Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya perkembangan kognitif dan perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 Tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak. Faktor penyebab rendahnya aspek perkembangan kognitif dan perkembangan bahasa anak adalah masih terbatas dan kurang bervariasinya dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan media video pembelajaran terhadap perkembangan kognitif dan perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 Tahun di jenjang taman kanak-kanak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang dilakukan adalah eksperiemen deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian True Experimental Design jenis Post-test-only Control Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelas ibnu rusyd dan kelas ibnu khaldun dengan jumlah 40 orang anak. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengambilan data dengan lembar pengamatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Independent Sample t-test SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh uang signifikan penggunaan media video pembelajaran terhadap perkembangan kognitif dan perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 Tahun di taman kanak-kanak dengan taraf signifikan 0,000<00,5 artinya HO ditolak Ha diterima.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a common health problem in women and causes a high mortality rate. Cancer cells can grow and metastasize to other organs and related to estrogen and estrogen receptor alpha (ERα). The search for plant-based bioactive compounds that are antagonistic to ERα is currently being carried out using an in silico approach. Lunasia amara blanco is a medicinal plant that contains quinolone alkaloid compounds and has been known to inhibit DNA Topoisomerase II. This study aims to predict the interaction of lunacrine, graveoline, lunine, lunacridine, and lumarine compounds on the estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) (PDB 1SJ0) by in silico method. Docking will be done with PyRex 0.8 and the result visualization will be done with the BIOVIA Discovery Studio Visualizer. Base on the results of molecular docking, graveoline and lunine compounds have bond energies of -8.4 and -8.0 kcal/mol, approaching the native ligan of tamoxifen, which is -9.7 kcal/mol. The type of interaction with amino acids affects the bond energy. The amino acid residues that formed interactions with all the test compounds were Ala350, Leu387, Met388, Phe404, and Ile424. The stability of the binding of tamoxifen and graveoline is also thought to be due to the amino acids Asp351 and Cys530. The interaction of the two amino acids is not found in other compounds and the interactions formed are in the form of hydrogen bonds or hydrophobicity. Lunamarine has the lowest bond energy and make interactions with different amino acids

Abstract

This research was motivated by the technological advances used since Covid-19 that were still used to evaluate student learning outcomes in the Midterm Assessment at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Tegal. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the Google Forms application in the implementation of online-based Midterm Assessment (PTS) at MAN 1 Tegal. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach descriptive and qualitative methods. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique, namely students of XII MIPA 4 and XII MIPA 6 classes, two teachers involved in the implementation of PTS, and the Head of Madrasah Curriculum. The data collection tools used include: questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis was carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques by converting qualitative assessments into quantitative assessments with the percentage formula. The results showed that the use of Google Forms as an online PTS platform provided convenience in organizing exams, increasing time efficiency, and minimizing technical errors in question distribution. In addition, most students consider Google Forms easy to access and use, although there are some obstacles related to internet connection and validity of exam results. Overall, the Google Forms application is considered effective in supporting the implementation of the online-based PTS.

Abstract

Leadership style is a major factor that greatly influences the dynamics and performance of an organization. This article will explore in depth the importance of leadership style in organizational behavior. Through a conceptual analysis supported by various literature reviews, this article will explain how leadership style impacts job satisfaction, productivity, innovation, and organizational culture. In addition, this paper will also highlight the impact of leadership style on overall organizational success. The leadership style applied by a leader can affect various aspects of an organization, including work culture, employee motivation, and overall organizational effectiveness and performance. This article aims to explore the importance of leadership styles in organizational behavior through a literature review and conceptual analysis. The main focus is to identify various leadership styles, analyze their influence on organizational behavior, and provide recommendations for effective integration between leadership and organizational behavior

Abstract

The introduction of professions to children helps children recognize professions that are around, develop thinking skills, and help children prepare for their future. The introduction of professions can be done using Pop Up Book media because of its unique and interesting shape when opened. The type of research is development research using the ADDIE development model.. Data collection used in this research is observation and questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of this study are based on validity tests, practicality tests and effectiveness tests. The results of the media validator analysis obtained a score of 100% with a very valid category, the material expert scored 94% with a very valid category, and the linguist validator obtained 89% with a very valid category. Practicality test with 1 teacher scored 88% with a very practical category. effectiveness test tested 15 children with a score of 93% with a practical category with an average achievement in the emerging category. Thus pop up book media for the introduction of professions is effective and can be used by teachers and children in Bakti 53 Koto Salak Islamic Kindergarten, Dharmasraya Regency.

