Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika melalui implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis proyek yaitu project based learning (PjBL) pada peserta didik kelas 5. Model PjBL adalah model pembelajaran yang bersifat kontekstual dengan menggunakan proyek sebagai media sehingga diharapkan dapat merubah cara belajar peserta didik secara mandiri dengan meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan action research (penelitian tindakan kelas) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Model pembelajaran ini  dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah; merancang pertanyaan yang mendasar, menyusun rencana membuat perencanaan proyek, menjalankan kegiatan proyek, memantau perkembangan proyek, membuat penilaian terhadap proyek, mengevaluasi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran PjBL telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika peserta didik sebesar 8% yaitu 75% ada siklus 1 dan meningkat 83% pada siklus 2. Oleh karena itu, project based learning disarankan untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran matematika.Abstract:This study aims to improve the motivation to learn mathematics through the application of project based learning (PjBL) models for the fifth grade students. The PjBL learning model is a contextual learning model using projects as media so that it is expected to change the way students learn independently by increasing the learning motivation and creativity of students. This research is an action research which consists of two cycles. The results showed that the PjBL learning model was carried out by steps; a) find basic questions, b) compile project plans, c) compile and carry out project activities, d) monitor project progress, e) assess project outcomes, f) evaluate experience. In this study it was found that the PjBL model has been shown to increase mathematics learning motivation by 8%, 75% in cycle 1 and increased 83% in cycle 2. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of project based learning can increase motivation to learn mathematics. Therefore, project based learning is recommended to be applied in mathematics learning.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research uses the Kemmis and Taggart designs which consist of 2 cycles. Each cycle has a stage of planning, implementation and observation, as well as reflection that aims to improve motivation and learning outcomes in theme 3 of the sub-theme 2 of the IPA content using the learning model make a macth. The subjects of the study were 4th grade students at SD Negeri Noborejo 01 Salatiga with a total of 34 students. The criteria for success are 80% of students and minimum learning motivation in enough categories. The results of the study show that the learning model using a method can increase the percentage of learning motivation. This can be seen from the percentage of pre cycle 1.92 (47.89%) cycle I 2.62 (64.60%) cycle II 3.52 (91.15%). increasing motivation to learn also has an impact on improving learning outcomes, namely Pre-cycle 51.3 first cycle 75.59, Cycle II 86.4. Thus the model of making a study not only increased learning motivation but also the learning outcomes of science content on 4th grade students at SDN Noborejo 01 Salatiga.

Abstract

Scientific attitudes are considereble aspect to observe in science learning. This study aimed to analyze students' scientific attitudes. In accordance with this aim, the students’ and teachers’ perceptions were recorded. This study was conducted in Junior High School 8 Salatiga. The sample of this research was 33 students and four science teachers. Furthermore, the quantitative data of scientific attitudes were collected using a questionnaire which than were analyzed using mean score. Meanwhile, the qualitative data of students' scientific attitudes and perceptions were collected by interviewing students and teachers. The results of the study showed that the scientific attitudes were catagorized in the range of mean score from 3.2 to 4.7. In addition, the students and teachers showed positive perceptions. To sum up, the green garden-based education could be an alternative model in science learning.

Abstract

This study aims to improve vocabulary mastery using the TPR method with charade games media. Type of this research is Classroom Action Research. There were 26 students in grade 3 of SD Negeri Pabelan 1 studied. The research instruments used were teacher observation sheets and residuals, as well as structured tests. The results showed that there was an increase in the activities of teachers and students from cycle I and cycle II by applying the TPR method with an average score of teacher activity not experiencing an increase or a decrease of 10 with a percentage of 100%, both in cycle I and cycle II. The average score of student activity has increased, in the first cycle the average score of student activity was 25.5 with a percentage of 63.75%, then in the second cycle the average score increased to 36 with a percentage of 90%. While the completeness of vocabulary mastery in the first cycle of students who reached KKM (minimum passing grade) amounted to 17 students or 65% then increased in the second cycle which reached KKM of 24 students or 93%. Thus, the TPR method with charade games media can improve student vocabulary

Abstract

This study aims to develop IPS learning media in the form of interactive multimedia and test the feasibility of interactive multimedia learning media that has been developed. This type of research is research and development (R & D) which refers to the model developed by Borg and Gall. The results showed the feasibility of interactive multimedia aspects of the media of 4.00, material aspects of 3.23, and language aspects of 4.11. In a limited trial of student questionnaire results showed the feasibility of 4.34 and teacher questionnaires of 4.70. While the questionnaire results of students on a wide test show the feasibility of 4.44. Based on the result of a series of feasibility test process, interactive multimedia developed feasible to be used in IPS learning. Keywords: Development, Interactive Multimedia, IPS

