Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the income of the milkfish cracker home industry by fisherwomen in Kalanganyar Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method of implementing the activity uses counseling sessions, training, and practice. The counseling materials are (1) the importance of developing a variety of quality crackers to increase sales volume, (2) the importance of making attractive and hygienic packaging for marketing milkfish cracker products. At the same time, the training material is making hygienic cracker dough with variations in original and spicy flavors. The application of appropriate technology was an electric machine for cutting cylindrical cracker dough. While the online marketing tool developed is Instagram. The conclusions of this activity are (1) training in making hygienic cracker dough with a variety of flavors, (2) improving marketing channel strategies, (3) redesigning product brands, (4) increasing production capacity.

Abstract

Sentra Ikan Bulak (SIB) adalah fasilitas yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya guna memfasilitasi pemasaran hasil olahan laut yang ada di Kecamatan Bulak. Akan tetapi, minat pedagang untuk menempati SIB masih rendah, khususnya pedagang ikan asap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini  untuk menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan dalam pemilihan lokasi usaha di sekitar jalan Pantai Kenjeran, Kecamatan Bulak, Kota Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 faktor yang paling dominan dalam pemilihan lokasi usaha yaitu: (1) Aksesibilitas dan fasilitas, (2) lalu lintas. Faktor yang paling dominan dalam pemilihan lokasi usaha bagi pedagang ikan asap di sekitar jalan Pantai Kenjeran adalah aksesibilitas dan fasilitas (47,416%)

Abstract

Tutur District is the center of Robusta coffee production in Pasuruan Regency. Robusta coffee supply chain management activities in Tutur District are generally very interesting for in-depth exploration and study. Robusta coffee supply chain management activities by robusta coffee farmer groups have various paths. In addition, it is suspected that there are variations in the production scale of Robusta coffee commodities, so that they have different marketing channels according to the demand and limited supply of Robusta coffee. In this study, the population selected were 7 robusta coffee farmer groups and the sample used was 35 coffee farmers. This research uses purposive sampling method. Robusta coffee supply chain performance is measured using the Food Supply Chain Network approach. The analytical method used is marketing margin and farmer's share. Based on the research results, it is known that the condition of the robusta coffee supply chain runs smoothly and the robusta coffee marketing channel shows that the marketing margin with low value is in marketing channel 1 but has a high level of farmer's share value.

Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas primer dari sektor perkebunan yang menjadi andalan di Indonesia. Melimpahnya kopi di Indonesia menjadikan Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara pengekspor kopi terbesar di dunia dan hal ini dapat berdampak positif bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing ekspor kopi Indonesia di pasar internasional. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode studi literature dengan data ekspor kopi Indonesia tahun 2010 hingga 2019 yang ditunjang dengan literatur lain seperti artikel ilmiah dan website yang relevan dengan penelitian, untuk dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) dan Comparative Export Performance (CEP). Temuan pada penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa kopi Indonesia Indonesia telah memiliki keunggulan komparatif yang diidentifikasi dari rerata nilai RCA sebesar 5,7, namun hal ini masih jauh lebih rendah dari negara pengekspor kopi lain seperti Kolombia, Brazil dan Vietnam yang dikarenakan rendahnya kualitas kopi yang dihasilkan, kualitas SDM, serta peran pemerintah yang perlu ditingkatkan. Nilai CEP kopi Indonesia diketahui memiliki rerata 1,7 yang juga menempati urutan terendah, karena belum adanya spesialisasi kopi yang diekspor dari Indonesia ke pasar internasional. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan adalah upaya peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas kopi, termasuk adanya spesialisasi kopi, penguatan SDM dan pembuatan kebijakan yang mendukung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate hydroponic training so that the benefits and results of the analysis of the success of this hydroponic training program are known. Sampling from a population that is in accordance with the evaluation of hydroponic training by means of a census on all populations of training participants according to the field that we sample. The analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis, which aims to get a true picture of an object and test the truth of an opinion. The hydroponic training scoring system is based on a Likert scale rating, with 5 answer choices. From the results of the evaluation of the implementation, the results obtained with good criteria of 94.12% and very good at 5.88%. The conclusion of this study shows that this hydroponic training is very useful and supports the urban farming program in Surabaya.

