Abstract

Agar dunia usaha dapat bertahan di era globalisasi, permasalahan sumber daya manusia tetap menjadi sorotan dan pusat perhatian masyarakat. Setiap tindakan bisnis melibatkan sumber daya manusia dalam kapasitas tertentu. Sumber daya manusia yang kompeten diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, yang pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana kompetensi sumber daya manusia—yang meliputi displin kerja, movitasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Anggela, 2025.” The Relationship Between Parental Attention and Student Learning Motivation of Grade IV SDN 16 Koto Baru”. Thesis. Dharmasraya: Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Dharmas Indonesia University. This study was motivated by parental attention to student learning motivation at SDN 16 Koto Baru, causing students to be less motivated in learning. Efforts made to motivate students to learn require attention from parents and interesting learning carried out by teachers at school. This type of research is a quantitative approach research using a correlational method. The results of the study of data analysis techniques of parental attention with student learning motivation obtained a normality test value of 0.915, meaning that the value is greater than 0.05 so that the value is normally distributed, a simple linear regression test of the correlation value between variables (R) which is 0.587 obtained a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.345, meaning that the influence of the variable of parental attention with student learning motivation is 34.5%. Hypothesis test correlation number of 0.587 t value 3.973 with sig (P) = 0.000 significant level p <0.05 (Very significant). It can be concluded that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, meaning the hypothesis that states that there is a relationship between parental attention and student learning motivation, the higher the parental attention, the higher the student's learning motivation. The coefficient of determination/effective contribution of R ^ 234.5% means that the research variable of parents provides an effective contribution coefficient with student learning motivation of 34.5% while 74.5% comes from other variables.

Abstract

Peer interaction plays an important role in shaping students' learning interest. This study was motivated by differences in students' learning interest between morning and afternoon sessions, particularly concerning the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an extracurricular activity, which is not mandatory. In Grade IV SDN 14 Koto Baru, some students participate while others do not, leading to a decline in learning interest among those whose friends are absent from the classroom.This research aims to analyze the relationship between peer interaction and students' learning interest using a quantitative correlational method. The population and sample consist of 30 students using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documents, tested for validity with 16 items per variable, and reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha (0.760 for peer interaction and 0.691 for learning interest). Normality tests using Shapiro-Wilk show normal distribution (0.632 and 0.078). Linearity testing resulted in 0.237, indicating a linear relationship. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression shows a significance value of 0.006 (<0.05), confirming that peer interaction influences students' learning interest. The effective contribution of peer interaction is 23.7%, while 76.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Writing narrative paragraphs poses challenges for EFL learners due to the demands of grammatical accuracy, coherence, and narrative flow. This study aims to analyze error types, identify their causes, and evaluate the writing flow in narrative paragraphs produced by first-semester English Education students at the University of Mataram, academic year 2024/2025. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected from 15 student writings and interviews with selected participants. The findings reveal that addition and misformation errors were the most frequent, followed by omission and misordering. The primary causes of errors stemmed from first language interference and direct translation, with carelessness contributing in some cases. In terms of writing flow, most students used transition signals and compound sentences effectively, yet struggled with proper comma usage. These results highlight the need for explicit instruction on narrative structure and focused feedback to enhance academic writing proficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Wordwall dalam meningkatkan kosakata bahasa Inggris, terutama kata sifat, di kalangan siswa kelas tujuh di SMP IT Abata Lombok pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya kosakata siswa, yang memengaruhi kemampuan mereka untuk memahami teks dan berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimental one-group pre-test and post-test. Sampelnya adalah 27 siswa kelas tujuh yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes kosakata pre-test dan post-test yang terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS melalui uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data terdistribusi normal, uji homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa variansnya homogen, dan uji-t sampel berpasangan memperoleh nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, hipotesis nol (H?) ditolak sementara hipotesis alternatif (H?) diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kosakata siswa meningkat secara signifikan setelah menggunakan Wordwall, dengan skor rata-rata pra-tes sebesar 45,93, meningkat menjadi 87,96 pada pasca-tes. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru bahasa Inggris memanfaatkan Wordwall sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif seperti permainan Wordwall dengan kuis, permainan mencocokkan, dan anagram untuk meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan hasil belajar siswa.

Dharmasraya: Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program, Dharmas University, Indonesia. This research is motivated by the importance of the teacher's role in shaping the character of early childhood through appropriate learning methods, one of which is storytelling Character building in early childhood is a crucial aspect that supports children's holistic development. Early childhood is a golden period during which moral and social values begin to take root. Teachers play a strategic role in instilling these character values through various learning methods suited to children's developmental stages, one of which is storytelling. Storytelling serves not only as an entertaining learning medium but also as a tool that conveys moral messages capable of shaping children's positive attitudes and behavior. At PAUD Insan Cendekia. This study aims to describe the role of teachers in shaping the character of early childhood through storytelling methods at PAUD Insan Cendekia. Character education is a vital foundation in a child's development, especially during early childhood, which is a golden period for personality formation. The storytelling method was chosen for its strong appeal to children and its effectiveness in conveying moral values in an enjoyable and understandable way. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that teachers play a central role as educators, storytellers, and role models in instilling character values such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, and cooperation. Through engaging and interactive storytelling, teachers are able to build emotional closeness and internalize positive values in children's daily lives. In conclusion, storytelling is an effective strategy to support the teacher's role in shaping children's character from an early age.

Abstract

Drug abuse occurs because of promiscuity and lack of education about the dangers of drug use. The increasing cases of drug abuse that occur in the community make it quite difficult for the government to overcome this. Therefore, the existence of a drug-free or shining program will certainly have an effectiveness that aims to provide education to the community, especially the younger generation about the dangers and impacts of drug abuse. The method used in this program is through socialization activities using participatory methods, lectures and discussions. The process of this socialization activity was in the form of delivering material from the sources of the City National Narcotics Agency and continued with discussion activities. The results of this program are useful for making the younger generation as pioneers of the nation's successor to be clean from drugs.
