Abstract

This research was used to measure the influence of internal communication, situational leadership and job satisfaction on the job satisfaction of Golden City Bekasi employees. This research uses quantitative research with a quantitative cross-sectional approach. The objects used in this research are Golden City Bekasi employees. The sample used in this research used a purposive sampling technique with the number of samples used in this research being 123 respondents. The analysis method uses outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results of the research that has been carried out show that: 1). Internal Communication has no effect on Employee Performance, with the overall results showing that the internal communication indicator has no effect, namely the lowest indicator of internal communication (X1.1).2). Situational Leadership has no effect on Employee Performance, with the overall results showing that the situational leadership indicators have no effect, namely from indicators (X2.4) and 3). Job satisfaction influences employee performance with the overall results showing that job satisfaction indicators play an important role in employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, workload and work environment on employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The object of this research is 126 employees of PT XYZ. The data analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT XYZ employees with an original sample value of 0.464 and T-Statistic 7.416> 1.96. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT XYZ with an original sample value of 0.228 and T-Statistic 3.892> 1.96. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT XYZ employees with an original sample value of 0.323 and a T-Statistic of 6.163> 1.96.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Perwakilan Provinsi XYZ. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 199 responden. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 133 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Smart Pls 4.1.0.3. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1.) Lingkungan Kerja memegang pengaruh negatif serta tidak signifikan atas kinerja pegawai (2.) Motivasi Kerja memegang pengaruh negatif serta tidak signifikan atas kinerja pegawai. (3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif serta signifikan atas Kinerja Pegawai (4.) Kinerja Pegawai sebagai variabel dependen juga dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh lingkungan kerja dengan hasil koefisien determinasi yang didapat dari nilai R-Square Adjusted yakni 0,580 maupun 58%. Maknanya dinyatakan moderat serta Disiplin Kerja mampu mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of technology orientation and customer orientation on the product innovation of Food Halal MSMEs in North of Bekasi. This research uses quantitative methods and statistical analysis tools in the form of smartpls 4.0. This study used a Food and Baverage Halal MSMEs in North of Bekasi for a unit analysis. Sampling technique in this research with insidental sampling as 83 MSMEs. The results of this study found that there was an influence of customer orientation on product innovation but the different result fot technology orientation and entrepreneurial orientation are not infulnce and siginicant on product innovation. This research focuses on the MSMEs in North of Bekasi. In addition, the focus of this research is on the Halal food. The novelty in this study is that apart from the object of research, it is also a research model that has never been studied before.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antar variabel Electronic Word of Mouth (e- WOM) dan Social Media Marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli akomodasi tiket.com di Jabodetabek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana dengan melakukan teknik accidental sampling sebagai cara pengambilan sampel. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 90 responden sebagai sampel, dimana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen akomodasi tiket.com di Jabodetabek. Hasil temuan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa: 1) Electronic Word of Mouth (e- WOM) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian, 2) Electronic Word of Mouth (e- WOM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, 3) Minat Beli berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, 4) Social Media Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, 5) Social Media Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, 6) Minat Beli secara signifikan tidak mampu memediasi Electronic Word of Mouth (e- WOM) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, 7) Minat Beli secara signifikan mampu memediasi Social Media Marketing terhadap Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This research uses data from transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 ~ 2020. The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Profitability (Return on Assets), Leverage (Debt to Assets Ratio) , and Operational Efficiency Ratio to Financial Distress. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Statistics Version 25. The research findings show that the Current Ratio partially has a significant and positive effect on financial distress. ROA partially has a significant and positive effect on Financial Distress. The Debt to Assets Ratio partially has a significant and negative effect on Financial Distress, and the Operating Efficacy Ratio partially has no effect on Financial Distress. Simultaneously the Current Ratio, Return on Assets, Debt to Assets Ratio, and Operational Efficiency Ratio have a significant and positive effect.   The limitation of this research is that it does not include good corporate governance variables, company size to provide a more accurate picture or model.  The practical implications of this research are that companies must optimize and maximize the management of current assets, current liabilities, total assets, total debt and operational costs to generate good profits.

Abstract

Indonesia Stock Exchange during the COVID-19 pandemic and the transition to the New Normal era. The pandemic significantly impacted this sector, particularly by reducing revenue and profitability. This study aims to compare the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) between these two periods. A quantitative approach with a comparative analysis method was employed. The data were obtained from the financial statements of transportation sector companies for the 2019–2020 and 2022–2023 periods. Statistical analyses, including normality assessment, descriptive statistics, and hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample T-test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, were performed. The results indicate that only ROA showed a significant difference (p < 0.05), with profitability increasing after the pandemic. In contrast, CR (p > 0.05), DER (p > 0.05), and TATO (p > 0.05) did not exhibit significant differences. These findings suggest that the transition to the New Normal era positively impacted profitability but had no significant effect on liquidity, capital structure, or asset efficiency. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of the work environment, workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Paparti Pertama. The population in this research were employees of PT. Paparti Pertama, with a total sample 70 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique using the slovin formula. The data collection method uses quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analyze and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the t test, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, workload has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Then based on the f test, the work environment, workload, and work motivation influence employee performance.

Abstract

Developments in digital technology have changed the marketing landscape, creating new opportunities for brands to reach consumers more effectively. Erigo, as an Indonesian fashion brand that continues to grow, utilizes modern marketing strategies such as Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM), Social Media Marketing, and Brand Ambassador to attract the attention of the younger generation. This research aims to: (1) analyze the influence of eWOM on Erigo product purchasing decisions, (2) evaluate the influence of Social Media Marketing on Erigo product purchasing decisions, (3) identify the influence of Brand Ambassadors on Erigo product purchasing decisions, and (4) explore the influence a combination of these three strategies on purchasing decisions. The research used quantitative methods with data collected through online questionnaires from 171 respondents from the 2021 Management Study Program students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The research results show that eWOM builds consumer trust through positive reviews, Social Media Marketing strengthens consumer emotional involvement, and Brand Ambassadors create a positive image that influences loyalty. Collectively, these three strategies have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Erigo products. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating digital strategies and personalization in building consumer relationships in the modern era. These findings provide strategic insights for fashion brands and other industry players who want to leverage digital marketing to increase competitiveness

Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan memiliki populasi sebanyak 114 responden. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel slovin sebanyak 114 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. untuk menghasilkan hasil penelitian hipotesis dan validitas data. 1. bahwa Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja ditolak; 2. Bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja diterima; 3. Bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja diterima.; 4. Bahwa Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan diterima 5. Bahwa Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan maka ditolak.; 6. Bahwa Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan maka ditolak.; 7. Bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan diterima.; 8. Bahwa Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel mediating. Keterbatasan ini yaitu objek penelitian yang dilakukan oleh karyawan PT. Inti Pantja Press Industri, sehingga dapat dijadikan saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya.