Abstract

Abstract: Vocabulary plays a crucial role in English language acquisition, serving as the foundation for developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. This study investigates the effectiveness of the semantic mapping technique in improving vocabulary learning and retention among seventh-grade students at SMPN 2 Sakra Timur. This study employs a pre-experimental design, The study involves a single experimental group of 30 students who underwent pre-test, post-test, and delayed post-test assessments. Data were analyzed using Repeated Measures ANCOVA to find out significant differences across testing phases. The results indicate that the semantic mapping technique significantly improved students' vocabulary learning, as evidenced by a substantial increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores (p = 0.007, n = 0.235). However, the technique did not significantly improve students' retention, as evidenced by the non-significant interaction between time and pre-test scores (p = 0,137, n = 0.077). These findings suggest that while semantic mapping is effective in facilitating initial vocabulary learning, its impact on long-term retention remains limited.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis peran guru dalam mengembangkan peran sosial anak usia dini di TAMAN KANAK-KANAK Islam Bakti 95 Pulau Mainan, Kabupaten Dharmasraya, Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, mengaplikasikan teknik triangulasi data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian melibaTaman Kanak-kanakan guru dan kepala sekolah sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan signifikan dalam membentuk kemampuan sosial anak melalui strategi pembiasaan, seperti menyapa, bekerja sama, berbagi, dan empati. Proses ini dilakukan dalam lingkungan yang kondusif, dengan interaksi langsung antara guru dan anak, serta melalui kegiatan kelompok yang dirancang untuk merangsang interaksi sosial Dokumentasi pembelajaran harian mencatat bahwa aspek sosial menjadi bagian integral dari tujuan pembelajaran. Analisis triangulasi data mengungkapkan bahwa peran guru sebagai model sosial, pembimbing, dan mediator efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan sosial anak. Temuan ini sejalan dengan teori perkembangan sosial Hurlock, Erikson, dan Vygotsky, yang menekankan pentingnya interaksi sosial dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar guru terus mengembangkan kompetensi dalam menciptakan lingkungan sosial yang mendukung, serta melibaTaman Kanak-kanakan orang tua dalam proses pengembangan sosial anak. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkaTaman Kanak-kanakan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini, khususnya dalam aspek sosial di TAMAN KANAK-KANAK Islam Bakti 95 Pulau Mainan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Sungai Baungbertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan akses terhadap keadilan bagi masyarakat. Melalui serangkaian kegiatan, termasuk survei awal, penyuluhanhukum, pendampingan, dan evaluasi, program ini berhasil memberikanpemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai isu-isu hukum yang relevan seperti legalitas usaha dan pendaftaran tanah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatansignifikan dalam pengetahuan hukum masyarakat dan partisipasi aktif dalamproses hukum. Dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap tahap kegiatan, perguruan tinggi berfungsi sebagai agen perubahan sosial yang efektif, berkontribusi pada pembangunan hukum yang lebih baik dan menciptakanmasyarakat yang lebih berdaya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the changes in digital consumer behavior in the context of e-commerce business until 2024. Through a qualitative approach with a focus on literature studies, the analysis identifies factors that influence changes in digital consumer behavior, including increased online shopping activities, shifting purchasing preferences, the use of mobile devices, digital payment trends, data security and privacy, and the influence of social, cultural, and new technological factors. The analysis shows that consumers are increasingly demanding better user experience, flexibility in payment methods, and guaranteed data security and privacy. Meanwhile, new technologies such as artificial intelligence and collaboration with influencers also play an important role in influencing consumer behavior. Thus, the proposed suggestions include improving user experience, flexibility in payment methods, investment in new technologies, collaboration with influencers, and prioritizing data security and privacy. It is hoped that the results of this study can help e-commerce businesses to better understand the changes in digital consumer behavior and develop effective strategies in dealing with them.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the correlation between students' reading habits and motivation toward their reading comprehension at SMPN 13 Mataram, specifically among eighth-grade students. The number of samples were 32 participants at the eighth grade SMPN 13 Mataram selected using cluster sampling. This study was conducted using a quantitative method and a correlational research design by using product-moment coefficient correlation analysis. The research employed a correlational method, utilizing questionnaires and tests as data collection tools implemented with IBM SPSS 27. The findings revealed significant correlations between reading habits, reading motivation toward their reading comprehension among eighth-grade students at SMPN 13 Mataram. The statistical analysis shows the following correlation coefficients: Reading habits and reading comprehension: 0.118, with a significance value less than 0.05.  Reading motivation and reading comprehension:0.99, with a significance value less than 0.05.  Reading habits and reading motivation toward their reading comprehension: 0.037, with a significance value less than 0.05. Since all correlations are statistically significant (p < 0.05), the alternate hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This indicates that there are significant correlations between reading habits, reading motivation, and reading comprehension.