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi salah satu tonggak dasar pengendalian pola perkembangan era global. Biologisebagai bagian dari sains harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman tanpa meninggalkan hakikat sains. Namun kenyataannya guru dan siswa cenderung fokus pada pencapaian nilai kognitif yang tinggi dibandingkan keterampilan sains. Solusi pembelajaran dengan mengembangkan modul berbasis Home Science Process Skill (HSPS) yang merupakan pengorganisasian materi pembelajaran yang mengembangkan keterampilan proses sains berbasis kehidupan sehari-hari (daily life) dan dapatdilakukan oleh siswa di rumah dengan bimbingan guru. Pengembangan modul pembelajaran telahmendapatkan respon positif dari ahli dan juga siswa dengan kriteria valid tanpa revisi. Keterampilanproses sains berhasil meningkat dari 71,31% menjadi 78,77%. Keunggulan pembelajaran ini adalah:adanya peran teknologi informasi, peran orang tua, sumber belajar variatif, kontekstual, berbasisproyek, siswa mengembangkan produk nyata.Kata kunci: modul pembelajaran biologi, home science process skill dipadukan blended learning, keterampilan proses sains

Abstract

Sekolah merupakan pondasi yang kokoh untuk membangun bangsa, namun berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di sekolah terkadang menghambat peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Besarnya jumlah penduduk Indonesia dan rendahnya tingkat pendapatan menjadi salah satu penyebab lemahnya pondasi pendidikan. Pemerintah mencanangkan program sekolah gratis yang diimplementasikan oleh beberapa sekolah di Jawa Tengah dan khususnya di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Keunikan permasalahan sekolah yang membutuhkan penyelesaian tidak hanya masalah finansial menjadikan analisis kualitas pendidikan menjadi sangat diperlukan sebelum sebuah sekolah mendapatkan bantuan ataupun pendampingan. SMA Negeri 1 Weru menjadi salah satu penerima dana sekolah gratis Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Ditinjau dari beberapa indikator kebijakan dan kualitas pendidikan, sekolah ini menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan namun belum mampu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Ditemukan fakta bahwa pola komunikasi antara pemberi kebijakan dengan pelaksana mampu membuat perbedaan pelaksanaan program yang semula direncanakan. Beberapa fakta dan solusi dipaparkan terkait program sekolah gratis, pengelolaan sekolah dan target pengembangannya ke depan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa penerapan model DL dapat memperbaiki proses dan hasil belajar muatan ipa tema 4. Pada siklus I, persentase ketercapaian aktivitas guru sebesar 86% yang kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 98% dan ketercapaian aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 81,3% yang kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 94%. Peningkatan hasil belajar muatan IPA dilihat dari aspek kognitif persentase ketuntasan untuk siklus I mencapai 73,5% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100%.  Abstract:  This research is a classroom action research (PTK). This study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The conclusion of the research is that the application of DL model can improve the process and learning result of the content of ipa theme 4. In cycle I, the percentage of teacher activity achievement is 86% which then increase in cycle II to 98% and the achievement of student activity in cycle I is 81.3 % which then increased in cycle II to 94%. Increasing the learning outcomes of IPA payloads seen from the cognitive aspects of the percentage of completeness for the cycle I reached 73.5% and increased in cycle II to 100%.

Pada siklus I, persentase ketercapaian aktivitas guru sebesar 81% yang kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 92% dan ketercapaian aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 82,67% yang kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 93,33%. Peningkatan hasil belajar matematika dilihat dari aspek kognitif persentase ketuntasan untuk siklus I mencapai 64,29% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 83,33%. Abstract:  This research is a classroom action research (PTK). The result of this research is that the application of PBL model assisted by media of problem card can improve the process and result of learning mathematics. In cycle I, the percentage of achievement of teacher activity was 81% which then increased in cycle II to 92% and the achievement of student activity in cycle I was 82.67% which then increased in cycle II to 93,33%. Improvement of learning mathematic content is seen from the cognitive aspect of the percentage of completeness for cycle I reaches 64.29% and increases in cycle II to 83.33%.

Abstract

The classroom action research using Kemmis and Taggart model which through 2 cycles, every cycle passing through planning, action-observation, and reflection which aim to see improvement of process and learning outcomes on theme 8 mathematics content using Meaningful Instructional Design (MID). Improved processes are divided into teacher activities and student activities. The subjects of the study were 2nd grade students of SDN Mangunsari 01 with 30 students. The success criteria is ≥75 and 80% of the total studentsare classical, and the learning process is at least good. The research suggerts that: (1) MID learning model can improve the score of learning process. This is seen from the score of teacher activity and student activity cycle I, cycle II. The score of teacher activity in cycle I was 2.94 or 73.5% and 3.68 or 92% in cycle II. While the score of student activity on the first cycle of 2.59 or 64.7% and 3.48 or 87% in cycle II. (2) Improvement of the process impact on improving learning outcomes, seen from the learning completeness in the first cycle of 53.33% or 16 students and cycle II increased to 83% or 25 students. Thus the MID model to improve processes and learning outcomesof mathematics load on 2nd grade students of SDN Mangunsari 01.
