Abstract

Companies use various methods to create efficiency in production. One of them is creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production flow. This is done to adapt to technological developments and changes in consumer tastes. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partner companies engaged in the fashion sector, information was obtained that they needed a production flow SOP. On this basis, a production flow SOP was created. There are eight work steps in making it, starting from identifying the goals and objectives of the SOP, collecting information, collecting the SOP format, determining the SOP format to be created, writing the SOP, reviewing and revising, testing and finalizing. Based on work steps in making and using existing equipment, a production flow SOP was produced. The survey results prove that the implementation of the SOP has an impact on increasing efficiency in production and increasing consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the availability, constraints, and efforts to optimize facilities and infrastructure in supporting the quality of health services at the Biddokkes Primary Clinic of the Central Java Regional Police Sendangmulyo. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The research participants consisted of medical personnel, administrative staff, and facility maintenance officers who were selected purposively. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the availability of facilities and infrastructure at the Central Java Regional Police Biddokkes Primary Clinic Sendangmulyo is generally adequate to support basic health services, but there are still some significant obstacles such as the limitation of certain medical equipment, damage to facilities, and lack of budget for routine maintenance. Administrative obstacles in logistics management are also obstacles in optimizing facilities. Optimization efforts that have been carried out include gradual improvements to facilities, procurement of new medical devices, and increased coordination between work units. The active involvement of medical personnel and administrative staff in the process of evaluating facility needs is considered effective to improve the efficiency of the use of existing facilities. Optimization of facilities and infrastructure has a positive impact on improving service quality, as reflected in shorter patient waiting times, more responsive services, and increased patient satisfaction levels. In order for optimization to run sustainably, management commitment is needed in budget allocation and periodic supervision of the condition of clinic facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of customer data security on consumer confidence in using Gojek digital services. The main focus of the research is to analyze the impact of customer data security on the Gojek platform regarding consumer perceptions and levels of trust in the service. The research method employed is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving a population of students at Politeknik Negeri Bandung, Indonesia, for the period 2020–2023. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through simple regression analysis. Results showed that approximately 38.3% of consumer confidence in Gojek services can be explained by customer data security factors. Simple regression analysis reveals significant variable coefficients, highlighting the important role of data security in shaping consumer trust. Although the impact is relatively modest, customer data security remains a crucial determinant in enhancing consumer trust in Gojek's digital services. The remaining 61.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as service quality, user experience, and brand reputation. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the relationship between data security and consumer trust in the context of digital services. It also offers practical insights for digital service providers like Gojek to strengthen consumer trust by improving data protection measures. Future research is recommended to explore additional factors influencing consumer trust and to conduct comparative studies across different digital platforms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Real-Time Tracking Systems (RTTS) on customer satisfaction through Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Transparency in the context of E-commerce businesses. The research aims to explore how the integration of real-time tracking affects consumer satisfaction, particularly focusing on the transparency of the delivery process. The sample for this study comprised 112 respondents, all of whom were vocational students in Bandung with prior experience in e-commerce transactions and regular use of RTTS to monitor their product shipments. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing correlation and regression analysis to examine the relationships among variables. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, both directly and through social media platforms, targeting respondents who met the study's inclusion criteria. The findings indicate that the use of RTTS has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through enhancing LMD transparency in e-commerce, accounting for 55.6% of the variation in delivery transparency. The remaining 44.4% of the variance is attributed to other factors, suggesting that additional elements beyond RTTS also contribute to the transparency and efficiency of the last-mile delivery process. These results highlight the importance of real-time tracking in improving customer experience and operational transparency in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of MSME potential in Legok Harendong Village, Bandung Regency, through the use of social media and digital distribution. This area is famous for its honey orange commodities and Arabica and Robusta coffee, which thrive due to the hilly geographical conditions and the dominance of the community as farmers. However, limited infrastructure, digital literacy, and marketing strategies are the main challenges for MSMEs in developing their businesses. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of MSME actors, particularly Elgeha coffee entrepreneurs, through digital marketing socialization, social media content training (including Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp), and product catalog creation on e-commerce platforms. The approach used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which is a collaborative approach that actively involves MSME actors in the process of identifying problems, training, and mentoring in digital marketing based on social media. The results show an increase in business knowledge and ability in using digital media for promotion and distribution. In addition, the formation of a coffee lover community is bold, which expands networks and market potential. This program shows that digital transformation at the village MSME level can be an effective strategy in strengthening competitiveness and accelerating local economic growth sustainably.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of price discounts on impulse buying through live streaming among e-commerce users in Indonesia. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey methodology with questionnaires distributed to a purposive sample of 152 consumers from the Dolee Branded Store. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software, employing the PLS-SEM analysis method. The findings reveal that price discounts significantly directly impact impulse buying behavior. Furthermore, price discounts also significantly affect live streaming, which, in turn, substantially influences impulse buying. The results indicate that live streaming acts as a mediating variable, enhancing the effect of price discounts on impulse purchases. This study underscores the importance of integrating price discount strategies with live streaming to drive impulse buying behavior in the e-commerce sector effectively. By leveraging live streaming as a promotional tool, businesses can maximize the impact of their discount offers, leading to increased consumer engagement and sales. These insights provide valuable implications for marketers and e-commerce platforms aiming to enhance their promotional effectiveness and customer acquisition strategies.
