Abstract

Interest is the impulse or desire of an individual towards an object that attracts his attention. In the context of education, interest has an important role in the sustainability of the institution. Low interest can have an impact on the decline of the existence of these educational institutions. In general, interest can be influenced by two factors, namely internal factors that come from within the individual, and external factors that come from the outside environment. This study aims to analyze the level of public interest in sending children to school at SDN 7 Pajo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This approach is intended to explore in depth the factors that encourage people to choose SDN 7 Pajo Dompu Regency as the place of education for their children. Data is analyzed through the process of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. Data validity is strengthened through triangulation of sources, time, and techniques, as well as increased diligence in data collection. The results of the study show that public interest in sending children to SDN 7 Pajo is still at a moderate level. This is reflected in the fact that 50% of parents whose children graduated from Aisyiah Kindergarten choose to send their children to schools that have more and varied religious lessons, and have better quality standards and services, for example at SDIT Imam Buhari, MI Alkautsar, SDIT Hilmi, and SDN 20 Dompu. The factors that affect this interest consist of two groups, namely: 1) internal factors such as motivation and individual needs, and 2) external factors such as family environment, economy and quality of education.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah faktor utama dalam pengembangan suatu negara, dengan kinerja akademik siswa sebagai indikator penting dalam mengukur efektivitas sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja siswa dalam ujian menggunakan algoritma Random Forest dan K-Nearest Neighbors, menggunakan dataset 1000 entri data terkait nilai ujian dan variabel demografis. Proses preprocessing mencakup pembersihan data, transformasi data kategori menjadi numerik dengan Label Encoding, dan normalisasi data menggunakan Min-Max Scaling. Data dibagi menjadi dua set: data pelatihan (80%) dan data pengujian (20%). Model Random Forest dan K-Nearest Neighbors dibangun dan dioptimalkan menggunakan Grid Search, lalu dievaluasi dengan mean squared error (MSE) dan R-squared. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Random Forest memiliki kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan K-Nearest Neighbors dalam memprediksi nilai writing score siswa. Random Forest mencapai MSE sebesar 0.0025 dan R-squared sebesar 0.9149, sementara K-Nearest Neighbors mencapai MSE sebesar 0.0133 dan R-squared sebesar 0.5533. Analisis feature importance dari Random Forest mengungkapkan bahwa nilai matematika, membaca, dan tingkat pendidikan orang tua merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa algoritma Random Forest lebih efektif dalam memprediksi kinerja siswa dalam ujian. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga mengenai penggunaan algoritma pembelajaran mesin untuk prediksi kinerja siswa dan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan model prediksi yang lebih baik di masa depan. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja siswa, langkah-langkah yang tepat dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of integrating environmental cost accounting on profit margin optimization in manufacturing companies adopting circular economy principles. As sustainability pressures increase, firms must internalize environmental externalities through proper cost identification, allocation, and reporting. Using a quantitative approach, the study analyzes secondary data from 60 manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023 through multiple regression analysis. The key variables include the integration of environmental cost components—prevention, remediation, and disposal—and their influence on gross and net profit margins. Results show a significant positive relationship (p < 0.01), with integration linked to improved efficiency, waste reduction, and profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transaksi non-tunai yang terdiri dari penggunaan alat pembayran menggunakan ATM/Debet, kartu kredit, dan uang elektronik terhadap jumlah uang beredar (M2) di Indonesia. Data berupa time series kuartalan pada periode 2019 hingga 2024. Setiap alat pembayaran menggunakan nilai transaksinya sebagai proxi, dalam hal ini nilai transaksi kartu ATM/Debet (X1), Nilai Transaksi Kartu Kredit (X2) dan Nilai Transaksi Uang elektronik (X3). Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa kartu ATM/Debet berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah uang beredar. Kartu Kredit memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah uang beredar. Uang Elektronik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Jumlah Uang Beredar. F-statistic dengan probabilitas 0,0000 mengonfirmasi bahwa model signifikan secara simultan terhadap Jumlah Uang Beredar (M2). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perkembangan instrumen pembayaran non-tunai, terutama uang elektronik, memiliki kontribusi penting dalam memengaruhi dinamika moneter di Indonesia.

Abstract

Economic crises pose a significant threat to business continuity, necessitating strategies that strengthen organizational resilience. This study investigates the role of digital transformation in enhancing business resilience during times of economic recession. Through a systematic literature review of scholarly articles, case studies, and industry reports the research covers the retail, service, and manufacturing sectors. Using thematic analysis, key digital strategies were identified and classified. The results indicate that digital transformation strengthens business resilience through operational sustainability, efficiency, customer engagement, and increased adaptability. The retail and service sectors prioritize customer-oriented technologies, while manufacturing focuses on automation. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) also demonstrate increased resilience despite facing resource constraints. These findings underscore the importance of tailored digital strategies to address economic instability. This study provides a conceptual contribution to digital resilience and offers practical implications for businesses seeking to invest in adaptive and scalable technologies. Further research is recommended to assess long-term impacts and develop industry-specific resilience frameworks.

