Mekaar Branch Overlay Perak. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted at the office of PNM Mekar (Building a Prosperous Family Economy) which is located at Jl. Sukaramai Hamlet III Pasar II No. 169 Kec. Deli Serdang Regency Silver Expanse. The population in this study consisted of all customers of PNM Mekar Branch Hamparan Perak, amounting to 4393 customers. The number of samples in this study were 500 PNM Mekaar Hamparan Perak customers. The results of this study There is a partial influence between customer value on customer loyalty at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of training and organizational culture on employee career development at PT Prima Indonesia Logistics. The population of this study was 60 employees and a sample of 30 people using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used was through questionnaires whose measurements were with a Likert scale and processed statistically using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing t test, f test, and determinant coefficient. From data analysis for each variable, the multiple regression equation Y = 12.955 + 0.362x_1 + 0.261x_2 + e. The Adjusted R Square value was obtained at 0.309, which means that X1 and The partial test produced by each independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable with a research significance of less than 0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted, and the result of the simultaneous test calculation is 14,656 with f table 3.11, which means Fcount > Ftable with a level of significance ( α) 0.000 < 0.05, which means the hypothesis is accepted, namely that training and achievement simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Prima Indonesia Logistics

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Ethical Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia (MTKI). Data collection methods involved distributing a Google Form questionnaire to a sample of 55 employee respondents. The analysis used includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and MRA tests. Based on the research results, Ethical Leadership partially has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a t-value > t-table (7.414 > 1.673) and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Organizational Commitment partially has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a t-value > t-table (3.747 > 1.673) and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The contribution of Ethical Leadership and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance is 82%, while the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables outside of this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the influence of brand image and product design on the purchasing decisions of Bata Shoes products in Medan, both partially and simultaneously. The population for this study consists of the average customers of Bata Shoes at Ringroad Medan. The sampling method used is Accidental Sampling, a technique where the sample is determined based on chance encounters. The author selected a sample of 120 customers of Bata Shoes Ringroad. The study results indicate a positive and significant influence of brand image on the purchasing decisions of Bata Shoes products, as evidenced by a t-value of 4.897, which is greater than the critical t-value of 1.980 (p-value = 0.000), where the significance level is less than α = 0.05. Similarly, there is a positive and significant influence of product design on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 4.619, also greater than the critical t-value of 1.980 (p-value = 0.000), where the significance level is less than α = 0.05. Simultaneously, it was found that there is a positive and significant influence of both brand image and product design on the purchasing decisions of Bata Shoes products, as indicated by an F-value of 35.656, which is greater than the critical F-value of 3.07, with a p-value of 0.000, which is less than α = 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the R² value is 0.379, meaning that 37.9% of the factors affecting purchasing decisions can be explained by brand image and product design, while the remaining 62.1% can be attributed to other factors not examined in this study