Abstract

Marketing communication strategies through labeling and packaging of processed food products are very important in improving the quality of the product results. Therefore, it needs special attention from various parties, from the government, private sector, and universities. Coastal communities are often associated with poor people who have complex problems. Besides being economically poor, they are socially marginalized, and forgotten in function and dignity. Furthermore, the education level of coastal communities is mostly still low. It is an ironic thing as education is essential because, with empowerment, the community will increase the capacity of individuals and groups. One of the coastal communities in Sidoarjo District is the fishing community in Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Sub-district, Sidoarjo District. One of the solutions to increase the income of fishermen's families is the participation of women in the fishing industry is seeking additional income. Therefore, clam meatballs in this village have the potentials to be developed. Still, due to limited human resources capabilities, especially knowledge in creating and developing home industry and marketing businesses, the clam meatballs home industry business in Buru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Sub-district, Sidoarjo District cannot grow well, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Coffee is currently experiencing a rapid development. This condition is indicated by the existence of café or coffee shop in almost every location. It will create increasingly fierce competitions among coffee business owners, with various strategies that will be applied to win the competition. Mixed marketing is ​​one strategy that is often applied to run the business in order to win the competition. The mixed marketing is ​​a part of marketing that is used by a company so that the target can be achieved properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of mixed marketing strategy on coffee consumer satisfaction at Cafe De Tropodo Sidoarjo. The number of respondents in this study were 75 cafe visitors, who were selected by chance (accidental sampling), and the data obtained were analyzed using SEM PLS 6.0. The results showed that the 7 P's mixed marketing (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process) had a significant positive effect on coffee consumer satisfaction in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Produk cascara di CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada sulit berkembang karena belum banyak dikenal masyarakat dan inovasi dari produk ini masih minim terutama dalam pengemasan yang hanya menggunaka plastik pouch, sehingga tampilannya kurang menarik konsumen. Tujuan riset ini untuk memformulasikan alternatif strategi pengembangan usaha cascara di CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada yang unggul dan tepat dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Lokasi riset ditentukan dengan sengaja di CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada. Metode riset menggunakan analisis matriks IFE, matriks EFE, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil riset memperlihatkan analisis data pada analisis matriks IFE didapatkan skor untuk faktor kekuatan sebesar 1,80 dan skor faktor kelemahan sebesar 1,71. Sedangkan pada analisis matriks EFE didapatkan skor untuk faktor peluang sebesar 1,54, dan skor faktor ancaman sebesar 2,09. Hasil analisis matriks SWOT menempatkan usaha cascara di CV. Kopi Citarasa Persada berada pada kuadran II dan strategi yang harus diterapkan adalah mengoptimalkan kapasitas produksi untuk membuat produk yang lebih inovatif, mempertahankan bahan baku yang berkualitas untuk menjaga kualitas produk cascara, dan menggunakan marketplace untuk memperluas pasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing channels and added value of Robusta coffee in Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency, East Java. The location determination is determined by purposive, where the location selection is made on a group of subjects based on the characteristics and characteristics of the production that have been previously known. Wonosalam Subdistrict, Jombang District, East Java To find out how many marketing channels there are and the amount of added value obtained from coffee processing, the Hayami method is used. The results of the study indicate that there are five marketing channels in Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. While the margin obtained from the analysis of the added value of pure powder is Rp. 198,000, - from raw materials, the amount of margin will be distributed to production factors, consisting of 38.83% for labor income and 22.72% for other input contributions, and for a profit of 43.43%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the 7P marketing mix activities carried out by Okui Kopi 3.0 Surabaya on consumer purchase interest, to determine the effect of the 7P marketing mix on consumer purchase interest, and to imply the results of research for Okui Kopi 3.0 Surabaya shop. The sampling method used was a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique.  The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents.  The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results of this study indicate that the variables of product, price, place, promotion, and people have a significant influence on consumer buying interest where the p-value is ≤ 0.05.  Meanwhile, process variables and physical evidence did not have a significant effect on consumer purchase interest because the p-value > 0.05. Keywords—: Marketing Mix, Consumer Purchase Interest, SEM-PLS, Okui Kopi 3.0 Surabaya.