Abstract

Islamic education faces significant challenges in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which demands technology-driven innovation. This article examines the role of Islamic educational philosophy in addressing these challenges through an analytical and integrative approach. A literature review is employed to explore the contributions of Islamic educational philosophy to curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and institutional transformation. The findings indicate that Islamic educational philosophy can serve as a conceptual foundation for creating Islamic education that is both relevant and adaptable to contemporary changes while preserving fundamental Islamic values. Transforming Islamic education through inclusive curricula, digital technology, and holistic character-building approaches is identified as a key strategy for fostering progressive Islamic education.

Abstract

Online games can be interpreted as a program that displays visuals, animations and images that can move or be moved manually. Online games can be played with devices such as smartphones which can be played when a device is connected to an internet network. This study aims to determine the impact of using online games on students' interest in learning class VIII A at SMP Negeri Hu'u. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. The collection of data used in research observation, interviews and documentation. The participants used in the study included students who played online games, homeroom teachers, and parents of students who played online games. The results of the study showed that there was an influence on the impact of using online games on the learning interest of class VIIIA students of Junior High School. That students at SMP Negeri Hu'u usually play online games at school, they play in front of the classroom and in the school canteen and after school sometimes until the afternoon and continue into the evening. On average, students play online games Free Fire and Mobile Legend. Because of the preoccupation of playing online games, sometimes they will also forget to do their assignments and obligations, both helping their parents and doing their schoolwork, and students who are addicted to online games, they are also less enthusiastic about taking lessons after they play games because they are concerned about the game so that it reduces their interest in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan studi kasus fenomenologis. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian terhadap respon guru SDN 10 Pajo tentang pelanggaran siswa yaitu: 1) Pelanggaran siswa adalah perilaku menyimpang yakni dengan melanggar peraturan sekolah, sehingga mengganggu suasana belajar dan merugikan individu lain; 2) Bentuk pelanggaran siswa dikategorikan menjadi 2, yaitu perilaku mengganggu dan pelanggaran serius siswa. 3) terdapat 6 penyebab pelanggaran siswa yaitu: kondisi fisik, kurangnya perhatian orang tua (pendidikan moral dan dukungan ekonomi), metode pembelajaran guru yang kurang bervariasi (monoton), bahasa yang sulit dipahami siswa, lingkungan negatif, dan materi pelajaran terlalu banyak; 4) Cara mengatasi pelanggaran siswa, yaitu: pemberian model bagi siswa, teguran verbal, sanksi fisik, perhatian khusus, memanipulasi pemberian tugas, memberikan aktivitas pengganti, memanipulasi lokasi tempat duduk, memberikan pemahaman khusus, memberikan kisi-kisi belajar, berkomunikasi dengan orang tua, memberikan peraturan, memberikan pilihan baik-buruk, pembiasan, memberikan pengalaman gagal, memberikan motivasi, berkomukasi secara pribadi dengan siswa, dan dikembalikan kepada orang tua.

Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepedulian para guru terhadap kasus pelecehan yang terjadi di Pondok Pesantren Utsman bin Affan. Kegiatan PKM ini bekerja sama dengan mitra pondok pesantren Utsman Bin Affan yang beralamat di jalan bendungan rahalayu 400 m selatan Desa O`o Kabupaten Dompu Provinsi NTB yang melibatkan guru serta siswa. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM yaitu terdapat tiga tahapan yang meliputi tahapan persiapan program, tahapan pelaksanaan program dan tahapan monitoring dan evaluasi program keberlanjutan. Berdasarkan hasil survei kepuasan terhadap kesesuaian harapan peserta dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan sebesar 30,4%, sedangkan penilaian kemanfaatan kegiatan sebesar 47,8% yang menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan sudah sesuai. Berdasarkan hasil survei tingkat kepuasan terhadap kemanfaatan materi pelatihan cyberbullying dan bentuk-bentuk bullying, angkanya sebesar 47,8%, sedangkan penilaian tingkat pemahaman guru terhadap praktik anti-bullying disediakan poster adalah 43,5% yang menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan sangat bermanfaat bagi guru untuk memahami kasus dan jenis perundungan yang terjadi di pondok pesantren Utsman Bin Affan serta meningkatnya keterampilan peserta dalam membuat poster anti perundungan dan menggunakan layanan pengaduan perundungan. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan dan menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang pembuatan poster anti perundungan dan penggunaan aplikasi layanan aduan perundungan di Pondok Pesantren Utsman Bin Affan.
